Insurance was dragging their feet in verifying coverage for the repairs, but J&M went ahead and repaired my windshield, they were willing to wait for payment till later. They wanted to make sure I had a safe, functioning vehicle as soon as possible.

I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service at J & M. They drove me home and picked me up when my car was ready, not to mention their cost was considerably better than others. No one likes to have to replace a windshield but, if you must, I highly recommend J & M.

I was referred to J&M by a collision center. Their price was great, Mark is a complete professional who stands by his work and it was done sooner than I expected. Easy drop off in the morning and ready by 11am the same day. Highly recommend!

My window had gotten broke so I called a day before my visit and I was informed that they would have to order my window replacement. I inquired about maybe seeing if they could figure out why it didnt roll down before it was broke and getting everything fixed at once. I was told theyd have to open it up and do some test to find out what was wrong and was recommended parts, prices and all the information I needed. The next day I came in not long after they opened and was greeted in a courteous manner even offered water and or coffee. It didnt take long for them to find out it was my motor. So I picked one up at the local part store, brought it back and was out within 30 minutes. Motor fixed, window replaced and a happy customer. Great price. Great service. Over all,great experience. I highly recommend this place.

J&M Glass is a company that I can HIGHLY recommend. Not only is Mark fantastic and completley focused on customer and doing their absolute BEST but they lived up to their high reputation. I was referred by a collision center I have used in the past and Marka nd his crew EXCEEDED my expectations when my brand new 2020 Tiguan R Line had a broken windshield from a stone that fell from the back of a truck on I70. He was ready to start my car 20 minutes earlier when I show up before my 9am appt time and had the car ready again for pickup before 12noon. They also offered to drive me home and pick me up which was a added Bonus so again for all my glass needs this company has my business now and in the future!!!!!!!

J & M Glass Company provides glass services for a few auto body shops around Aurora, and I found them through West CarStar Auto Body where I have taken a car for previous work and been very satisfied. In this case, I had a spontaneous windshield crack and had an excellent experience getting it fixed.The staff are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent, and the owner has been in the glass business since the 1960s-- he knows just about every car that has come out since then! His crew did a great job replacing the windshield, very quick and thorough.The one problem was that there was a largish scratch on the frame near the windshield, and I wasnt sure I had seen it before. The owner was wonderful and immediately offered to have it repaired for free, regardless of whether his crew had actually caused it. Very impressed with this kind of professionalism!

*Great family owned business that takes pride in their work* When I went to pick up my truck this afternoon the owner told me that he had quoted me on the wrong part. The actual part was more expensive and rather than play a bait & switch he stuck to his word and stuck with the original cost. In my experience this kind of stuff doesnt happen with the bigger companies. He also pointed out a chip on my windshield that he had fixed at no charge. I was blown away at that level of honesty and service.

I got my passenger side window fixed for my 1991 Chevy Blazer S10 and these guys did a terrific job! Took less then 2 hours to complete and it was not expensive at all. If you ever have a window broken this is the place to go.

I just called to get a price quote and the person who answered was very rude, it seems like they didnt want my business. He didnt even try to help, I have been calling many places today and was able to get prices, he treated me like I was an idiot and didnt know what I was talking about, thanks for nothing.
