We took our Mercedes Leisure Flex RV to Amina when the check engine light went on. Mohamed not only fixed it on the spot, but checked all the other electrical and explained why the light went on. This is the go to place for any auto repairs, but if you have an electric or hybrid car this is the place to be, they are very knowledgeable and reliable!

I am very disappointed in this Company! We are local in Estes and very excited to have a local Company in town work on our 4 vehicles. We purchased 4 tires from them for 1 vehicle and 1 of the tires has continued to lose air even after we have brought it back 3 times. We have contacted Amina over 6 times through phone calls and online appointments for repair on 2 of our other vehicles and have never received a phone call back for an appointment. Seems they are not interested in local business.

I was charged for a diagnostic test that resulted in no information about my car issues. Then was told they would find the problem when they had time. I called multiple times over a six week period and was always told they would update me by Friday. The Friday’s kept going by, calling again same story. Those updates never happened and I finally had to go and tow my car to someone that could actually spend time looking at it.

Brought our 2008 Sienna in on a Saturday, July 31 in Estes Park. Heard a clunking noise, asked to check out. Placed seemed busy and had only 1 person on which compounded the problem. Had to call back later to check on status and went down there. Informed a bad tie-rod end, but could not replace since they dont do wheel alignments. Charge of $65. Towed to Denver (via AAA) and to a knowledge mechanic, not tie-rod but loose stabilizer bar link. Dont recommend going here. Repair flat tires might be okay.UPDATE: Owner called to follow up on comment. Very professional, concerned about service we received. Welcomed feedback to take steps to improve quality at Estes shop. Refunded our money. Would go back if the need arose.

Refat is always so kind. He does not overcharge, is very welcoming, and makes sure the customer is happy. Ive had two glass replacements on two did vehicles, paint fox, and another small body repair. Very sweet staff

My husband and I had traveled across the country from Georgia to Colorado to see Rocky Mountain National Park and my 2015 Subaru Forrester suddenly went dead at the top of the highest point. Someone jumped our car off and we carefully made our way back to Estes Park late on Saturday afternoon with EVERY light blinking that our car was in trouble. Somehow we found Aminos and we parked and called Subaru dealer to describe our situation and were advised to turn it off and let it cool for 30 minutes. When we tried to start it again… NOTHING! It was dead. About that time Mohammed came out to see if we wanted to come inside out of the heat. We told him our story and he suggested he check out battery. And it registered as “dead” on his machine. And he showed us the label that said it was 4 years old. (No one at Subaru suggested that). Fortunately he had a new battery that fit and within 15 minutes my Subaru was running perfectly and we were able to drive back to Ft Collins.Mohammed was like a guardian angel in the right place at the right time. It was magical and felt like a miracle! His kindness, knowledge and gentle approach made him my hero forever!I cannot recommend this auto repair shop and Mohammed highly enough. I’ve been happily using Amina Auto Repair services since moving into the area 6 years ago. Whatever has gone wrong with my car has been diagnosed and fixed at their facility. From minor maintenance to replacing tires, transmission, and a host of other issues. They are consistently friendly, professional and honest. I highly recommend them for all your car service and repair problems.

I took my car here and had by far the worst experience Ive ever had with a repair shop. They took forever to diagnose the issue (a small leak), then tried to charge an insane amount of money to fix the issue which they actually made worse during the diagnosis. I found another spot that fixed the issue the next day for $75 vs $500 and they alerted me of the new issue that was caused by Amina. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I lived in Central Park for 15 years and have been a customer of Amina for most, having also gone to the most reliably rated shops nearby as well. Ive sought second opinions to Amina whenever repair costs were moderate or more as well. Mohamed and his team are the highest caliber, fully trustworthy, and fair. Since moving, I have driven across town from my new home farther away, for aminas opinion on my car issues. Thats how good they are, in my opinion.

