CVS shut down Rite Aid and once that happened CVS went to hell. I get a weekly prescription. Every week I have been told my insurance doesnt work, that it has changed, that the systems are down or I need a weekly PA. Last week I went in and they said I would need cash. I said i work for the state, I have great insurance. Turns out they filled the prescription wrong, and thats why my insurance would not cover it. I want to like CVS so bad but it honestly seems like they got overloaded with too many customers and cant handle it. I am at the point that I feel they lie to buy time to catch up. I just wish they had less customers so they werent so stressed and we had more options.

Dont know what is going on the CVS lately but the service is nothing like it use to be!. I requested a refill request be sent to my doctor on Monday and was told it would be ready by Friday. When I called CVS said that the request was never sent then she changed her story and said that the doctor never responded. When I called the doctor they stated they never receive it. I believe the doctor. CVS said they would resend the request. This has happened several time in the last three months. I understand new staff but this is ridiculous. Get you staff trained or replace them!

Been sitting in line for 40 minutes behind the same 3 cars. Common sense says make that car move over and let others through.Terrible customer service and experience.

I don’t know what is wrong with this place but it’s falling apart. Your new employees can’t seem to get anything right. I have to call for my son’s meds you tell me that it’s gonna take two hours that’s cool. Someone forgets to hit the expedite button Bam five hours later you’re telling me you still haven’t started it and I need to wait another 30 minutes! This is just our last visit. Seems to be the new norm.

Went to pick up prescriptions 3 hours after time I was given and still did NOT have them ready. Weve been busy they say. Youve had days to fill them. I switched from walgreens because of this SAME issue.

The staff is rude and short and unhelpful. I do not recommend using this location for any of your pharmacy needs. Poor Customer Care and service.

I was looking for Magnesium citrate gummies by Nature Made and did not notice it on the shelves. I went to the desk and talked with Hilary Hoyt. I couldnt finish my question before getting a no and my question was, can you order some and stock the shelves? Rude.

I think this Pharmacy is fantastic and I think the store is fantastic. It isnt super easy for me to shop and I have called and the girls that answer the phone or the guys are so helpful. Also which is so important! I take a lot of prescriptions and the pharmacy people always explain things go over dosage go over or side effects! They are fantastic

Girl on the phone from the pharmacy was a HUGE jerk. I go every month to get my prescription from them and they always require blood work to be done once monthly before they will fill the monthly refill. If I do not get the blood work done before I try and get the refill, they will NOT refill it. So I am going out of state for a week and was asking how early I could get my blood work done for them to still refill the prescription, because I will have to get it filled at a CVS out of state and need to get the blood work done in state before I go out of state. She would NOT help me At All.. was treating me like an imbecile and would not stop saying Thats between you and your doctors office. You need to call your doctors office. and everything I said she would interrupt me with That not up to us that is between you and your doctors office.So, your meaning to tell me that every month when you check to see if the labs faxed you the results of my monthly blood test that you wont fill without it that you go through my doctors office for that? Absolutely not. You get the results and you refill the prescription. All I wanted to know was how early I could get the results to them that they would still acknowledge them to refill my prescription. And she would not even talk to me. She just kept shutting me down acting like Im stupid for asking her when she already told me I had to call the doctors office. She should have listened to me and she was extremely rude and would not even listen. Such an attitude and this is not the first time I have been treated like an imbecile by the pharmacy. I called a month before and was treated like such an idiot because I asked how early I would be able to pick up my refill. They should not be allowed to work with ill people because they have no compassion and do not deserve to have a job with responsibilities like that.

The pharmacy tech named Amanda, is a huge pain. I dont usually write reviews, but I have been dealing with cvs pharmacy for years. I work as a caregiver, and often pick up many prescriptions, as my clients are immobile. It seems every time, this lady, Amanda, tries to make my life ten times more complicated. Wanting to see proof of guardianship, and confirm addresses. Really, REALLY? Im picking up poop pills and cholesterol meds. I understand its hard to find help these days, but good Lord, get this lady out of there. She thrives on making customers lives harder!Several other techs there are most helpful. Im sure its not easy working with a know it all :(

So, after getting prescriptions filled from CVSs all over the country for the last 20 yrs., I asked if they would grace me with one emergency pill to get me through the night, both Augusta and Waterville CVS said no. Because I wasnt getting my current refill there. Walmart is a fraction of the price I pay for the same prescription at CVS . So even though I had been going to CVS for all of my scripts and that particular prescription info. was in their computer, they still refused to give me one emergency pill! ( Btw, why, not a narcotic) It goes without saying that a company of that size doesnt care about their customers well being.I will never, ever refill any prescriptions at CVS again... just saying

How a drugstore should look...and smell. Bright, aisles clearly marked, sale items usually in stock, a friendly staff to check you out with, in my experience, no waiting.
