I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone besides Colorado Autobody. The team is absolutely incredible and have gone above and beyond to help me with the (many) issues I have had from brakes to my entire bumper falling off. The shop has had my car almost a month now . Every time I call to check the progress I get a story it’s almost done and the next week something is that wasn’t disclosed the call before hand is needed! Every time there is a set back or back order that prevents the car from being ready when the predicted there is no communication to keep the customer informed!!! Don’t allow Lynn to give information if she is not completely aware!!!

This is my second repair at Colorado Auto Body and they continue to do a great job. It takes a while to get in for service because they are that busy, but once you get an appointment set things go very smoothly and theyll take care of everything with the insurance company.On this repair, someone backed into my brand new car (just 4 months) and busted up the grill and put a dent in my hood. I had an estimate done and it was to take 4 days. Once they got the car apart, they discovered additional extensive damage to the bumper and associated parts. Rather than take the cheap way out and just replace what could be seen, they took the extra time to repair and replace ALL the damage so the car really was restored to full and safe operation. A lot of shops would have done just the cosmetic part and left me with an unsafe car. Not Colorado Auto Body.It did take an extra week, but the car came back just as good as new and it looked fantastic. You would not have been able to tell there was ever any damage if you didnt know beforehand. The paint job was perfectly matched and the bodywork was perfect. The shop kept in constant contact and kept me informed as the repair progressed.You can find cheaper and faster shops, but you wont find a higher quality one. Trust in Colorado Auto Body to do the job right! I hope never to need their services ever again, but if I do I will be back.

This is the second time Ive brought my vehicle into Colorado Auto Body and both times the service has been excellent. For the first repair, someone backed into my SUV while parked. There was minor damage to the front fender, and more importantly, damage to the radar sensor and its bracket, making the cruise control and emergency breaking features inoperable.Colorado Auto Body not only gave me a lower estimate (by almost half) for the body work than the two other body shops, but also arranged a deal with a mobile calibration company and was able to replace and recalibrate the distance sensor for hundreds less than it would have cost me had I taken it to the dealership.My most recent visit was to touch up some scrapes to the passenger door. Colorado Auto Body had my vehicle ready to go three days earlier than expected. The amazing and knowledgeable desk manager even gave me a ride to the rental car lot after finding out that I would have had to wait 30+ minutes for their shuttle driver. The quality of both repairs is top notch, and Ive had no issues since having them done.

The replacement front bumper look great and the work was quicker than I had expected. The car was clean both inside and out. My 31 year old Son passed away suddenly while my car was in the shop and she went over and beyond to help me out. She offered to stay late and even bring the car to me so I wouldnt have to try and drive during this awful tragedy. Very thorough and detailed repair and a customer oriented staff!The back of my car was damaged in what I took to be more than a minor fender bender. When Christine first looked at the car, she was very knowledgeable and amazing in being able to point out to me the damage. My daughter lives in Denver and recently had an accident with a tree while camping. She was leaving on a trip out of the country and I was trying to arrange a repair from Arizona long distance. Not knowing anyone personally in Denver for this work, I went to reviews and found CO Auto Body to complete the work. I worked with Ken who was amazing at keeping me informed as to what was happening. In todays world it is hard to trust people, especially long distance. I felt Ken did a great job of making feel secure that this was a honest place to come to help my daughter. Its been a long repair, about a month while waiting on parts and also the insurance companys approval, but we are now about two days from being able to get her car returned to her. All along the way Ken kept both my daughter and I informed as to where they were in the repair. I never had to ask, he let us know what was going on at all times. Although I am not able to comment on the actual repair yet because I havent seen the car, I feel that because of the service I have received in communication that the repair will be the best as well. Thank you to Ken for helping me from long distance and my daughter locally to feel that CO Auto Body is an honest and great place to take your car. Thank you.

