Purchased a nice Riccar vaccum from Eric C Probably one of the nicest things I own at the moment, Very knowledgeable dude when it comes to vacuums. Thanks again Eric for a pleasurable buying experience. If I ever need another vaccum you bet your behind Im coming here!

Today we took our Oreck in because we just knew that we would have to purchase another as ours was not doing a good job as of late. When we went into the store to inquire about a possible trade-in and purchase of a new one our salesman, Timothy Pacheco, looked at ours and said we probably just needed to have it unclogged and a new brush put on. Mind you, he could have said he couldnt fix ours and sold us a new one but he was very honest with us. After leaving it off we came back two hours later and picked up our vacuum. The price to fix ours was under one hundred dollars compared to a few hundred for a new one. We appreciate Timothys honesty and quality workmanship !! Kudos to him !!!

My Oreck vacuum that is less than 3 years old has been returned to the shop 3 times in the last couple months. The last two times it was returned, the problem has been because of the previous fix. I live over 30 miles away so it has not been fun going back and forth. Mu vacuum has been in the shop now for over a month.... AGAIN! I called this morning to check on status. I was told that there are several other vacuum in front of mine. I explained to them that this is the 3rd time it has been there and that the problem was based on the previous repair. The Oreck representative on the phone John was very rude and stated that doesnt matter. I asked him if he could check on the part and he said they had just ordered the part and that can take another couple weeks!!! The customer service is horrible. No calls to update. No quick service after a mistake has been made...nothing. Just rude slow service. And poor repair outcome. Unfortunately i have invested in this vacuum and have no choice but to wait on another repair hoping they get it right this time. I wish I would have never bought this vacuum and I wish I did not have to deal with this Oreck dealer again. Very frustrated.

If I could rate this a zero I would. I dropped my vaccum off for repair 2 months ago. Every time I call, I am told that I will get a call back with repair information. I have never received a call back. I went in the store to for the status of what needs repaired, I the rep was unsure of how much the repair would cost. I requested a refund for the initial diagnostic fee. The rep stated that i have to come back when the manager is there. The manager has never been there.

Quick analysis of my vacuum problem and a replacement within 24 hours

The new person who is working there is extremely rude towards my 77 year old Grandma he tried to make my grandma pay for as much stuff that we didnt need as possible all we were told that needed to be done was clean the hair on the brush. But it escalated to you need this and told us that he was going to charge us 60$ for clean air filters. And told us that the clutch was broken (he gave us no amount of money) the guy was insanely rude today saying which one is yours (referring to the vaccum) in the meanest tone he could manage. Never going there again.

Please read This Review before reading others, it will save your time. Ive owned Oreck Vacuums for over 20 years now. Great Vacuums. Very reliable. Ive always bought bags, belts in bulk just to have on hand as they were needed. Last weekend my last bag in my vacuum was full. I work approximately 2 miles from the Aurora store where I have always bought parts and supplies. I decided I would stop on my way home to pick up some bags. Sure enough, a customer of mine called and said she would be 30-40 minutes late to pick up her vehicle. (I Manage an Automotive Repair Facility in Aurora}. I told her I would wait as I knew she needed her vehicle. As she said, she was 35 minutes late to pick up her vehicle. I helped her, and in 3 minutes she was on her way. The time was 5:50 PM. I knew the Oreck Store closed at 6 PM And being only 5-10 minutes from the store, I called to see if they would possibly wait a few minutes as I was just leaving. The man who answered the phone said they close at 6 but would be there for a few minutes and IT WAS OK for me to come to the store. I hurried to get there as the man was kind enough to wait for me. I pulled in to the parking lot, got out of my car to see 2 men walking out the door. I said-HEY, IM THE GUY THAT JUST CALLED, They looked at me and said WERE CLOSED. Imagine that. They couldnt wait 5 minutes to help a customer. I told them I WONT BE BACK IF THIS IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Then, one of the 2 guys has the nerve to say to me: ILL BET WHEN YOU GET OFF WORK YOU LEAVE RIGHT AWAY, DONT YA? I let him know I had just waited over 30 minutes for a customer, thats why I was late getting there. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I have never ever been treated so badly by a business. The only reason I gave this place a star was i had to to post this review.

Worst service Ive received anywhere for anything. Complete opposite of professionals. Theyre so bad, I wouldnt even know where to begin. Save yourself the pain and go elsewhere!
