Bought passenger peg kit. had appointment to have installed. However they felt because I didnt have two up seat yet that it was their place to play daddy and tell me they didnt want to install pegs before having two up seat. Said they were worried Id ride a passenger without seat. I wasnt treated like a customer I was treated like a little kid. Im 45 year old grown man. Not their job to worry about my safety on my bike. Thats my job.

Walking through the door. I had time to browse without being pressured by an employee right off the bat. When the time was right they noticed I found one I had been staring at a little longer than the other bikes. Justin came over and went into detail about the bike, talking to me like a friend. He went over details about a few other bikes that were a close 2nd I had interest in. Everyone was very pleasant, we shared some laughs and good conversation, when it came time to do paperwork Chris was very informative and made sure I understood every detail. 10/10 experience on purchasing my first Harley Davidson. Id recommend North Country Harley Davidson to anyone.

Not friendly. When cashing me out the women didn’t say hello. They were just chitchatting amongst themselves and acted like I didn’t exist. Now I understand why everyone I know prefers the Harley shop in Lewiston even though it’s twice the drive.

I was really impressed with Van and Chris who also helped with the sale. I recently purchased a CF Moto C-Force 500, both Chris and Van were very helpful along the way. They took time to listen to me and they treated me as if I were the most important person. They wanted to make sure that I got the machine that I would be happy with and that would do everything I wanted to do. They werent just interested in making money, they were interested in making a friendship and from this point forward I will go to North Country Harley. Earlier that morning I had gone to Paul blouin looking for an ATV, the salesman there didnt seem interested in helping me much but again van and Chris were extremely helpful and I look forward to a long relationship with North Country Harley.

Great place to shop for a Harley. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and fair deals to be had by everyone. If youre having a problem with your bike, the maintenance and parts department folks are more than willing to help you. Ron, their service manager, has recently been very helpful in providing advice and recommendations. All the people there are great.

A. “My 2017 Street Glide was due for the 1000 mile service before being put up for the winter and I had some syn3 oil I was going use to change the oil on my previous bike. The service dept agreed to use my oil for the 1000 mile service which was much appreciated and saved me a few bucks. ”

Even before I bought my first Harley, I would stop in to see this crew for all kinds of things.... parts, service work (on both bikes and snowmobiles), inspection stickers, etc. They have a huge selection of clothing, accessories, new and used bikes, and their parts dept is knowledgeable and friendly. They even have a kids section! Over and over this dealership has treated me right, and I will keep coming back to give them my business. Highly recommended.

I recently moved near North Country and needed a bike shop close by. Despite owning a Kawasaki, these guys treated my like one of their own. To them, all riders are family.When I went for inspection I found that my front tire was worn down to the limits. Because I loved the handling of my sport bike, the parts department gave great care to find a match and ordered me one at a great price.This morning I got a new front tire and an oil change. They also went over the bike and adj the chain. While I was waiting the sales staff was wonderful to chat with. Free coffee and donuts. When the shop was finished with my bike they returned it cleaner than I had given it to them. What can I say? I feel lucky to have found this shop!

Chris is so well informed so polite so accommodating. Torrie our salesman, was great during this time of decision. He made it fun and there was never a question unanswered. We knew exactly what we were getting! Parts helped us with proper fit accessories that would make a comfortable ride for a bit older couple. :) Service was there to go through the whole entire bike and showed us with a smile because we had MANY QUESTIONS!. SHOWING US what to do where to find things they were great! Accessories people ... great! Jeremy made the paperwork a breeze, not rushed and again with a smile and patience and a laugh. North Country is sure very lucky to have Chris. He was everywhere answering questions talking to customers overseeing every department in that building, and often checking in with us and he knows every thing about Harley! I could go on and on but all I can say is buying a brand new bike is a big decision but not once did we look at each other and say, Is that the right thing to do? ... because we were informed every step of the way. Also Winslow Community Federal Credit Union provided our financing and they are going to be our new local bank so thanks North Country! :)

We went in late yesterday afternoon looking for off road bike safety equipment for our grandson. We we helped by a woman who was new from behind the counter. She went and got Justin Wentworth. Justin was extremely helpful. Justin used to race dirt bikes & was extremely helpful with suggestions for our 13 year old grandson. Helped with boots, gloves & different options of chest protective equipment. You didnt have any in stock but made great suggestions on what to look for. Offering to order something & we still might do that. Justin will go far in his sales career with his personal touch & great customer service. Dont let him go, hes a great asset to your company! Store was nice. Service wasnt that great. I was ready to buy that day. Couldnt get a straight answer to what was in stock. I left with the understanding that I would get an email when they reopened in two days with exactly what they had in stock. The email I got only reiterated what I was told on Saturday. I asked again what exactly was in stock and pricing. Five days later I was still waiting. Gave up and bought a new side by side at Bangor Motorsports.

I would not recommend any of my friends to purchase from here. I am sorry I did. They treat you wonderful before sale but after the docs are all signed much different story. When you drop your machine off to get fixed and they say will be done today even when there is nothing in the repair shop they cant even call you and say it wont be done today.

I had a great experience. I originally purchased an item for my wifes Tri-Glide. In my haste I bought the wrong item. This was NO FAULT of the parts people! When I returned it, Wes ordered the correct one for me and informed me of the arrival of said item in the parts department. Though it took a while for the motorcycle to be both picked up and then delivered (a number of calls), the condition of the bike upon return was clean and spotless, and the cost to me absolutely nominal. I get that the logistics of porting the bike about an hour away, by itself, doesnt represent a very meaningful income stream for the business - so I am appreciative of the effort.

Gene was very helpful in going over my new bike, his knowledge allowed him to understand my experience with my 09 ultra, and customize the familiarization with my new ride. Updating my software with the latest update was also appreciated.

I am happy buying my bike from there.

On a trip in the area one of the bikes with us had issues. They sent a truck and trailer, picked up the bike with issues, took it back to the shop, had the parts and mechanics on duty and had us ready to roll fast. Then a bad storm was approaching and put our bikes in a building so they would not be damaged if it hailed. I would recommend them!

Just had my 10k mile service and all is well (thanks Keith Fuller). I really appreciate the extra time and work that Gene did digging up the info needed to get to the bottom of a question I had about the bike. Ive owned many Harleys over the years and have been to a handful of dealers for service but your shop tops them all in my book. I have been to a lot of harley dealers and this one is in the lower 10%... Overpriced motorcycles sleds and offroad vehicles..My friend just took his sled in for service they turned his carbs down without cleaning them and it now stalls out...Stear clear of here
