They towed my sons car after an accident. The accident was the other drivers fault, but even though the other driver was cited, their insurance insisted on waiting for a police report. Its been 7 weeks. Today we call to have the car picked up only to find out, without any notification, they sent the car to the junk yard. BEWARE!!! (Or just call and have a conversation. Rude, condescending, arrogant, and lacking any shred of empathy). Im in Tulsa, OK and couldnt get a bit of assistance from these people. I would NEVER buy a car from, or have service done by people like this!

Who wants to give these guys anything positive for towing your car because its been impounded? Cant blame them for your mistakes. Its like the colon. Somebody has to do it. My retrieval was quick, no hangups, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They were courteous. The tow bill was 2/3 of the $500 I expected Id be charged after 3 days.

Ive never had such a pleasant experience with a tow yard. We had a vehicle stolen from our parking lot and was missing for 2 months before Aurora Police Department found it broken down on parker road. The vehicle was brought to this lot after it was recovered. I gladly paid the $155 to get it out and a very friendly employee helped me find the car on the lot and waited while I loaded it on my trailer. His boss came by to check out my (towing) truck. Good people.

We paid to get the car or and they wont let us get it unless we pay them another $75 just to bring the set into the parking lot so we could get a new key made. They are the rudest most stupid people out there. It was even the owner who is doing all this and weve been waiting here for 2 hours when it should have take n 20 min

We had our truck stolen on the 18th of March. It was recovered on the 20th and towed to M&M. At first it was interesting [they had a newbie of 3 days] but we couldnt be more happy with having our truck there. They are taking care of it and we are just waiting to get the truck towed home. One of the owners has been in touch with us every day letting us know what is going on and if they have to move the truck and so on and so forth. They have been absolutely amazing to deal with under our circumstances. They are holding the truck until insurance can pick up. Thank you guys for being you and taking care of not only our truck, but us as well. We would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Good. Great price! One issue was the person dropping off my car to the dealership was in a hurry to get to another job so the person didn’t get all the details needed so my car was at a dealership for repair but they really didn’t know who it even belonged to. For those that can’t be with your car, they wouldn’t take a credit card over the phone (I was on my way back to Iowa where I live) but I was lucky because the dealership was able to Passover the bill to me. I’m not sure if the dealership then adds more but they served its purpose.

Dont know much about this place

Was driving across country to pick up my dead mother‘s belongings. My truck and trailer were stolen and they towed my truck. I understand they have to pay their people so I wouldn’t have had a problem paying but they towed my truck less than five minutes away and charge me $170. They knew it was stolen and they knew the circumstance and still offered no help. I truly don’t understand what’s a matter with people.

I think it is horrible practices on behalf of the city of Aurora to impound their vehicles there. Its out in the middle of nowhere. All the employees are salty because theyre tired of irate customers (Im assuming. I know I would be). I tried to speak w/ a manager over the ohine about proving my identity via email or fax. I was told those arent acceptable & Id have to get a notary to cinfirm my identity. All kinds of governmental agencies accept copies of IDs frequently. I guess because theyre in the middle of nowhere, their business practices must remain in the Stone Age. THEY DID NOT ENFORCE SOCIAL DISTANCING!

Our truck was stolen. Very disappointed in their service tried to tell us our truck was totaled but my husband went to look at the truck and it started right away so dont trust what they say. Take someone who knows about vehicles

The wait to get car from out of the yard was a little long but the staff on the outside was very understanding and tried to offer as much help as could be offed.

My car was stolen in Denver County. It was found just one block in the Aurora side of city lines. Then towed to M & M tow yard (Non-consensual tow) where it is currently being held for ransom. Stolen from me to be found and then stolen by M & M Towing. Who charges victims for having there car stolen. M & M Towing could steal your car then let Aurora PD find it, then tow it to their yard and charge you for it. Complete trash. Check out who owns this company on the Secretary of State website for a real laugh. Wonder what happens when their employees have their car stolen....