Terribly disappointed in the service received here. I brought my Volkswagen Tiguan to Amina in April with a transmission issue. The vehicle would not shift out of park and the emergency brake light would not go off. I was told I would receive an estimate for repairs via text. A week later I still had not received any information. I went back into the shop and was told there was an electrical problem and they were working on it. Another week went by and no contact. Another visit by me to the shop resulted in being told the car would be fixed the next day. Called the next day and was told the car was repaired but they wanted to inspect it to be sure. Went in the following day and received the car. This visit meant the car was with Amina for 16 days.I drove the car for four days when the problem reoccurred. I returned to Amina and was told that there had been the possibility that this could happen and was reminded that I was allegedly told the car wasn’t really fixed the first time. This was not true, however I chalked it up to a possible language barrier resulting in some misunderstanding. I left the car there a second time as I’d paid for what I thought was a repair that wasn’t properly completed.The car remained with Amina for 2 days before I called for a status. I was told it would be diagnosed on Sunday or Monday. I waited until Tuesday to call back and was told it was being diagnosed as we spoke. Three days later, on Friday, my wife visited the shop and the car was not fixed nor diagnosed. She requested a refund of our original payment and the return of the vehicle. She was placed in telephone contact with the owner who told her I had been told earlier that they hadn’t had a chance to diagnose the problem yet, a complete fabrication. The owner asked her to allow him to keep the car over the weekend so he could get it fixed rather than us taking it somewhere else. We agreed, reluctantly.Following the Memorial Day weekend I went to the shop and was told the car still wasn’t fixed and they were waiting for a module to be delivered. I was told the owner would call me the following day to update me. I reminded the young man working the counter that in all this time I had never been called by anyone. I told him I would return the next day to get my car and I expected it to be fixed. When I returned today, 13 days after dropping the car off I was given my car and my money back and told Amina could not repair the car.So Amina had my car for a total of 29 days and the car is in exactly the same condition. I’ve been without my car all this time, been ignored, misled, and generally treated as if my time and business weren’t worth their time or effort. I’ve never seen such an unprofessional auto repair business anywhere or at anytime. Amina Auto Repair disrespected me with deceitful and dismissive conduct and I will NEVER bring them my business again.

Terrible and disappointing. It took a month for them to get my car fixed. They didnt fix the issue the first time, and then wanted to charge me twice for the same part. The owner was rude. He snapped at me during conversation, and was very condescending. If you value your time and money, dont bring your vehicle here for repairs.

He was willing to meet me at the garage early so that I could drop my car off for work.When he could’ve easily done both front and back brakes to make more money, he was honest and just said the front brakes were needed. That honesty and awesome customer service will have me returning as a regular customer at Amina Auto Repair!

This is a VERY busy location due to the good work of the staff and great relationships that they have built with the customers..these are hard working mechanics! The wait can be a bit long though, but they explain everything to the customer that needs done on their vehicle.

They gave me a quote for changing out a serpentine belt for approx $350 said it would take 3 hrs labor: I had it done at grease monkey for $89 n 20 mins beware these guys r ripping u off

Amina is an awesome local business owned by Mohamed Mouaddine, a Moroccan immigrant who after 8 years of service with the Royal Guard, working for the king of Morocco, managing and maintaining the royal fleet of vehicles, Mohamed moved to the United States in 2001. Hes a super awesome guy and if you need auto repairs, hes 100% got your back. Ive gone to them twice and the first time I didnt have anything wrong with my car but had been paranoid about it as it was my first vehicle and I didnt know what to listen for. Mohammed got in the car with me, tested everything, took us for a quick drive and didnt charge me anything. Purely wanted me to have peace of mind. They also sell these really awesome bumper stickers. #supportlocalbusinesss

I like and trust the people who own / will to at Amina. They do a good job. Theyre willing to go above and beyond, even meeting us after regular business hours on one occasion to fix a door that wouldnt close. We were really thankful for that. My only gripe is that they seem so busy now that its hard to get in and get problems addressed in a timely manner, especially if its something non-essential, like a broken door handle or regular oil change. Just frustrating at times. They need more staff and a larger space to accommodate all the business theyve attracted.

My car broke down leaving DIA and I just happened to google the closest auto repair and ended up getting my car towed here on a Sunday. The folks at Amina were so friendly and made sure to keep me updated on the status of my car at all times. They were also incredibly flexible with my pick up as I do not live in Denver. I am impressed with this shop, their honesty and customer service.

Truly grateful for Amina Auto Repair, they have worked on my vehicle for 2 separate issues. The first was a ball joint/suspension repair when the ball joint sheared, they got us in and out super quickly (like a week tops, they told us the day it would be done and it was done the day they originally said it would be) and at a cheaper price than the 3 other places we called. The second time was to replace some O2 sensors. I called on a Wednesday and they said they could get it in next day, I picked my vehicle back up the end of Thursday(next day) Amina is efficient, friendly and from my experience, very fair priced and honest. We will continue to go to Amina for any of our car needs! I highly recommend!

