Time to unload was ok within 2 hrs for offloading only. You need appointment for sure, no appointment no offloading. You need to go to dock 31 main building for check in, but your receiver dock is most likely between dock 1 to 10. Tight dock sometimes you have to blind spot it depending on which way you come in. Honeybucket near dock 31. 42nd street entrance is the best way to enter (than you wouldnt need to blindspot), rather than C street

I WAS THERE EARLY IN THE MORNING AMONG OTHER PEOPLE, WHEN I AGREED THE GENTLEMAN, HIS ONLY RESPONDE WAS: ARE YOU A TRUCK DRIVER? COME BACK AT SEVEN. DIDNT EVEN SAY HELLO OR GAVE A CHANCE TO RESPOND. Been there many times top notch

Driver here - Appointment at 14:00, pulled up at 13:00, started loading at 13:30. Its 15:45, still not done. These cardboard-wielding loaders are unbelievably slow. It takes him 10-15 minutes to find each pallet. And the facility isnt even that big!Be prepared to take a long nap.UPDATE: it is now 17:00. Loader just finished and Im waiting on the paperwork. It took them 3 1/2 hours to load cardboard.
