They are very knowledgeable and fair. They were able to diagnose and fix a problem with our older vehicle that nobody else has been able to fix. Its now running better than it ever has. We are thrilled. We will continue to trust.all of our vehicles there.

Mike the manager and his staff of mechanics are really the guys you want working on your car. I went in for a simple alignment and these guys found balancing problems and tire thread patterns from my tires that weren’t giving me the best ride possible; they fixed these issues while my wife and I got some food at the grill next to this place and came back to what felt like a brand new car again in the steering area. Also they found some bulbs out and replaced them without hesitation to save me a ticket or annoying police stop. Bill came out really cheap and affordable when looking at what these guys did overall for me and my families safety. Shame! Shame! Shame! Family tire pros took advantage of an 18y/o AA girls lack of car knowledge and charged her $900 to put a starter in a 2001 Honda CRV! After documenting that there was no fault found in the starter.I guess we’re not family. I plan to report them to the BBB.

I have rated this Family Tire Pros in the past and have given a five star rating. My reason for taking two stars off is the stores policy for wearing a mask is not followed by all of the employees. When inside I expected the employees to wear masks but that was not the case. Some employees wear a mask even when outside, but the manager and a few others were too lax with their masks (wearing it below the nose, etc.) or did not wear a mask at all. As far as service goes this store is great. Every employee I have encountered was polite and helpful. Unfortunately due to their stance on mask wearing I will be looking elsewhere.Update 9/14/21 I just had to have another shop fix a jury-rigged job Family Tire Pros performed on my vehicle over a year ago on the wiring. Hind sight is 20/20 and finding another shop for repairs was the best decision Ive made in a long time. Try Anthonys Gold for accurate, honest and reasonable car care.

I recently had 4 tires put on my work trailer. I got very good service, good quality product at a fair price.

Mike was willing to be helpful, and showed knowledge. He seemed to work well with others, I heard some banter with Enrique I believe was the name. Just came for a rotation and balance. Got me in with no appointment rather quickly and communicated about the customers in front of me. That’s about all you can ask for. And of course, reasonable prices. Appreciate making a usually annoying errand that much easier.

Great experience. Stopped by on a day they were very busy, made an appointment for a couple days later to have the tires rotated on my daughters car before she returned to college. The guys at family tire pro know there stuff when it comes to tires. Every time I have been there they have done everything they can to help me. I had a nail that ran through the tire and was dangerously close to the side wall to put a patch. Mike recommended that I not patch it. It’s just to risky to rely on a patch that is close to the outer wall due to flexion. He said it like putting a bandage on an elbow, it just won’t hold as good as if it were in the center of a tire.These tires are NEW! And everybody who drives and buys tires know you never want to hear that one of tires is bad and you have to buy a new one. But I bit the bullet and took his strong recommendation to just replace the tire. Thanks Mike and all the guys over at Family tire pros. I will be back!

I had a slow leak from one of my tires. They looked at it and said there was a screw in the sidewall and all four tires had to be replaced for $1200. I got a second opinion and found out that the screw is not in the sidewall and the tire was repaired for $75 in my driveway by SJ tire.

Great people with great service! Have had an engine replaced in a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they did a fantastic job with communication! Have had many tired repaired and replaced here with no issues! They install Jasper remanufactured engines!!

Customer service makes all the difference. My power steering pump went out on an older 4x4. Since it doesnt accumulate a ton of miles, it was my decision to go with a re-manufactured pump. After being sent 2 faulty units and covering the cost to install a new (aftermarket) pump, none were effective. This job blew up in their faces because of bad aftermarket parts and I was out a vehicle going on 6 days. Noticing my frustration (not with them), they ordered a factory-new pump and performed the final replacement at no additional cost to me. Then, drove my truck to my house and dropped it off with the new warranty paperwork. This was truly a situation where what could go wrong, did. Despite all that, they kept in constant communication, always performed the work quickly and to the best of their ability and never wavered from the original quote. In addition, I was offered reimbursement for a rental were I to go that route. They handled this situation with professionalism and honesty. Both are rare qualities in this industry. Albeit a less than ideal experience, they earned 5 stars because they handled it admirably. I will undoubtedly use them again in the future.

My tire was flat but it was rusted onto my car so we couldnt get it off. I knew we were near Family Tire so I called them to see if they would be willing to help us remove the flat tire. My lady had problems with her Toyota and she took it here and they had to do a diagnostic check and they told her it was going to be around $200 after they fix the problem and found out it was just her battery being loose! When I got there to pay they only charge us $75 cuz they said it was depending on what was going on! They treaded us like we where family! (Just like in the business name) Man that was some great new for us they are very understanding and I would recommend them for future services! Highly recommend this place!!

These guys are amazing after calling 5 other stores who were supposed to be a be able to take of my tire warranty, and being given the run around I finally called these guys. Matt the Manager was more than amazing, he told me to come on up ( I Currently live in Colorado Springs) and he would get me taken care of. He told me that prorating my current tires would be no problem. As soon as I got off the phone with him he had my tires on order. The Next day when I went up, I was really impressed as I was immediately greeted and Matt started taking care of my warranty paperwork. I started taking my family’s cars to Family Tire Pros a few years ago after a friend’s recommendation. Immediately, I loved the store. Dan and Matt were so friendly, honest, and always went above and beyond the call of duty. Once my car had smoke pouring out from under the hood. They not only talked me through it when I called in a panic, they drove to my house to give it a peek. They went out of their way to explain weird problems and were adamant about only doing the work my vechicles required.When the shop changed hands, I was nervous. I had finally found a car shop that I trusted, and I was worried about having to find another. Dishonest people, plain and simple. You keep treating hard working families like this and this place will shut down soon! I referred this place to some friends of ours, and that’s when I realized how dishonest they really are. They attempted to fix things but it didn’t work, and yet charged thousands of hard earned $$, no warranty, nothing!! They will install alternators, starters, batteries, etc. and the problem turns out to be completely unrelated to all of that when you take your car somewhere else, like a different shop, one that is honest and ethical! I’ve learned my lesson, I am taking all of my cars somewhere else and I will never refer this place to anyone!!