I get my car repaired at Amina. They do fine work. But thats not why I am writing this review. I swung in today to get a little air in my bike tires. The manager Dan filled up both tires to correct pressure. Mohammad, the owner came out to say hello and we all three talked. Chatted about life and other lesser topics. While we were talking Dan fixed my bike basket that was loose. Bike tires filled and basket like new I thanked them for their help and I rolled away. I didnt get far before it struck me how perfect that previous 10 minutes was. Very simple, but it just felt good. Thanks guys!

I don’t trust my autos to anyone others than Amina. Mohamed knows your auto like his own and treats it as such. The entire crew it top notch. Proudly haven’t frequented a dealership since finding this gem of a local shop. Have had a litany of issues with my vehicles from body repair, electrical issues, general maintenance and continue to rely on Amina as I trust their judgement and reliability to get the repair done fair.

Such an awesome shop! They were extremely transparent, which I find not to always be the case as a woman with no car knowledge. Dan and Mohammed were great and kept me in the loop the entire time. Definitely recommend them. I know I’ll be using them again.

These guys are awesome. Friendly and very helpful. There is a story behind my 5 star rating. Long story short. My seat belt was stuck jammed inside my driver door. These guys helped me out it didnt cost me anything. I appreciated because other places wanted to charge me 126$. Im blessed to have found this shop. I will be returning for any other repair needed for my vehicle.

Ive had them do a lot of work on my 07 Audi A4 and they did all of it in a timely matter at a reasonable price. I have had few issues with the service and any issues I did have were honest mistakes and resolved asap, even if they were very busy. Dan is super nice and very easy to talk to and George was great at all of the work he did. I will bring all of my business here!

AVOID THIS SHOP. If you asked me if I would recommend Amina two weeks ago, I would have done so without hesitation. We were loyal customers who have spent thousands there over the last couple years. That was before I was stranded in the mountains last Tuesday when my transmission on my 4 year old car overheated, and I found out that Amina used the wrong transmission fluid and way overfilled the system when they flushed it. The mistake is clear on their own paperwork—it shows that the wrong fluid was used and the amount was too much. Instead of making things right and taking responsibility (everyone makes mistakes), they denied they did anything wrong and my husband and I were spoken to in a demeaning manner and accused of damaging our own transmission. I was confident based upon their reputation in the neighborhood that they would treat us right—boy was I wrong.

Weve taken both of our high-mileage cars to Amina for five years. They have always provided prompt, outstanding service and saved us lots of money. We once received a $2,000 quote to address several issues from another shop in town - Mohamed identified a minor fix right away and charged us $0. When we had a big job done, Mohamed followed up with multiple phone calls to make sure we felt our money was well spent. Amina is the place for reliable, high-quality, trustworthy service for way less than youll pay elsewhere.

I went in for an estimate and the front guy popped out my fender so I could open my door. I had to go with another Auto repair that was closer to my house but this place was really helpful. I work up the street and the guy upfront, I think Steve...he is bald headed, he walked down to look at my car while I was at work. He looked at my other estimates and gave my insight and advice on what I should do. I didnt feel bamboozled or like lost with them...I didnt feel like they were trying to take advantage either. The quote was in same price range as other places as well.

They didnt fix everything that I mentioned!!! Now the owner wants me to bring it back in and charge me more money when everything shouldve been fixed the first time. Instead he said they probably didnt get to everything and for me to bring it back😠. Who does that!?! So if you didnt get to everything why call me and tell me everything was fixed!!! The owner is so unprofessional and had the nerve to tell me if I think they should pay for it if it comes out to $600... Mmmm no moron but I do expect the job to be done before me picking up my car! Instead I drove my car that night with no dashboard lights. Then he tells me they didnt run a full diagnostic on it. So you just fixed what you wanted and sent me on my way knowing Id probably call back because not everything was fixed and you figured you could just charge me more money!!!!Update!!! Just drove my car again and someone started flashing lights at me from behind!! So not only did they not fix my dashboard lights all the lights in the back are still not working!!!! What in the hell did you guys charge me $120 for??? Plus I paid for an oil change! I told you guys my lights werent working a d you only fixed my right turn signal that only works in the front!!!

I got a flat tire right around the corner and these guys were wonderful and got my spare tire on and filled the rest of my tires. They were efficient, kind, and welcoming.