Donald picked up my truck after a shop didn’t tighten a wheel. He managed to sling my truck on the tow with out a wheel and no damage at all. Very impressed. Very responsive.

It was a hassle getting through the chain of command to be able to release my personal vehicle in a timely fashion BUT they did cover all their bases as far as liability goes. Somewhat of a good place for customer service. People just dont understand the systematic approach to things. Thanks for the service.

I needed my expensive and large Snap on toolbox moved to another shop. I scheduled a pickup about a week out. They should up right on time. The driver, Jeremy was very professional and understood the importance of moving this toolbox. It was loaded and secured with great care which I appreciate very much. I would definitely recommend calling M&M towing and request Jeremy if you have something priceless you need moved.

Was struck by a semi and my car was totaled. Needed to get it off the street and the police officer asked if I needed a tow truck called and I, in my still shocked state after barely dodging death, agreed.This is where problems began.The tow truck driver arrived and was amenable guy, definitely seeming like he was here to help me out. Let me know itd be $120 to go three blocks to my house or itd be free if he took it to the lot he worked for. I did not have change to do that immediately and had him take it to the lot to which he readily agreed, had me sign something and off he went.Later that same day I realized Id forgotten my laptop, wallet, and medication in my car. They charged me $50 to access my car to get these things, and only the next day did I learn what a mistake Id made. My attorney let me know that my job was to keep expenses as low as possible and that no settlement would include the cost of my car being on a lot.I tried to get my car back. They told me it would be $400+ to get it since itd been on property for two days and the tow fee. I was told it would cost me nothing to have it towed here and they told me straight up that was a lie. And I had to get it that day because tomorrow they shipped out certified mail to tell me what fees would be and that it would add another $100 plus the daily storage fee.Two employees sneered at me and when I was near the edge of breaking down I muttered to myself this has to be a joke to which the employee stated No this isnt a joke now if you dont have the money Id like you to leave.I had to pull out a loan to get the money to get my car that day and then have it towed the now 10+ miles to my house.Never let the police call the tow truck for you, just find one thatll be happy to take like $100 if youll wait an hour.

Truly surprised to see such low Google ratings. I chose this place because they are one of the very few to offer a complimentary loner while they work on your vehicle. My interactions with Kyle and Shelly were great. Both are super friendly and efficient. Every timeline they promised they met and the vehicle was done a little early even. It was washed and detailed and looked brand new. I highly recommend this place and am so thankful they made a bad experience (my accident) into a much better one.

My car broke down at home, and I needed to tow it to the car shop to get it fixed. My dad contacted M & M, and there prices for towing were reasonable and cheap in compared to other companies. The man said hed come at around 8AM the next day, and he was on time! He was nice, and looked professional. He wasnt rude at all. My car made it safely to the repair shop, and now it is fixed. I was a bit concerned when I read the reviews, but Im glad I didnt back down on getting their services.

I would like to take a min. and say how unbelievably grateful I am to this company. They Donated their time and services to help out my Sister and niece to get my niece to her Chemo treatments many states away. Sadly, their car was stolen and stripped and had no way to get to their destination. I am and will always be forever grateful for good people like M&M. Its nice to know there are good people that care. Thank you for your generous heart!!!

My car was stolen and once recovered towed here as they contract with the Aurora Police. These places know that they do not need to treat you with respect or offer any level of customer service as they hold all the cards. This place in particular is no exception. They managed to take an already stressful situation and make it a far worse experience. There was no level of customer service and the guy I paid was a complete a$$. You kind of expect to be jerked around and this place delivers with flying colors. If you find yourself on the unfortunate end of a car theft be sure to add this experience to the list of things you must endure as part of the recovery process. Expect a poor attitude and terrible experience... you wont be let down. I would never use this place for reconditioning, towing or anything else I didnt have to. I am doubtful that there is any higher level of customer service since its all under the same ownership. I hope the next guy who steals my car will do me a favor and leave the car in some city other than Aurora! Dont want to deal with these guys again if I can help it!

Went to get my property out of my truck after it got totalled and the guys here were really nice and understanding.

