Other then over check ids.when u r there 10 times a day . Its a great priced place usauly freindly staff and good service . Used to be able to smoke inside miss that.

Cigar selection it terrible, they are dry and stale. Have not restocked in over a month. Very sad store

The bald guy who works here is a complete douche. He will literally shout at you at the top of his lungs if you dont give him your id in under 5 seconds. Dealing with captain bald super douche is partly one of the reasons why I quit tobacco and went over to just smoking weed. (Best decision of my life) Thanks d bag bald guy for being such a tool to me and making me want to avoid dealing with your pathatic miserable self to the point of quitting cancer sticks!

They denied me because they did not know how to properly check my ID . Here’s a little hint you very ignorant people Veriscan or any other ID scanner can tell you that my Identification was real. I’ll make sure to let everyone of my customers know to-not go into any of your stores. The service was horrible the Older women behind the counter needs lessons in 1 customer service and 2 learning how to read IDs so you don’t lose more customers. I’ve been going to many shops in Portland , Augusta and Bangor and this has been the worst customer service ever in Maine. Horrible!

Place is loaded with cigs, that are definitely not cheapest around. Thought that was the point of a discount cigarette shop.

I have been severely harrassed by one employee named Heather and now the manager all the sudden wants to be rude. This is a regular occurrence in here and Im a honest loyal customer. Its digusting Im 28 years old and this Heather girl even after being told Im not over 30 continues to say it out of rudeness when I go in. Ive called the big boss and left a message and no call back Ive been refused to see store policy on acceptable Id and refused multiple times to speak to a manager. The manger was extremely rude earlier that day when I went in and tried to use the ATM and it messed up. Basically blaming it on me. This is regular when I go in there. And I will be filing a complaint with the Maine humans rights commission for discrimination in this establishment for months!UPDATE: Im being severed with a no trespassing order! For going in to buy cigs she snatched my Id and took a copy to call the police I also have this on video recording!
