They took care of my BMW with a Continental off Brand at a great price, sold me a rim for my spare at a great cost and I have peace of mind when I’m driving plus it handles so well.I wasted my time and money at the Used Tire Store on Havana for three years, the new rooms they had sold me were cheap Chinese metal and bent constantly.These guys here have made my car ride like the luxury car it is! Recently had a tread separation issue with my tires which I purchased from a now defunct dealer. I called 3-4 tire shops in the area and they were all reluctant to deal with manufacturer warranty questions on a set of tires they didnt sell. Discount was great about it, had me come in, treated me like a normal customer and worked my claim just the same as if Id purchased them there.When choosing new tires, I said I wanted something inexpensive as I might be selling the car soon. The associate (Carl might have been his name?) walked me through some choices with a entry level, mid-range and high end option (I was limited to Michelin products because of the warranty claim). Even though I had said Id like whatever was cheap, he still explained the difference between entry level and mid-level in terms I could understand that made it pretty clear it was probably worth the extra money to spend a little more on a substantially better tire.Only minor negative was installation time estimate was a little optimistic, they said 45-ish minutes and it was probably closer to an hour and fifteen.Last thought is these new tires are awesome. The car rides noticeably better even from when the old tires were new. Its significant enough that a week and half later I still notice it enough that I felt like writing a review. It also tipped the scales on me keeping the car, it rides so much nicer now.I feel they earned five stars, they treated me really well and earned my future business.

Called ahead ordered tires. Left my car and it was done within an hour.Did not like that they did not put my spare tire back in its proper place in the trunk. Tires are great and can run around again without tire issues. Hurray

Place of business is nit very good . no room to park . you just cant run in and ask a question. You have to drive around building and wait as for free air check is on back side of building and only 1 driveway. Stupid i left and will never go back .....

Carl is amazing! I’ve had to do quite a bit of business with this specific Discount Tire (Mississippi and chambers in Aurora) since it’s close to my house. I’ve unfortunately had to have many nails pulled and plugs put in, and also purchased many new tires! it’s always a relief to see Carl behind the desk when I walk in there! He’s friendly, and truly cares! He doesn’t try to take advantage of a person in need, he will help you find the best deal. But he also is genuinely concerned about the safety of his clients and will make sure you are not driving off the lot in an unsafe vehicle!!!Thank you Carl for all you do!!!

Great customer service as you would expect from all Discount Tire locations. They get busy but work hard to get customers out as quickly as possible.

I had a nail in my tire, so my boyfriend and I came to this location for services. They told us 45 minutes and that was pretty much how long it took. Fast forward a week later, I have a nail in a different tire. I come in by myself this time, I’m told 45 minutes, I actually wait an hour and a half, no courtesy check in, although they’re communicating with other customers, and the man who came in after me somehow received his vehicle before I did. I’m a woman and at that time the only black customer waiting for their vehicle. I’m disappointed and this experience made me feel bad. I won’t be returning.

My drivers side tire was completely flat due to a nail, called up Discount Tire and spoke to Rob, he said they would service my tire for free no matter where it was from. I could tell he had a headache because he was holding an Advil bottle when I walked in but none the less he was still really coo and professional. 10 out of 10 would recommend Rob.

Professional and friendly service at this location even when they are working under construction. Rob was courteous and personable when I visited to inquire about whether to replace 2 or 4 tires on my vehicle. He measures each tire and said I would only need 2 new tires. He told me it would be a 2 hour wait so I made an appointment for the next day. The following day I arrived at my appointment 10 mins late and they brought my car back. Rob said it was going to about 45 mins. They were finished in about 25 mins and I was on my way. Kudos to the staff at this location. All my experiences at a Discount Tires have been great but under their current construction, they didn’t miss a beat. Thanks Rob and to the rest of the team here.

Oscar is amazing, he went above and beyond correcting an issue that occurred at the shop for me… he was so understanding that I had to get to work and made sure I wasn’t overly inconvenienced. I am so appreciative of the way they handled the problem and made sure I was taken care of.

Busy but still able to get my tire fixed within an hour. Granted they took the wrong tire off at first but once that was addressed things went smoothly. Just happy they are able to help with tires even if they are not purchased from their store

I had them rotate the tires. The tire on the drivers side was low. They said they rotated the tires. The dash indicated that the same tire on the drivers side was still low. Did not fix until I filled it with air. So did they really rotate the tires. I think not!!!

