Im still amazed at the fast and beautiful work done by Service King to get out around 340 hail dents on my brand new car. Plus, the wonderful friendly people. I highly recommend them.

I loved my experience with Service King. I was referred by my boss and I could not have been happier. Even though it took longer than the estimate, which the insurance was involved with that, they kept me up to date every few days, answered all my panic moment questions, and never once worried me about what-ifs. My car looks brand new!

I had my vehicle towed to Service King for some body work. On the day of drop off, I was told that my vehicle would be ready by a specific date. I received MULTIPLE notifications confirming that my vehicle would be ready on that same date, which was supposed to be tomorrow. Now, I received a message telling me that it would be 5 more days?!? How are they just figuring that out and why am I just now being notified? When I called for some clarification, they played hot potato with me and so did the corporate office. Does anyone at Service King care about their customers and the messages being communicated to them?

I had to make an appointment while another walk in was not told that. The lady who helped me took my vehicle picture, and everything else needed to get the quote and told me everything will come back in a couple of hours which turned into two weeks. When i called to verify everything was ok she tried convincing me I was at the wrong place then after roasting myself over and explaining my vehicle info she recognized me and the quote came at the end of the work day. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lady at the front desk with blonde dreads was kinda rude i asked to use the phone, she says no you cant use my personal phone i said i asked to use the business phone when people insinuate things as if you dont have your on phone you just forgot it at home is kinda disrespectful i wont be working with her.

Took my truck there after the tailgate was stolen and the work/experience overall was BAD at best. After having my truck for about 3 weeks I showed up to get it and they hadn’t installed the wiring for the backup camera, hadn’t installed the lift gate assist and had put on a plastic bedliner when the original tailgate (and entire bed) has factory liner in it. The spray on bed liner they finally put on does not match the rest of the bed (it’s shiny compared to a matte finish) and the paint job on the tailgate itself was done poorly (you can see drip marks all along the bottom edge). I tried reaching out to corporate a few times and was just routed to the store level. It’s pretty apparent that they were trying to take advantage of an out of town client and did the cheapest work they could to make a profit. Definitely DO NOT recommend using this location or service king in general.

So far, so good. Just dropped the car off- some jackwagon ran a stop sign and hit a parked car, mine! Service King will fix as good as new- good stuff but remains to be seen. Stay tuned!

I was rear-ended and my insurance company recommended this place. They were kind, professional, and prompt! My car was fixed a day early and even detailed the inside of my car which I never expected. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Was in an accident and took my truck to service king for repairs. It took twice as long as originally told. And when I went to go pick it up, my wiring to my topper was not hooked back up. The shop manager said he would be contacting me to get an electrician to hook it back up the following week. He never contacted me. And upon further inspection of the topper, it is broken and should have been replaced. They had to remove the topper to perform the work, theres no way they didnt know! Needless to say I wont be giving them anymore business!

Service King delivered the best repair service experience! They kept me informed during the entire repair process from start to finish through multiple avenues of communication (text, phone, email).They didnt even collect the deductible up front until they were certain you were satisfied with their services!!The customer service was excellent and the actual repair services were the same...you couldnt even tell there was previous damage

After a hit and run accident, USAA recommended Service King to me. After my experiences with them, I understand why. I dont recall ever being treated as well as I was with them. From day one, they kept me appraised of the work being done, helped me with my rental car, and finished everything within a week and a half. They removed the bed of my truck, repaired the tailgate, replaced both taillights even though one wasnt covered by the insurance as it shouldve been. They replaced parts on the bed i didnt even know were missing and all in all, went way above and beyond in their work. The truck looked better than when I bought it thanks to Service King. They washed and detailed everything else as well. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs. They are very military friendly, too.

I went here WEEKS ago to get an estimate on my bumper, (just some paint chipping) they took photos of my vehicle, got the vehicle information as well as my personal information, said it would take a few hours and they would email me. It’s been weeks and nothing so my advice, just go to Maaco.

The verdict is still out... check back in a few weeks still issues with my vehicle... update... lets just say Service King was able to Service a Kings truck aka money maker... keep up the good work!!

They finished a few days faster then expected. They need a better procedure for keys. I had been there a few times and I noticed the lady at the front really does not know where keys are, which does not look good if shes supposed to hand them off. They said they would call certain days but I never did get those calls, but they were always real nice and knowledgeable. So other then the wait for my keys at pick up, it was a great experience.