I had an unusual problem with my 4WD on my Ford F-150. They were able to diagnose the issue and repair it in one day at a very reasonable cost, much less than I would have paid at the dealer. I was very pleased with the service!

I had an amazing experience with Amina Auto, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and this place is bar none the best shop I have ever come in to. The owner is friendly and helped me get my car fixed and back on the road in no time at all! The customer service was great and I wont take my car anywhere else!

DO NOT USE AMINA AUTO REPAIR!I towed my vehicle to Amina Auto Repair on 11/5. The immobilzer (anti theft system) light was flashing on my dash. This was allowing my electricity to run and the engine to crank, but the engine would not start. After a week and a half of patiently waiting for a diagnosis of my vehicles issue, I was told that the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) was bad and needed replaced. I was told the cost would fix between $300 and $400 (very unprofessional not to provide an exact quote). After another week of patient waiting, I was told the vehicle was running and ready to be picked up AND that the cost for the fix was $500, not between $300 and $400. I voiced my frustration in the lack of professionalism, and the shop lowered the price to $415. I drove the vehicle home. A couple hours later as I planned to pick up my wife from work, the vehicle engine would not start again and the immobilizer light was flashing again on the dash. I called the Amina Auto Repair the next morning requesting that they tow it back to the shop because they did not fix the original issue. They refused, but at my hopes that they would provide better customer service and warranty their work, I paid again for the vehicle to be towed back. This was on 11/21/20. When I arrived to the shop with the towed vehicle, I was told that I would have a diagnosis by 11/26. 11/26 came and went without a diagnosis let alone a phone call; however, I practiced patience knowing it was Thanksgiving week. The next week I called again for an update and I was told by the shop owner to Back off. This establishment had had my vehicle for 4 weeks at this point, I had paid the shop $415 for a repair to a problem that did not exist, and this owner was telling me to Back off. I was very frustrated. After many conversations over the next 5 weeks, I eventually decided to tow the vehicle to the dealership, an establishment with actual experts and professionals. The dealership discovered my battery, which was under warranty, was leaking acid and causing low voltage short circuits. I was able to exchange the battery at no cost under warranty, and it solved the problem. All in all, I ended up paying over $1200 in labor, parts, diagnostic fees, and ride shares for my wife for an issue that could have been addressed for just diagnostic fees. My vehicle was at Amina Auto Repair for a total of 66 days without a correct diagnosis or fix.

Fantastic customer service at Amina. We had our car looked at by this crew and were instantly at ease with each recommendation and felt confident in their work and abilities. I highly recommend this shop!

I wish I could give negative 5 stars. Mohammad is extremely unprofessional. He repeatedly lied to me. He acts nice to your face but does passive aggressive things behind your back, such as hold your car hostage for days on end and create more damage to your car. I decided to have my car towed out of his shop and transferred to another shop that specializes in higher end cars (its a Mercedes) and he threw a temper tantrum since he was going to lose out on the work and sabotaged the whole process. He would say one thing to me, then another thing to the insurance adjuster, then another to the other shop, and the tow company, spinning everyone in circles for simple things. Amina is responsible for some lost parts and additional damage to my car. They delayed me in getting my car back by probably a week due to their stalling and losing parts which needed to be special ordered from Germany, scratched up the rear leather seats by stuffing my whole bumper and whole grill in the back for transport. Who does that?!Steer clear. These guys are dishonest and unprofessional and will not get your car back to you quickly or even in proper shape. You would expect a car repair shop to repair a car, not further damage it and waste your time and money. Im still dealing with the repercussions of dealing with these guys and its weeks later.

This is a great repair shop. Both Mohamed, former head mechanic to the king of Morocco, now Aminas owner and chief technician, and Dan, his assistant, are very smart and knowledgeable. Ive been very happy with their work on my two cars. The person at the front desk, Laura, is always friendly and helpful. On two occasions Ive shown up with minor issues (a loose bumper, a flat tire) and theyve taken care of me on the spot, free of charge. I live in Stapleton, and its great having a local place to turn to in a pinch. By the way, they also do great body work. After I dented and scuffed up my car door on a concrete pillar, they made it look good as new, and for a price lower than I was quoted elsewhere.

I love Amina, Mohammed and his staff is 1st class and offers great advice and prices on repairs.