I called the shop to ask if they can do a tire rotation and alignment for my car and a worker there told Me yes no problem we can do it so I went there to the one on Mississippi and Chambers which was the one I had called waiting in line for 30 minutes just for them to tell me that they dont do alignment and if they are bad for giving out information I can imagine how bad they are to do car work I strongly do not recommend this place they will lied to you on your car repair.

Great, fast and friendly service., I did, however, watch two people struggle to put my spare back in its rightful place. Not really a huge ordeal but it definitely cost them some time. I get it, every vehicle is different, but we have access to the internet. They eventually figured it out after about 10 mins so not a lot of time wasted. Aside from that, you could tell how the staff reacts to the rush and it doesnt seem as if they do too well. Of course, agitation will be present but being rude to people that arent rude to you, not ok. All in all a decent place to go to. Make sure you get the insurance on your tires or else you absolutely will be paying an obscene amount for tires alone.

The place is a little dirty and they dnt offer u any water. But the service is quick and they are very polite

Way disappointed with the service. I had always had a good experience with them in the past that is why I kept going back for wheels and tires for all of my vehicles in the last 3 decades. Today I went in with an appointment and the employee made me feel like I was bothering them. I felt rushed and no sign they valued my patronage of their establishment. I guess its time to move on to another tire establishment.

This discount tires on Chambers is amazing. They took care of me on a timely manner. They rotated balanced and repaired my tires all within an hour. They had 3 customers in front of me and they were still quick and efficient. I highly recommend this discount tire shop.

Excellent service as always at Discount Tire. I was looking for a specific tire that this location had in stock, called them to confirm it was there and then came by to get it installed. They said I was looking at a 1.5hr wait, I was on my way maybe 45 minutes later. This was my first time at this particular location and the whole thing was effortless. Carlton and Edson were both excellent and the service was friendly and professional.

But they were able to get me in and start the process rather quickly, I think the tech that worked on my tire was Wilson. He made sure to keep his attention to detail with everything from start to finish! I feel confident with his workmanship and his professionalism. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They were all very courteous, friendly and professional.

The service here was amazing. I called in advanced and unfortunately by the time I arrived they no longer had that exact tire, but no worries. They were thorough in explaining their process and our options and got me set up and taken care of right away. My car was loaded and raised in a matter of minutes. They replaced all 4 tires in a very short amount of time. Seemed like 20 minutes. They even managed to fix the sensor in my truck that somehow wasn’t replaced correctly the day before. They were friendly, polite and fast. Will definitely return should the need arise! Thanks guys!

I had an appointment for 8 AM and it took them an hour and a half to replace one tire. The manager then argued with me and said that my appointment said 2:15pm. I have to be at work at 2:15pm so I know that’s not the case. Moving forward he had one of his employees give me attitude and never apologized for it. I just wanted an apology and to be told that they appreciate my business. The manager did not do that at allUpdate: Austin handled the issue and I look forward to see how they do in the future

Absolutely worst tire shop Ive been to in a LONG time. I get that wait times can get high, but to push people to the back of the line because they are only doing a repair and not getting four new tires is BS. Was told an hour wait, then at the hour, told it would be at least another hour? I will definitely be going to Les Schwab to get my tires replaced. These guys are so rude here!!

Blew a tire on busy I25. With cars zooming by and shaking the vehicle I was scared to get out and I called Roadside. They arrived quickly and were able to put on the spare. Driving a donut on a busy interstate rattled me just as much so I pulled into the nearest Discount Tire. Spoke with Chris at a different location and normally they would have had me come back for my vehicle when the tire arrived but when I explained what happened and where I lived - he was able to find my tire at this location where Michael was able to provide same day service. I wish I would have gotten the person’s name who change my tire too as he was also so pleasant, fast, and made sure my tire pressure sensor was back off again. I truly appreciate everyone’s efforts and professionalism! Thank you!

I went there for a patch and left feeling like I got swindled in the black market. Employee kept pushing sales and implying bad weather. Not a good experience for a already stressful morning.

Super easy online interface to make my appointment. Quick service as well! However, I returned only 15 minutes after the service was finished and told that my car had been done for a long time and that I was supposed to stay and wait. As well as that I was taking up a spot that was needed. Not exactly what I would call professional. If I had been asked to stay, I would have but nowhere along the line of me making my appointment, receiving an email confirmation, and paying in store, was I ever asked to stay for the service.

Workers were quick, needed a somewhat rare tire and the manager was able to get that tire in under a day. Once I got there, they mounted the tire and balanced all 4 in under 25 minutes.