I was referred to this location by Allstate after an accident. I agreed to have them work on my vehicle. They told me it would take 3 to 5 days to repair the damage. It took them 2 weeks to get me my vehicle back. After picking up my vehicle I discover they did not do the necessary repairs to it. When I called them out the old manager told me they would make it right I just needed to reschedule and they would fix everything. When I took it back to them the new manager basically told me he would they would fix the cosmetic damage and look into the mechanical issues. They are blaming the issue on my brake rotors which were replaced back in April. How can a brand new part be the issue that Ive been having since immediately after the accident. Worst service Ive received in the automotive industry yet. I will never take another vehicle to this company again on my dollar or insurance.

Had my car for 10 days just to tell me they dont work on cars with previous hail damage. Dont take your car here if you have previous hail damage.Edit: 5 stars for Judy. She provides an amazing customer experience and was pleasant to work with. Also found out the denial to work on my car is due to part/work warranty that cannot be guaranteed due to existing hail damage.

I received an excellent service at this body shop. My advisor Antonio was very professional and willing to go extra mile so I am satisfied with the repair. The vehicle came out as bra d new after the repair. Very very pleased with this body shop. Highly recommend them.

I will be coming back here. Had the back of my bumper replaced. All looks very well very clean matching paint. The girl with the glasses she is very funny and cute and she helped me with everything.and when they were little marks on the back of my bumper when is finished then went ahead and took it back there and we finished it and all is well

Not a great place. Picked up my jeep and it had splattered paint of another color on it. Already I have had to have repairs took their work, mirror feel off. Service King in Thornton is awesome though.

Vicente and Cassandra were so helpful during this whole ordeal. Vicente is outstanding and takes great pride in his work. He assured me it would look perfect and my Forerunner has no signs that it was ever in a collision except part of it looks brand new! Vicentes work is the best!Cassandra always answered my questions and was very empathic. I would use them again for any collision repair, without hesitation.

They did a great job. You cant even see where the damage was. They are friendly, worked with the insurance company, and opted me informed along the way. There was hail in the area and they were busy. But still got me in right away and completed the work when they said they would. They were all very nice in the office too.

This is the second time Ive had to repair my car. I dont like having my car run into. But I love knowing that I have a reliable, honest, efficient, responsive repair shop such as Airport Auto Body when I do need repairs. Their work is top notch. They complete the work quickly. And they go out of their way to work with the customer and the insurance companies. The insurance damage appraiser even told me Airport Auto Body is one of their preferred repair shops for their claim repairs.

I️ had a $9000 hail damage repair job done here. Everything went very well. Communication from the shop was excellent. Service was personal. The job was done on time. No surprises. Great shop.

Brought my car in for service, they didnt know they were supposed to get started. Waited 2 weeks for parts. Went back in and they had no record I was coming in for service again. Not a good experience. After this the gm contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience, my vehicle was repaired with minimal delays and when the delays became an inconvenience they were able to accommodate accordingly. In the end they made it right and I was very happy with my car when it was done

My brand-new 2016 Toyota Avalon looks brand new again thanks to Airport Auto Body! They performed over and above my expectations. Their auto body shop is clean and customer-friendly, and everyone who works there was extremely helpful and professional. When my husband and I dropped it off before they were open for business, we were met by a professional employee who took care of our needs immediately. When I got my car back, it was spotless inside and out! I was very satisfied with their workmanship. I hope I never have to see them again, but if I do, I will definitely be going back to Airport Auto Body.

Customer service and answers to calls/questions have been prompt and courteous. Customers should be aware that mechanical services are not onsite but rather must be sourced in if mechancial issues are suspected. Manager helpful in resolving concerns.

Have called 4 days in a row to get seatbelt issue corrected no returned calls. 2 times was told I would get a prompt call back, not sure what their definition of prompt is.

They advertise on their website they repaint classic cars so I took my Lincoln here to be repainted . The owner refused to do the work he claims the trim they need to take off will break even through I told alex I had replacement parts and was able to get most anything for the car. The car is nice overall just needs to be freshened up doesnt need body work . Honestly I dont think they wanted to do business with me as a person I felt a hint of prejudice when I went over there . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE or maybe they may help you if they like you or feel your car is worth it

POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!I had my car repaired by this body shop, per a recommendation by my Travelers Insurance agent. Part of the repairs included fixing the alignment of my vehicle, which they failed to take care of, and after inspecting the vehicle, noticed they severely damaged one of my tires. When confronted with this, they denied damaging my car, essentially calling me a liar, and accused me of causing the damage. In all my years of dealing with auto body shops, I have never had such a terrible experience as this, and would recommend anyone interested in using Airport Auto Body, to seek repair from a more reputable and honest body shop. They are a mom and pop, hole-in-the-wall shop, and not nearly as clean or professional as a number of the other auto body shop chains out there; this alone should be enough to keep you away from them, let alone the risk you take in them damaging your vehicle and then their blaming it on you.