Took my BMW into Amina to see what was going on with it. They performed many tests on my car so they could fix it properly. Mohamed is very knowledgeable about everything he has done to repair my car. Laura was great she came and picked me up when my car was ready. Only have had my car back for a day, Mohamed called me today to see how everything was going with the car. Being a college student and a young lady he did not try to take advantage of me and drain my pockets dry like most people would have done because of the none knowledge about cars. I brought my Jeep Liberty in with a part that I had purchased online, but was unable to install myself. They were very accommodating and able to get my vehicle in the the shop and repaired, same day (I was a walk-in). I have seen some bad reviews for this shop, but based on my experience, they were very fair in service and price. I will certainly consider using their service again in the future.

I would never send anyone here. Poor Customer Service, the owner does fraudulent activity, you pay for brand new parts and they install used parts. We had got referred here to get a new transmission for my Tahoe and the transmission lasted 5 months if that, me and my children were broke down 10 hours away from home, he stated there was nothing he could do because the warranty was an in house warranty (which was not stated on the paperwork). He did end up getting my Tahoe towed to his shop. He replaced transmission again and the second transmission failed. We had got a diagnostic done on my truck and nothing was wrong with it besides the transmission. If this was a brand new GM factory transmission we would have been able to get it fixed at any dealership. Its stated on paperwork (receipt) GM Factory Transmission 5 year warranty. Please be careful with people that are out to take you for everything you have.

Mohamed is wonderful and this shop deserves a far better rating than what is currently on Google. I will be taking my familys cars here from now on. The shop delivers on promises, uses quality parts, and takes the time to sit down with customers to discuss the full extent of the repairs. Another plus is that they do everything from oil changes to collision repairs. This shop is one stop and they are respectful! If you are looking to get a fair price on repairs with excellent service, look no further.

I initially brought in my 2006 Altima with a problem where the engine died while the car was running and in park. Amina replaced my alternator, but that did not fix the issue. Muhammad was very concerned that Amina had misdiagnosed the issue, so, although he did not have to do so, he recommended a shop in Boulder (where I live) and coordinated with them to make sure they got the issue repaired. My cars suspension had also been having issues, and Muhammad graciously made that repair for hundreds of dollars less than what two or three other places estimated. We started off on the wrong foot, but Amina Auto Repair and Muhammad have provided excellent customer service and repair work since.

I dont trust them. I was a mechanic many years ago with a college degree and everything. I was selling a car and she asked me to bring it there for them to look at. They charged 85 bucks to this sweet elderly woman and gave her a bill for 2,000 to fix everything. I looked at the bill and they told her that the oil filter was also in the wrong spot and had to be moved because they can not get to it. Total bs. I change the oil and its right where its supposed to be and I dont even need a tool to change it. They are taking advantage of this woman. I did not argue with them or her.

I took my Honda Odyssey minivan in to Amina Auto Repair this morning because my brakes have been squealing and sometimes, when my foot is on the brake a long time, I feel my foot go down a little further. I was sure I needed new breaks. Mohamed looked it over and said my breaks were in great shape and explained why it is natural for brakes to squeak sometimes and why, because I was using my air conditioner, you sometimes get that sensation with the brake pedal. Ill spare the review the technical details but Mohamed definitely knows his stuff, explains it clearly so I dont have to just take someones word for it. He could have easily said oh ya, you need all new brakes but he was honest instead. When something really does go wrong with my car, I will definitely take it to him.

Ive been taking my Forester to Amina for a couple years now. In terms of honest work, Ive never trusted a mechanic shop like I trust these guys. For example, Ive come in there asking for work to be done and theyve given me several reasons why it should wait -- essentially taking money out of their own pocket to spare me some money and angst. Wont take my car anywhere else now.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and caring, believe it or not. Another mechanic shop in Glendale said they couldnt even figure out what the problem with my Prius was (electrical issues, parking lights). Mohamed figured it out and had it back to me within a day. Also noticed my water pump was leaking, which was missed by the previous mechanic when doing an oil change. This was a good experience, and I highly recommend Amina Auto Repair.

