Was given a set price and it was 3 times higher. Got the run around that is if I received a call back. Bottom line it is still not adjusted. Does anyone know a number or name for corporate?

Not sure how to rate. Frontier has recently began burying cable in my neighborhood and have left marketing bags at every home obviously trying to get new business. Unfortunately Frontier won’t budge on an $85 activation fee. What is incentive to switch? Spend more money? After reading negative reviews think I’ll stay with Spectrum. Thanks but no thanks.

Most horrible planes and staff ever!! My son and I were threatened by another passenger because of their assigned seats and they were not thrown off the plane. Frontier air is like a greyhound bus in the sky , disgusting

Terrible internet service. Every time the power goes out, someone needs to come out to fix it. So 1-2 days without internet. Trash. Going back to spectrum

I apologize to auburndale location, this review is for frontier communications in general, specifically customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH THEM, THEY ARE HIGH CLASS CROOKS WHO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DESTROY YOUR CREDIT.Services were cancelled after 10 days of service in which 2 days were the only days that i got service and on the second day they claimed I overloaded with a single tabletThe rest of the days i had no service and had to wait for 4 days for a Technician to come, i missed work and he never showed, then i had to wait 4 more days for another Technician to come, after the time frame he was to be here past, i called and cancelled and was told by customer service tgat i would not be responsible for any bill, receiving a bill in January, called in and was removed they even sent a letter stating it was removed, in may i received a bill, for the same amount, i called and was told it was no longer in there hands, it was sent to collections. THANK YOU FRONTIER FOR DESTROYING MY CREDIT, AND FOR MAKING ME LOOSE THE HOUSE THAT I WAS IN PROCESS OF PURCHASING BUT GOT DENIED. U DESTROYED MY FAMILYS LIFE FOR 2 DAYS OF SERVIVE.

This is the worst communication company in America! Never show up for appointments! My 94 year old mother in law is on a life alert line and yet they have been blowing us off now over a week. If there is an emergency, and we are not at home with her there is now way for her to contact 911 unless she is physically able to. This company is a joke! I dont know how they stay in business! THEY ARE SCREWING WITH SOMEONES LIFE SUPPORT BECAUSE THEY CANT SEEM TO MOVE A PHONE LINE 3.8 MILES DOWN THE ROAD! I will sue this company if something happens to her as a result of her not being able to contact emergency services!! YOUR COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY IN AMERICA AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! PERIOD

Awful experiences.... Every time I call Frontier as of a couple months ago they tell me to put in a 5 digit code. I have a four digit code which I’ve always had and is on my current bills I receive. They won’t allow me to manage my account without this new password but I can pay my bill, go figure! I may have to seek legal council for my voice to be heard. Im well overdue to renew service as the contract has run out. No positive or just No Communications with these people. Poorest Service provider I’ve dealt with!!!!!!

The and elite worse decision Ive made in my life. Im no longer friends with the person who recommended me because Ive been through complete hell over this madness. The reset my install date 6 times. I havent had service 3 weeks and my internet has gone down 10 times had to have technicians come 2 times after install. It literally takes customer service 1 he to answer your call. I plead with you , choose any service over this. It is horrible to say the least. Worse mistake ever. I given bunch of reviews but this is my 1 and only negative review. I love to give people the benefit of a doubt but this is gross failure to provide mediocre service at best!