Over charged for painting, didnt call to let me know it was done and ready to be picked up. Was estimated 350, ended up paying 530. Was informed afterwards by another shop down the street that I was working with for a different part of my car that they should have only charged me 350-400. Awful customer service and take advantage of customers. The paint job done by the men in the shop however was well done.

The worst company ever, I dropped off my car with the scheduled date and they just did nothing, after two weeks I called and asked about the process and just then the company started the conversation with my insurance company. Every time I call them they just keep telling they do not have approval from my insurance company, but when I called my insurance company they sad me they sent the approval for my extra repairings week ago. Just do not go there, no communication, no work is done, nothing.

I recently brought my Miata for the third time to these guys again for my third unfortunate incident. They were recommended my by insurance agent and have done a FANTASTIC job each time!!! Beautiful, lasting work, reasonable out-of-pocket cost and quick turnaround. I drive 25 miles to bring my car here and its always worth it. Everyone who works there is an absoulte gem (especially Brent) and Im always so happy to see how beautiful my baby is when I come to pick it up. You wont be disappointed!!!

Matthew was absolutely amazing and completely customer oriented. My insurance had dropped the ball and it ended up being an issue for me but Matthew was quick to make sure I was taken care of , it was truly exceptional service.

I was told they could not repair the door of my car instead they asked for 1,000 dollars to replace it plus they asked 50 bucks an hour for the labor and 5 days in the shop. I went to another body shop they REPAIRED it for 600 dollars and it was done in 2 days. They are incredibly misleading they clearly are simply trying to make a buck. Go to other shops before considering this one. I also had asked for a replacement splash guard and they wanted another $800! For a splash guard! Ridiculous.

I took my car here, expressed my desire to have the car repaired to the quality of the original manufacturer since its a brand new car, and instead got the worst hassle and am left with a car that has had OBVIOUS body repair work on something that shouldve been a simple enough repair according to them.Not only did it take them over a month and a half and 2-4 tries on many of the mistakes they made to get it right, but it still isnt right. No one at Airport, including Rick the owner, seems to claim responsibility for their workmanship, and can only give reassurances that there is a lifetime warranty on the crappy work in the first place. Not to mention the additional damage under their watch on other areas of the car, like getting clear coat smudged on black trim piece, leaving obvious match up marks on the bumper trim, and peeling decal stickers. That was the best I could get out of them. At least the paint isnt splotchy anymore, at least the decals are STRAIGHT now, and at least some of the more obvious drip/clumps are gone. Still, not what I expected when I said fix it back to the way it looked when it was new, since it is a new car.I finally gave up trying to get them to do the job right and will attempt to follow up with my insurance company via an attorney and the dealership to resolve this since Airport Autobody is obviously NOT capable of doing the work right in the first place and not a stand-up company willing to admit their mistakes.Happy body-shop hunting! Try your dealership, thats what my attorney and insurance agent said I shouldve done in the first place.

I had my 2013 Kia Sorento towed there today. They were recommended by my insurance company. My initial impression is good. They are friendly, professional, nice facility and plenty of awards displayed, BBB & various others. I will post an update after work is compleated. So far so good.

Terrible work. Had work done on my truck and it took longer than the quoted time by 4 days. Came to pick it up when they said it was finally ready only to find a bunch of over spray on it and more paint chips and scratches on it than when I left it (they fixed it and painted those areas). Next day came back to pick it up again and found more paint chips missing from where they took the rear window out and found that there was bumps in the paint from the paint repair. Had to come back and get all that fixed again. Attention to detail is no longer there at this place.Update 4th time to get my truck fixed. The rear window that they took out leaked. They replaced the light on the cab but it didnt fix the leak. Didnt fix all the pain scratches from their window guy removing the window so now i have to go back and get it fixed again. They approved safelite to come out and take the window out and put it back in and do the painting around the window. I found this out on thursday when i was sitting waiting in the waiting room to get my truck fixed. The owner (i believe) and i got into a yelling match in the waiting room about the crappy work done on my truck and the amount of times ive had to come back and get it fixed. Expected a call the same day, if not the following day friday to schedule my appointment to get the window and paint fixed. I had to call them on monday to get the ball rolling. Place is a joke.

We had only had our new car 10 weeks when someone backed into it in a parking lot. When Airport Auto Body returned our car it looked as new as the day we bought it! Alex called us during the process to keep us updated on the progress, and finished when they said they would. They were friendly and even buffed out a couple of minor scratches that were not related to the work we asked for. I will be keeping their phone number in my contacts!!!

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience, but that happens once and a while, so chill! Brent and the rest of the crew took care of us from the minute the care hit the property. The insurance made a big mistake and Brent caught it before they did. I hate insurance companies, there scum sucking bottom feeders, but Airport took care of it all. Right on!!!!