Our car was hit by a flying object on the interstate, and this was the closest place to take it.However, before authorizing any service, we decided to use a shop whose work would be guaranteed by our insurance company.But when it came time to transfer the vehicle to the other shop, Amina refused to release the car twice to two different tow trucks. They refused to work with our insurance reps, the drivers, or the other shop. It caused days worth of delays.I understand that they wanted to be the ones to work on the car to get paid, but sorry, bottom line is that your shop was NOT the one recommended and guaranteed by our insurance company.Once the car was finally released, the tow truck driver found that several pieces, including the bumper, had been removed and thrown into the back seat. Which caused damage to the leather seats.Also, when the car was taken apart (without approval) many pieces were not put back on or in the car. So the receiving shop had to determine which pieces were stolen so they could reorder them.Yes, STOLEN. Pieces of our car were removed, without consent, and not returned or replaced.This has added an extra week to the repairs.This shop has been nothing but a headache and a nightmare. The unprofessionalism is unbelievable. The owner called the tow truck driver a liar and the insurance rep a liar, and we caught HIM in the lies.Unbelievable! Had a stuck flat tire that even the tow guy couldnt get off. I gave Amina a call early in the morning and the the guy got it off in mere seconds. Really friendly service and I have confidence they are very knowledgable.

Moe is the man! I went in for some body work and he fixed it like brand new! He also went above and beyond and when he fixed my breaks and caliper on my GS 350 Lexus! He shows you whats wrong and charges You less then most people! I WILL definitely be coming back for now on! Great, honest mechanic!

I say this with full confidence that this is THE WORST place to take your car for any kind of service. My car has been SITTING there for almost THREE WEEKS due to Mohammeds lack of professionalism and the office managers utter lack of knowledge. I cannot tell you how many times I have called THEM (every day, explaining the same thing over and over. I JUST WANT THE WHEEL BEARING FIXED !) with absolutely ZERO times they have called me to update me. I asked for a simple wheel bearing to be replaced. Any other mechanic would have taken two days TOPS for this of repair. I have gotten excuse after excuse because this ENTIRE TIME my car wasnt even TOUCHED due to Mohammed never being at work! Who owns a shop and is never their for their customer?! I only have one car, been spending dollar after dollar on other transportation to get to and from work just to show up three weeks later to take my car and it is completely disasaembled with absolutely NO HEAD WAY three weeks LATER. I am enraged! !!

These guys are fantastic. Friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and have saved me big chunks of money on more than one occasion by just giving me their honest assessment on what makes sense.

Horrible shop and mechanics. I went in to get my struts replaced and had to go in 3 more times to get them fixed. After I got my car back from Mohammed he told me I needed work on my timing cover. I agreed and let him fix it. Big mistake. A day after getting my car back it over heats because he forgot to plug back in a wire. 4 days after I get it back the second time my car breaks down on the side of the road due to a part being out of place and sitting on my alternator. I would give it zero stars if I could huge nightmare. Do not go here.

Could not have asked for a better experience! Came upon this place in a local site for Stapleton and figured Id give it a try. Ive been needing to get a dent in my trunk fixed in my Honda CRV for sometime. Every place Ive gone the quotes have been minimum $500 and about a week to fix. I went there for an estimate, walked in, told Mohamed what happened, he looked at me and laughed came out to my car and said, hang on. He went inside got a few tools came back out and starting taking things apart. However, he noticed my dog in the back seat, asked if she wanted a treat and she came out of the car and followed him into the shop. He told me he had to take care of her first. Within 10 minutes my debt was popped back out, looks good as new, the trunk was put back together, my dog was satisfied and he didnt charge me! You cant even tell anything happened! I was, and a few hours later, still amazed that SO many people wanted to charge me crazy prices and he fixed it in minutes. I even asked how much, and he smiled and said nothing! I pulled away thinking I had to tell all of my friends that if we ever have any car issues, this is the place we go!

Theyve been taking care of my car for about two years and theyve been great. Muhammed, the owner, is a very nice guy - honest and fair when it comes to pricing. Let me tell you a story about why this guy is just above and beyond. Someone tried breaking into my car from underneath the hood and displaced a piece into the fan. Car was making the most wretched noise and I had no idea what it was. On short notice, he had me stop by but could not get my car in for a few days. So he came outside on his lunch, fixed my car in five minutes and expected nothing in return. I am sure I wouldve been taken advantage of at the dealership. Happy to have Muhammed as my mechanic and my neighbor!!!