Charged me $235 for only 8 miles towing, which is completely rip off !! my car got completely totaled when somebody came from nowhere and drove into it while it was parked along the road near my complex apartment at 2 am in the morning , making it undriveable and needed to be taken off the sidewalk which it got onto as the result of direct impact it received . How could people get by during this hard time of Covid-19 and they already lost jobs.

There is a camper parked in my companys private parking lot with no license plate. Since it is private property the police cannot tow it. They told us to call M&M Towing and they can tow it for us. I called the company and they were extremely rude on the phone. They did not have good customer service whatsoever. They then proceeded to tell me that they only tow to a repair shop. They really need to get their act together. I cant believe Aurora Police actually use this terrible company.

These guys are awesome. They responded quickly, even gave me a ride to where I needed to go. Not to mention the following day picked me up and brought me to my company truck to get some of my things and back to my motel. room

This is in regard to their IMPOUND yard and process, and customer service.When our vehicle got impounded for expired tags, we called the same morning. We were told by whoever answered the phone that we could get our car out until 7pm as long as we had XXX documents. (Registration, insurance etc)What that person failed to tell us was that it is really 6pm because you have to get a release letter from one of their offices and those people go home at 6pm. So after rescheduling our days and leaving work early to get there by 7pm, we couldnt get our vehicle out. This may have been a mistake/oversight by the man who answered our Call, but it cost us time AND they then got to charge an extra day of storage.But wait, theres more. We get up earlier than normal to be there right at 8 when they open. I see the employees walk in around 7:45 so when 8am hit I leave my girlfriend there to get her car out. Well they didnt open their doors until 8:20am and she had to spend 20 minutes outside in the freezing cold. I understand if a company is running behind getting their stuff ready for the day, but how about a little human decency and let the people standing outside when its freezing out at least wait indoors for you.The final straw in the 1 star rating is that they require CASH ONLY, which is a policy I can understand, but they do not offer any change?!?!?!?! So if you bring cash, make sure its to the penny of they just tell you too bad and they get to keep whatever the difference is.They lived up to almost every negative stereotype there is for a tow yard. Be careful.

All the bad reviews are about the towing division. I had a great experience with Matt at the Auto Body shop. Although it took 2 months for my car to be fixed they did a great job and Matt kept me informed every step of the way once he got involved with my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their auto body work done.

Very polite staff and smooth process recovering my stolen vehicle

Google maps and police say, “open til 7pm” but apparently they close the lots at 6pm or whenever they feel like it and don’t disclose this information to you. So upon arriving to get your car out of the tow lot from a winter blizzard storm, they’ll just tell you to pick it up the next day and get to charge you for another night. Also the front desk lady is beyond rude.

They weren’t on time, but they were 30 minutes early. Our driver was super nice, offered to drop the key at our shop so we could go home. After a terrible experience with FinishLine Towing we are so excited to have found a company that is honest and on time, I highly recommend these guys.

Staff was friendly enough but the police towed my stolen/totaled vehicle there and I was falsely told by them that I could take things off my car that I wasnt allowed to by the lot. Super disappointed in both of them. Feel very frustrated and misled.

Friendly, professional, and quality work. I had over $7,000 worth of hail damage. M&M repaired it within the estimated time frame. They allowed me to use a loner car during the repairs which saved me lots of money on a rental car. After such extensive body work I was worried about the repairs. The repairs were first rate and I could not tell that there had ever been any damage. Paint blended perfectly and all the body panels matched up. I would certainly use them again.

Absolutely the most unprofessional tow service Ive ever encountered. Unfortunately my vehicle was impounded and I had to go to their impound lot in order to pick up my vehicle. Once we paid the impound fees and everything ELSE, the gentleman that took us to our vehicle actually told my mom to f*** off. I couldnt believe it, how could someone tell a 70 year old lady to f*** off like that? Regardless, I would never go here for regular tow services obviously. One of the most unprofessional experiences Ive ever had.

