Services are not reliable, engineering support is minimal and sales support was dismissive. Challenging to find someone at this company willing to point you in the direction of someone responsible for anything, let alone one who takes responsibility themselves.Compressors only communicate on a proprietary version of Modbus. The controls information we have received from Ingersol Rand is either out of date or incomplete. Coordinating a different version of modbus with limited support from IR is time consuming.Im sure if you just need a single compressor for a simple project Ingersol Rands products stand up as well as any other, but if youre doing any projects that will require engineering or sales support, youll save yourself time and your clients money by looking elsewhere.

Charges were not disclosed upon time of requesting the estimate of repair of equipment. Air Compressor equipment was not repaired. Recommendations was to replace with new. I dispute these charges. When signing the paperwork, NOT REALLY paper, a pod screen that was not readable. A copy was available at the time. Was not able to read what I was signing. Was told it was to indicate the tech was present. Again, this is misleading and I disputed the charge. Nothing fixed, no service rendered, and they charge me $119.15. Really I already knew the equipment was not working, Just wanted to know if they were willing to fix it for a reasonable amount of money.

Great staff and very knowledgeable. Beats running after a guy wearing an orange apron who does not know anything about air compressors. I would say the prices are in line with the quality of staff and parts. Do yourself a favor and shop here and skip the big box stores as well as online. You may pay a bit more, but will be better off in the end with the right compressor or parts.

Poor quality, poor backup.

So you did finish a job in my building. I had to call you to come out to fix the issue since my room was too hot to go in. You come out, notice you left hardware off last time, stole hardware off my other compressor. Now I am sure the other one will go out. SCAM. You are the worst company I honestly have dealt with. You stole my hardware, broke my machines, and cant return an email. My legal team is pretty excited on this one!

Called to mail order 5 liter container of oil. They actually sent me an empty box full of air plastic pillows with an invoice. Called to advise them and Al told me he personally packed the box and knows it was in there. To reinforce the implications that I am a scam he said he did an inventory and that it was spot on.I have done business with them for 20 years, but no more. Also, the 5 star review that comes up on the reviews, thats the same employee who pulled this. Real honest. Give yourself another 5 stars Al as I am dragging down your artificial reviews.

Go elsewhere or order online! The staff was friendly, but they did not have the unloader valve or cable I needed. WAY OVERPRICED for a DIYer. I was sold a cable I have to modify (paid $60, found the correct cable online for $15), two quarts of compressor oil (charged $24 each, found for $13 each on Amazon) and an overpriced, made in Mexico, air filter, for an additional $25. Ouch! This place is a rip off! They do not cater to the little guy.