I had previously left a bad review mistakenly before the car was back in my possession. I was confronted about my bad review which confirms the unprofessionalism of my entire experience. Also i was repeatedly told that the car was taking up valuable space and time and only costing him money while everyone else at his shop was making excuses as to why he wasnt there working on the car for 2 weeks. Mohammad knows his stuff and the car was old and rusted so I understand it was a difficult job but taking a nearly month to cut two bolts to change the wheel bearing is incredibly ridiculous. Confirming my trust issues with mechanics as well. From what was comunnicated it sounded like it was 2 weeks before the car was on the rack after it was diagnosed. They gave me excuse after excuse to which i called them every day cause they kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow here we are a month later and 3x what it was quoted (understandably with the parts) finally driving the car. Entirely unprofessional, untimely, cant communicate or be honest. Needless to say I will NEVER EVER recommend this shop to anyone. Thankful this horrible experience is nothing but a bad memory. Like my review now Mohammad?? After all this and collecting hundreds upon hundreds of dollars in alternate transpotation costs for an entire month because you keep getting lied to Put yourself in my shoes how nice of a review would you leave???

The guy Mohammad was very rude. When I politely refused the quote for his service he proceeded to ask me what I do for a living. I then told him why is he interested in knowing he laughs. As his co worker walks in he tells her what happened rudely and mockingly. I cant comment on their work but that mechanic Mohammad is unprofessional and immature.

Mohamed is the best, and we have no reservations in recommending them to work on your car!

It somewhat pains me to write this, because I initially very much liked Amina and their staff, but this morning quickly ruined that image. I, in the post polite manner, inquired about some charges on my bill, and I was told that they were going to KEEP MY CAR. Now, I do believe in letting experts perform their expertise, but as an informed consumer, politely inquiring about billing is not just a right, but an intelligent and necessary component of consumerism. So, threatening to impound (which is actually theft) my car did not sit very well. Now, while I am not a mechanic, nor do I have any knowledge about auto repair, Mohammed (Muhammed) told me that I specifically asked him to run a $120 diagnostic. He even offered to show me the recorded phone call of that request. I (having a terrible memory) was not entirely sure I made that request, so I checked MY personal call logs (wherein all calls are recorded), and the conversation NEVER HAPPENED. I then brought that recording (of the conversation that did not happen) to the store, and was told I was arguing semantics AND that Mohammed was now the one getting hot and angry. Why he has a right to be furious at a customer for expressing both opinion and fact in a responsible way is beyond me. Hugely disappointed and rather sad for them.

I took my clunker to Amina after receiving an advertisement in the mail. Although my car is not a pretty sight, I wanted to get it diagnosed to find out exactly what was wrong with it. The owner, Mohammad, and Laura were the first people that greeted me. Talk about good people... Both Mohammad and Laura were very personable and welcoming. Mohammad shared with me some of his background - and what do you know, one of the first things we talk about is morals and honesty. If Ive ever met an honest mechanic or car shop owner, its him. Laura drove me home while they inspected my car. An hour later, she picked me up in my car. Now thats customer service. Once more, even though I was quoted a flat rate of $75 for the diagnosis, Mohammed didnt charge me a cent for his shops time. He was detailed and took time to go over what his mechanics found wrong. Once again, he was very polite and understanding. He even told me what I could expect to get for the car in its current condition. Although I wont have any work done on my car (its not worth the ROI), Mohammed has made a new loyal customer for whatever car services I need in the future. I can tell he cares about making a good reputation for his business. Thank you very much! My review: A++

I have a 2004 volvo and it had some issues, took it this shop to find out that issue was a fuse the owner was nice and helpfull Laura the front desk lady greated me in a way you feel welcomed honest techs , a place that you wanna keep in mind if your vehicle needs help A+++++

Awesome people and a great experience! Encountered transmission issues in my 2001 Subaru while on a roadtrip (a long way from my mechanic) and was referred to these guys. Ive encountered a lot of mechanics and businesses that overcharged and underachieved, but not Amina. Not only did they get it done fast and on the low end of transmission repair cost, but Mohammed loaned me a car of his so I could make it to Sante Fe in time for a wedding! Everyone there turned a near disaster into the great trip it should have been. If I can come up with an excuse to travel back to Denver I will definitely have them do the other much needed repairs on my car.

Great service, very knowlegeable and honest mechanic. they fixed my truck for 50% below what the dealer was wanting to charge me. Not only my F150 is running great, but it is also clean. Owner is a crook. Will lie about how long it will take and charges dealer list but doesnt use dealer parts. If you want to be lied to and have wallet flushed this is the place for you.
