This is a great place to buy appliances. I havent shopped beds here, but for the last 20 plus years have bought all but 1 appliance here ( thus the Parker store review which you can read if you care).Zach was our salesperson, and he listened to what we were looking for, showed us some models, then found the best deal for us. It was an almo$t painless process. (The appliance would have cost more elsewhere...just kidding. Good job Zach!) This store has not messed up an order through all the years and items I have purchased. The employees are friendly, and their prices are generally lower than other appliance stores. I highly recommend them.Important note: This review is for the Mississippi and Abilene store, NOT the Parker store, which I reviewed previously and you should stay away from the Parker Appliance Factory Warehouse. They are the same store but you may have completely different outcomes. The Mississippi and Abilene store is great!

Service at counter was great but when product was delivered 10 days later the refrigerator didnt work and kept throwing circuit breaker.. they offered service 7 days later ...I think this is horrible service.they arent offering a refund or exchange...Im contacting bbb and every outlet I can give my experience to ... buy anywhere else !!!

TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a new very expensive range top and oven from here and it has been a nightmare to deal with the store and 3rd party installers. The first installer that was sent out couldnt install the stove due to a gas line needing to be moved. Once he left my gas line was leaking and I had to call the store numerous times to get someone to come help resolve the issue. I even called the 3rd party and when they put me on hold it went back to Appliance Factory hold line.Everytime I called they said that is not good and we will call you back in a few minutes letting you know when someone will be out to fix it, two hours later with no call back, I said I would just call xcel to come shut off the gas and that is the only way they got a pep in their step to get someone else out. Then I still had to call back to see when my new install day was going to be since we had to reschedule and they said they didnt know and would have to call me back... Well I still received no phone call from them and had to call again and they told me looks like it is for 6/3. I thought perfect, my gas line is getting moved that day so this works out great. So fast forward to my new install day.... The installer that was scheduled to come out called in sick so they sent someone else, who doesnt have the proper tools to move the venting the first installer said he would do once the gas line was relocated. So another $450 to move the gas line and 2 weeks waiting for a working oven and they still arent able to install. The custimer service and communication between Appliance Factory and their 3rd party installers is more than terrible! I would recommend buying through another company or researching if they use a 3rd party installment company first. I will NEVER by from this company again, not that I saved any money buying from them but most of the times it seems their prices are lower. Paying extra and being able to have customer service and the support while installation occurs is worth every extra penny in my eyes. And I will not hold my breath as they try to get an installer out to help me get this stove installed as it will most likely be weeks with me having to call numerous times

Rick & Julia were absolutely fantastic, and so patient. One day I wanted something, the next day I came in with a totally different idea, so now I had different needs. They helped me decide, and, even though the manufacturers are behind and backed up, Rick worked miracles and I will be receiving my order within the week! Thank you, guys!

My 18-year-old fridge decided to make the most awful death rattle...nonstop yesterday. Not exactly conducive to WFH or sleeping. I was desperate to find a new fridge ASAP, as I fear mine will soon be kaput. Well, after perusing the Big Box stores and honing in on one that will fit my space, match my other appliances, and offers the desired features - I was astounded to find out the fridge I want is 3-4 months from being in-stock. I took to Google to find said fridge, and voila, I found it at Appliance Factory Outlet. Since I couldnt quite ascertain the potential delivery date, I called the Aurora store. Enter Josh Black - the most helpful, kind, efficient person Ive met. He quickly figured out that yes they had that fridge in-stock, and he could get it to me by 9/8. However, if I paid $50 more, I could get it delivered by Thursday - WOW! I am more than happy to pay the $50 to expedite receipt of the fridge and riddance of that insane noise. He even offered to haul off my old fridge without me asking - above and beyond!Josh guided me through the options of extending the warranty (he was no nonsense, and did not pressure me.) In less than 5 minutes on the phone, I bought my new fridge and felt confident that I was being taken care of. He did everything he said he was going to do - and I received my emailed receipt, and confirmation of delivery appointment within minutes! What a breath of fresh air to be treated kindly and as a valued customer (this is my first purchase from AFO - but Ill be back!) Thank you, Josh. I cant wait to have my new fridge installed. Thanks a million - Josh, you are amazing!

The review would have been better if I did it earlier. But when a company shows their true colors is when you need service. KITCHENAID dishwasher lasted 4 months. It doesnt work, it was not installed right. I call service and they wont talk to me unless I have the serial number, model and invoice date, they wont look it up. Call sales and they are really mad Ive asked them to look it up, put me on hold then told me they will have to call me back. Obviously from voice, the last thing on earth he wants to do is any form of post sales service. Absolutely surly. In short, they get two stars instead of one because the purchase was pretty smooth. Kitchenaid - Unadulterated garbage I absolutely hate every one of $11,000 in appliances and Im considering getting rid of them for the LG I tried to buy but they were out of stock.

I want to express my thanks to Nathan for his help and professionalism. I bought several appliances through him. The washer ended up being broken and because of Covid and terrible customer service on the part of GE, it took two months to finally receive a replacement. Through many calls, emails and back and forth with GE, Nathan was an advocate for me and did everything he could to rectify the situation even though his hands were tied by GE. I will never buy another GE appliance but I will definitely work with Nathan again given the chance. He was understanding, courteous and went above and beyond to help.
