Andrew is very knowledgeable about archery equipment, and repairs are completed with a fast turnaround time. Personal customer service is great! Range fees are very reasonable.

I had an excellent experience at Nock and Feather earlier today. I went there to choose my first compound bow. I explained that I was looking for along with my budget and Andrew was more than helpful to assist me. He and I went through to the various options, so I would be happy with my order. I was also able to shoot my chosen model at the range downstairs! I cant wait until my order arrives! Nock and Feather is now my go to store for Archery products. Just on the friendly service and knowledgeable staff alone you should go to this facility!!

I called their shop with some basic pricing questions on getting my arrows cut and inserts installed. Gave me a super ambiguous answer and basic told me he wouldnt know until they actually do it. The arrow is a Gold tip Pierce Platinum, a popular off the self arrow with all proper hard wear included. This just speaks to their lack of professionalism and knowledge. Called Strictly Archery and they gave me a quote with in seconds. I know were Im spending my money.Response to reply, I was very clear about what items that were included, application and the scope of work to your employee when first ask as well as make and model. The information provided by me was more than significant do produce a price per arrow for the scope of work. At no time did as ask for any more complex work that would require a more detailed evaluation of the arrows. It was clear from your employee tone that he was rushing me off the phone. I believe he hung up on me and I choose not to call your business back.I when speaking with Strictly Archery providing the same exact information I received a definitive quote in response. NOT a ball park or well it could be a few dollars Just bring them in as your employee stated.

I had a great experience dealing with Nock & Feather. I went in to buy my first bow, and they couldnt have been more helpful. I told them my budget and Brandyn gave me several options to try out on the range in the basement. Once I selected one Dallas spent a couple of hours with me getting everything dialed in to me and sighted in. I cant recommend them enough. I know I wouldnt have gotten anything close to this service at a big box store.

Awesome store! Totally new to archery and bow hunting. Came in to buy a bow and left with a PSE. Dallas and Josh the owner took their time to explain everything to me, and let me test out several bows before I made my purchase. Great service and friendly atmosphere. They seemed to know all the regulars by first name.

Always have taken great care of myself and my boyfriend, always very knowledgeable and taking time to answer any questions we might have. Great shop, definitely worth the drive for us (we live in Manhattan, Illinois and have other shops closer to us) as we know we will recieve better service in a friendlier atmosphere than at other shops.

We came in to shoot in the JOAD program and we had a great time. Everyone was very helpful and their experience with archery shows. I would definitely recommend them! 😊 They also had a huge showroom with lots of equipment to choose from.

A neighborhood treasure. Small team of extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful guys, who do great work at reasonable prices.Went to get a new recurve bow from them. No one online had a cheaper price than they had. Dallas spent a full hour helping me pick a bow and explaining everything I might ever need to know about shooting the one I picked. And then he told me to come back whenever I get a chance, so he could check my shooting form at the range and set the nock rest properly.Came back later to get a new compound bow. Same thing. Sent me home with a Bear Wild that worked like a dream.Came later with a used compound Id picked up almost for free, that had a lot of problems. Again, Brandon walked me through all the different things they could do to make it work like new, and Dallas worked with me on my form to determine my optimal draw length and draw weight so they could adjust it properly.Also visited their mens league once. That was fun too! :)

Stopped in here to have a cheap bow tuned that I bought online and ended up buying a PSE from them a week later. They were as friendly and helpful when I brought in a bow as they were when I bought one from them. They have a life long customer for sure,and I live 20 minuets from a local bow shop but I’d rather make the drive.

Pretty disappointed. I went in (Im the only one in the store) and told the guy I wanted help picking a bow. I said Id like to spend around $600. He just pulled out a catalog and said this is the one in your price range. No concept of customer service and actually helping me chose a bow. If you know exactly what you want it would probably be ok. If you have questions, look elsewhere.
