As a first time motorcycle buyer Ive been to close to a dozen dealerships around Washington in the past few months. I have to say, Spike and the team were the best when it comes to how knowledgeable they were, and worlds ahead of the rest when it came to being friendly and not being pushy about trying to make a sale. This was one of the only motorcycle dealerships I visited where I didnt feel pressured into making a purchase.I ended up by purchasing a 2021 Scout 60 which I couldnt be happier with. Everyone was more than happy to answer my incessant questions about my bike and loan options. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a motorcycle.

Two friends and myself went here with the intention of purchasing. The salesman was actually great but then when we found what we were interested in we were told that test rides were not allowed. We promptly left and went to motoplex in Lynnwood. Where you guessed it...... we each purchased a new bike. All brand new, a Challenger, chieftain, and a scout bobber. I will give 2 stars because Auburns service is top notch.

I had a 10:00AM appointment to have a recall performed, front/rear tire change, and a brake fluid flush. I was told when I called the day prior that I was looking at 4 hours. My ride home fell through so I took a half-day off work and informed the service counter that I would be waiting. At 11:30, I noticed my motorcycle was still sitting outside the shop, right where I left it. When I confronted the service department, I was told that the delay was because the guy who ordered my tires when I scheduled the service ordered 2 front tires. I was also told that a shipment showed up. Evidently all of the mechanics drop their tools when a few bikes show up? Long story short, spent over 4 hours at the dealership and still didn’t get my new tires installed. Never again...I will find another place to service my Indian.

A great dealership for great brands.Customer service is definitely the goal at this unique outpost. Spike and his staff maintain the highest standard of customer service possible. Indian, Slingshot and Victory motorcycles and vehicles are all represented and displayed in a warm. inviting showroom. Whether browsing or buying, youll feel comfortable and welcomed. Prices are clearly displayed and throwing a leg over the bikes is encouraged. Dont forget to scruffle Scout, the friendly dealership dog behind the ears.

Went in to buy an Indian Scout. Although no one was wearing a mask, I kept mine on for legal reasons. After waiting in the showroom and at the counter for about 10 minutes, I had to ask if I could sit on a bike while waiting for a salesperson. The people that came behind me were helped immediately without having to ask for anyone. After another 10 minutes of not being helped, I walked out with my money and going with another brand. Its too bad because I was ready to buy today.

Great dealership. I have nothing but good things to say about Spike and his team. Went today for service. My service advisor was spot on with check in and out, personable and professional. My tech, Jon, provided much appreciated details on my service checklist. I plan on coming here for routine maintenance and a few upgrades in the future. Serviced my Indian Challenger Dark Horse.

Ive heard nothing but good things from other Indian motorcycle owners about this location. Went in for an oil change / break-in service and had a few greasy hand prints on the bike. Ive only had the bike a month and I wipe it down every time I take it out, so this was the first thing I noticed when I got it back. Other than that, they finished the service faster than expected and wasnt charged the full estimated quote. I appreciate the honesty. The only person I interacted with was at the front desk and she was easy to work with and very nice. Id go there again.

I wanted to purchase 2 extra quarts of oil, spike would not sell them to me. I wanted to purchase 2 extra copper washers, he would not sell them to us. Got a lesson instead of over filling. My wifes bike is a 2019 chieftain darkhorse manufactured 06/2019 which mentioned the oil capacity is 6qrts not 5.5. Not impressed with Auburn Indian.

I finally got to check out the dealership for myself yesterday after driving by everyday and wow was it stunning. The show room had an excellent atmosphere, there was a nice dog named Scout, and of course the Indian motorcycles. The new Indians are cool to see in pictures and amazing to see in person. The sales staff was really nice and able to answer questions, the bikes sell themselves and they know it. If you want to look and/or buy, this is the place.

They could not have cared less if this 50 plus year old woman wanted to buy a bike. Not one smile, not one iota of excitement about motorcycles in general. I came to buy and left irritated and turned off. I got better attitude and service when I went to k-mart last week to buy bubble wrap. Im going to go and buy one in Lynnwood. I know they will be better, because Auburn was so substandard.Let me add for clarification. Everyone was kind but emotionally disengaged. I would have bought a bike from Mike, the ambassador, or the excited guy I met that had recently purchased a bike that I met walking into the store. They were engaged, smiling and enthusiastic. My background is in sales and I know what is involved to get a sale. Interest, excitement, knowing your customer, asking questions, using a persons name, bothering to get a phone number or email address. Simple. I certainly appreciated the test ride. It is a beautiful bike and I was probably going to buy today. Doing the minimum should never be considered a low pressure approach. I told my friend that if I worked there, they would have every woman in the South sound considering an Indian cycle. It wouldnt be hard because the quality of the product is apparent. Thank you for your prompt and courteous response this beautiful Saturday.

I cant believe they sell anything. Rude people there if I want to buy an Indian Ill buy some place different I wasnt even in the store 15 mins before my husband asked what kind of milage per gallon one of the bikes get when the salesman said why that bike because its closest looking to a Harley. Well sir I have been the owner of a few different bikes and not all were Harleys and so what if the bike you sell looks like a Harley. Why would you sell an Indian that looks like a Harley they must be doing something right for you to copy the look. Anyway you should have just answered the question with out the smart ass remark. I wont be buying a bike from you due to this reason. Maybe more customer service training is needed. Anything with 2 or 3 wheels that get you on the road is good to me.

Love these guys! Spike was awesome to deal with and made purchasing a 17 Indian Chief Vintage super easy. As Im out of state, he also made it ridiculously easy to work with DMC Sidecars to have the bike picked up from the Indian shop so the rig could be assembled and then shipped to us. Ive made other out-of-state vehicle purchases, but even given the added wrinkle of needing to wait for DMC to be ready for the bike (Vintage was ready a month or so before DMC was ready for it), this was easily the smoothest vehicle purchase Ive ever had. Super easy, great communication, everything done right, etc. I would absolutely recommend these great folks to anyone looking for a new bike.

I purchased my new Vic Cross Country Tour from a dealer in Eastern WA. But now I live in Olympia and needed the first break-in service done. Hinshaws Victory/Indian of Auburn is the closest dealer to Olympia, so in July I stopped in to schedule the service. I was told it would be 90 days before they could get to it. When I expressed disappointment the guy asked if I bought it there. I said no and he just snorted and shrugged and said, sorry, they couldnt even service their own customers, like I wasnt a customer! Then he proceeded to complain that he only had one tech and almost made it sound like it was my fault for expecting him to provide service. Needless to say, I went elsewhere. The Lynwood dealer made me feel like a valued customer. They worked me in on Saturday even though they did not have a slot open. Needless to say, I will travel the extra distance and go to the Lynwood dealer from now on.