Everyone is amazing here including my mom and dad. If you need a tow just call and one of the drivers will be there within 25 minutes. These drivers risk their lives to help others and then the peeps just turn their back on em and just ignore them. My dad was almost hit because of a reckless driver peeps should be more grateful that they do the tow and not just blow them off

The older woman that is the manager has by far the worst possible attitude. i call to see about my stolen vehicle and she answers the phone saying(WHAT DO YOU WANT) i was shocked. how can this lady even have a job. i was here 4 hours before i actually received my vehicle. Not only was this rude bitter old woman yelling at me she was rude and very disrespectful to everyone that walked in the door. In my opinion if the devil had a daughter it would be her. When i complained to the tech that drove me to my vehicle they told me that they receive complaints all the time and nothing is ever done because shes the manager. WHAT A JOKE

So my car had an incident yesterday, couldnt get any towing company out to help me. Came back yesterday to my car called them up told me 20 minutes showed up earlier and Jesse my driver was very friendly and was just amazing and fast! Thank you Jesse and M & M towing for being the first to get me every time I needed a tow!

I was given this companys contact information by my dealership. My car broke down and I was looking for a tow the next morning. Poor customer service on the phone and very rude. I decided to take my hard earn money elsewhere and found another company who was customer friendly, and could provide a timeframe on when my vehicle would be picked-up. Learn how to treat people, and maybe your ratings would not suck. Don’t not use them!

I rate this company with ZERO STARS!!! My business truck was parked on public property and had been towed. When I got to the inpound lot I had my License, Title for the truck, and Insurance. Not only did they tell me a shady reason for my truck being towed, but they also told me that my company name did not appear when they looked it up so it was not Registered with the State. It was the end of the day 5:30pm and they said that because we did not have the right paperwork than we could not get our truck..... how is the Title, Drivers License, and Insurance not the right paperwork to pick up a vehicle that was towed to prove proof of ownership? And they said they could not google our companys name and find it yet somehow I was able to find it first try. This company is shady, full of deceit, corrupted, and only out to get your money. They did not give me my truck because they wanted to hold it longer to obtain maximum payment for time the truck was held. This company should not be trusted and I will be searching for legal action if at all possible against this company.

Did not want to release their fax number which just had me going back and forth from the bank to them, the bank called and referenced Aurora PD and they released the fax # to them. Couldve saved me a lot of time and hassle if they wouldve just gave it to me.

My daughters car was in an accident and had to be towed to this facility. The accident was not at all her fault. I went down to get her belongings out of the car. I went back and forth between the 2 doors until they found the records. When i was taken to the car i can say that nothing had been touched and was able to get the things out of the car. They were respectful and courteous to me during this process.

My car was towed here after we were hit the night before. Front desk staff is extremely rude and wouldn’t let me go down to see my own car and help my husband get our stuff out of it.

Absolutely terrible, I had them pick up my car. After recovering and realized I cant use the car anymore. I walked in and the man who towed my car recognized me and they wouldnt allow me to sign over my car even though its under my name and I describe the car and everything in detail, I had to get my dad who has the exact same name as me sign it over even thought it was under my name.

I would.never, never, never use this company. We were in.an.accident and the vehicle was towed to this shady company they act as If since they towed it, they own it, regardless if you have personal property in the vehicle that you need to get out of the vehicle. We ended getting the cops involved and even the police.officers.said we have had to deal with these people numerous times due to there aggressive attitude. And all we wanted.to do was get out personal items out

My roommate had her car stolen and once it was found it was brought to this lot. The worker who helped up had to be just about the rudest and most inconsiderate person of the situation. The keys were broken and wouldn’t turn the car on and he told us he didn’t “have all day to wait around for something stupid like this” like any of us wanted to be there any longer either. I don’t know what I really expected from an impound lot worker, he must hate his job or something, but I am just appalled. Would give a negative star review if I could.

Had body work done here, what a horrible job! Was full parts & skins, when the bondow started busting out! I knew that was a crock!! Very poor & dishonest business, truly sad, they actually charged my insurance company $8.600.00 & took 3 months to do the work. Very disappointed.........