Although the high reviews online would have you think differently, this is just another shop whose top priority is to flag service hours on your car through poor quality of work. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.Colorado Auto Body serviced my Subaru for $12k in hail damage in 2017 and I am reviewing them in 2020 after additional issues have surfaced with my vehicle. Quoted as a 3 week job, the shop had my car for 8 weeks.When picking up my car I found ~10 bubble imperfections and a run in the new paint. The shop’s “paint guy” repaired these issues in the parking lot. On the drive home, my rear-view mirror and an interior trim piece fell off when I hit a bump from not being re-installed correctly. After an additional walk-through I found the plastic on my car’s grill was still broken (pic). Labor and parts were charged for this repair but it was never completed. I took my car back to the shop and a service manager, Ken, got the piece installed.Unfortunately, within a week of receiving my car I moved away from Denver which I knew would complicate any future issues I was likely going to have. Very soon after, I noticed my front bumper had popped slightly out of place (pic). A separate body shop informed me the bumper clips were broken off due to poor removal of the bumper. My bumper was removed during the repair to fix my headlights. Nice.2 years later I am developing a finish issue on the edge of my hatchback from body filler and paint they applied (pic). No dents in the area, just paint that is peeling off from a poor seal around the body filler they fixed a hail dent with. Unfortunately, by no longer living in Colorado their “paint guy” cannot help me out with a parking lot repair like he did 2 years ago.Terrible workmanship quality in both the immediate and long-term results of their repairs.

This shop is well organized and handled my insurance claim with Allstate fast and the body work and paint is second to none. They go above and beyond their scope of work and the car is done in a timely manner-Thank you Erik, Tim, John, Ken and Ken JR!

This is honestly the best place ever. I was recently hit in a car accident, and I found this place close to home. They did everything they could for me to help me and they did a beautiful job restoring my car back to its original working order and within the estimated time they said itd take. Theyre nice and welcoming, and they keep you updated with your car. I hope to never get in a car accident again, but for any kind of damage to my car, I will definitely be going back to them. Ken was a pleasure to work with. They accommodated my schedule with work. I had body work done on 2 passenger side doors and the rear quarter panel. You can no longer see the damage at all.The work was A+ and when I picked up my car it was completely clean on the inside. What a pleasant surprise. It was spotless inside and out! Thank you for being such a competent shop. I have had some gnarly experiences this year alone, and this is the first shop that was fully reliable with body work. Havent had any issues after the work was done so that has been nice. The staff also detailed the inside of my car upon pickup which was amazing. Also, Carla took great care of me and was prompt. Paint was close but not quite perfect post line on right is slightly gapped different but is good just not perfect difference in paint color is easily visible in picture shown. Rear bumper replaced. People are kind and a professional atmosphere

I had to use CAB twice. The first time I had been backed into in a parking lot and so my back right door had to be replaced. They updated me throughout the process and sent pictures. Thats always nice. When I got my car back it looked nice and the door functioned the same as before. However, they left a huge part of my old destroyed door, metal and glass, in my trunk? As the months passed I noticed that my door looked different than the others on the inside. There is a huge space in between where the interior part of the door is connected to the outer or metal part. I havent contacted the owner directly yet but thought I would go ahead and review here because I was asked to originally anyway. So, I was happy with this repair and the functionality but I dont think it was correctly done now that I look at it and would like to have this seen about.My second time using CAB was a few months later. A drunk driver hit me and ran. My front left bumper and above that tire was damaged as well as my headlight. I had already used this shop once and I must say it wasnt as nice of an experience. The man who had helped me the first time who was so nice had been let go. So the man who helped this time around almost didnt take me seriously. I didnt get near as many updates this time around, I found myself calling to check. When I finally got my car back I got in to drive away just to find a new warning light I had never seen on before. I got out and had to wait another hour for them to fix a mistake they made and were going to leave me with. It was a good thing that my warning light came on then or I couldve drove off and been held liable. When I brought this to their attention it was almost like they tried to say they didnt do it and seemed annoyed that I would even dare say so? Yet I had never seen the warning. They ended up fixing it though.I give 3 stars because it wasnt a completely horrible experience overall. They did fix it, other than the door being incorrect, and the paint and finishes look just the same as my original color. I got better customer service the first time around but it was fair the second time. I will be contacting them to see what they can do about my door if they dont see this review.