Rude and disrespectful

My girlfriends car was towed to this location by the aurora police. We spoke on the phone with them and they were very rude. When we got there they treated us like we were stupid and had no respect for anyone. The were cursing at my girlfriend while she went to get her homework from her vehicle. Never have I ever cursed at someone or wanted to really fight them. Never go to this place and never ask for help from them. Worst service from a tow company.

I used to work there back in the mid 2000s after I got out of the Army as a recovery and towing specialist, fleet mechanic, and 4x4, suspension, and drivability mech. Aurora police auction and impound lot is at this location.

Im only giving one because we have had two things in this impound yard for a little bit now. We needed to do a vin check on them. Theres a cop on dutty during the day here. We had been calling the state patrol to come out. When all it would have took was this cop that works there. They have sucked another 2 grand out of us. Its bs

I was rear ended in my 09 audi and needed pretty much my whole rear end replaced. I worked with Matt and could not be happier! He is a perfectionist and car guy and it shows in the final product. He also touched up my car for free and gave me an awesome deal on tint while my car was there. They also painted and installed s-line side skirts and my CF front splitter for practically nothing. Dont confuse reviews of the impound lot next door - ive never met anyone stupid enough to get their car impounded and i sure wouldnt trust a review thats not even for the correct place. I couldnt recommend M&M more, although they are a little farther east than most places they are definitely worth the drive out.

My car was stolen, and was impounded in this god aweful, lawless, dirty, no-rule, rude ugly employee, hide behind the skirt of the police, will do anything to screw you, think they cannot be touched by anything, think they are gods behind a work counter and or behind the stirring wheel of a company vehicle, anything to get the most money out of you place. I asked how much it would be to get my car out. The person at the counter wrote up the max. Cash amount, after I showed him the paperwork saying it was stolen. He said oh. Then he wrote it up the way he was suppost to, (it is a lesser charge when your car is stolen.) He would have never re-wrote the ticket, until I pointed it out to him. I had a hundred dollar bill, he said his place of employment could not change a hundred dollar bill, smiled at me. The place was almost ready to close, I had to rush to the gas station to get change, and they excepted the hundred dollar bill, went back. A different person came and said did not know who I was, so had to go through that again. He told me to wait outside nexted to the locked fence. A type of horn was mounted close by, which was sounded several times while I was standing there. Then a person stood behind me for a few minutes, and was let in befor me. Then the horn kept sounding off, I looked up, and noticed a camera pointing down at me. I reached into my pocket, and pulled out a micro-recorder, and held it infront of the camera. A few seconds later the gate opened, a worker who would not say a word to me took me to my car. It was ram-sacked, and needed a jump. The worker threw jumper cables on the ground, connected the pos. And negative of one side to my car, while he left the other side pos. And negative touching on the ground. An angle must have been watching over me, to foil the plans of this uglyer than sin, dirty, stinky, oil staind, filth, bully, demon. I drove to the gate where the horn sounded off several times befor the gate opened. I exited, it was night time, seen somethings on the passenger seat. I sifted through it with my hand. Thank God, I found my I.D. I sifted some more and felt something moist and semi-soft, and said out loud, WHAT THE FU**!!! I was scared to sift with my hand anymore. I came to a lighted area, and seen a small perfectly peeled potatoe. WTF, what goes through peoples minds these days? I told co-workers about it, and someone said I have a curse on me. At first everyone laughed, then everyone scattered, not another word, and left me alone. Oh well, I was thinking of buying a Mr. Potatoe head toy, or a sack of potatoes, and putting it in my passennger seat while Im driving around town. Guess well see what happens. Also items were stolen from my car, and never returned which included a laptop, and external hard drive, and my car stereo was destroyed. Oh, and to the person who reviewed befor me, you can file a police report on that driver who could have killed you at the police station for Road Rage. P.S. This place gets three, cause it was the worsed place I ever visited in my life. Someone should call enviormental protection agency on them!!!