I got multiple quotes for my dent and cracked paint and they gave me a great bid that was the lowest! They communicated with me and my car rental company and was very fast at fixing my car. When I went to pick it up my car was polished, washed, and detailed in and out. The body work was fantastic! Looks like nothing ever happened to it! I have known the owner of this body shop, Bill, for over 25 years and aside from considering him a great person and very honest/trustworthy/straightforward, he runs a great shop and is always delivered for me the best outcome for my vehicles. I have brought him several vehicles over the years, everything from large SUV all the way down to an expensive Mercedes convertible. The convertible had a broken retractable roof that the dealership estimated would cost over $9500 to fix, somehow someway Bill and his techs found a way to fix it and get me at the door for $1200

Had a great experience with this body shop. I had some unique requests and they accommodated me wonderfully. Ken was a pleasure to work with. When I went to pick up my car, one of the headlights wasnt working. The owner was outside and offered to fix it the following week (I picked up at close on a Friday). I ended up fixing it myself, but he promised to make it right. If youre looking for a shop that does great work and has top notch customer service, this is your place.

John Chan at the Aurora shop was great! He kept me updated every few days while my car was in the shop and actually got the car finished faster that originally estimated! We took our car here after the hail storm in May and every single dent and dig was removed flawlessly. I went here recently to have one of my rear view mirrors replaced. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the customer service I received was. I emailed back and forth with their service consultant Mike Harrison and he was nothing but patient and helpful with looking at different options for the replacement part and getting me a quick estimate. I ended up buying my own mirror and bringing it with me to have them install it for me. It took them about 15 minutes to install and they did not charge me for the installation! I would definitely recommend Colorado Auto Body to anyone who needs body work done.

I worked with Jason. He was responsive, nice and professional. The work estimate was clear and well explained. When they hit a few unexpected snags while doing the work with some undiscovered issues, they let me know right away and communicated it to the insurance company. Best of all, the work came out great... You cant even tell where my car was damaged. I hope to never need body work again but if I do, Id have no hesitation going back here.

Colorado Auto Body rocks! I had to get my cars front fender replaced through an insurance claim and they handled everything perfectly. Car looks great and they worked directly with the insurance company. Hope I dont have to use them again anytime soon but will recommend them from now on.

I have a sprinter van that I use for my business and it was backed into and not drivable. I called around and had a hard time finding someone with a paint booth large enough to handle the height of the van. Called Colorado Auto Body got a hold of Jason Brown he said they could handle the job and carried a lifetime warranty. They did a great job on repairing my van, handling the insurance and getting me back on the road. Thanks for the great service and quick response, I will recommend you to anyone I know.

This place was excellent! Crashed the front of my 4Runner and although it took a month to repair ($10,000 worth of damage), I wanted the job done right and not rushed, and they delivered my car back just like new. Tim kept me updated through phone calls weekly and I appreciate the great customer service. I would definitely recommend this body shop for any repairs.

James is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever encountered. From email to phone to person, James was incredibly nice, thoughtful, and attentive to the task. He made sure everything was perfect with the process, and I am incredibly satisfied with the service provided by your staff. The behind the scenes work of actually fixing the vehicle must have been efficient, since the damage was repaired on time and under budge. The vehicle looks great, and I could not be happier.

Matt was very helpful and kept me well informed during my repair process and that was a huge relief and burden off my back making the repair process painless. My new car was in an accident with only 6,100 miles on it where the rocker and quarter panel had to cut out and be replaced. The repair came out flawless and everyone I dealt with was helpful and courteous. I would recommend this shop, Matt and all the staff to anyone who needs bodywork and refinishing on any vehicle.

We got our 2005 4Runner repainted in spots due to sun damage it looks like brand new!! The service that we received was outstanding from Matt and the owner when we needed or had any questions.
