I had bought some land and wanted a home. One of my friends recommended Atlantic Home Solutions. I asked them to put a house here and in exchange for several of my dollars, a house was there. My God is it gorgeous. I would recommend them to build others houses as well. Beautiful results in a reasonable time frame.

We bought our home from Atlantic Home Solutions with Robert and he was truly a great advocate to help us get into our home as quickly as possible. He handled talking with the mortgage company and other contractors needed to complete the set up, it made our lives so much easier! Truly a wonderful company to work with. The delivery crew was also super friendly and helpful and very efficient to get us all set up to move in. All in all a wonderful, simple home buying process. I work with an subcontractor installing homes from here and the quality is superior compared to other manufactured homes on the market. The employees are really helpful and polite, not to mention good people all around. 1st place to call when you are looking into buying a new manufactured home.

After ordering our dream home it soon became a nightmare. we ordered the home and after a couple of weather delays it finally arrived november 7,2018. after one unsucessful attempt to drive the home across my neighbors lawn to get to our pad and getting their truck completely mired- our home was returned to our driveway(one half) and the other half in our neighbors driveway where it is still sitting. We have had little communication and broken promises that they would come and set our house.It has now been in the driveways 20 days. We have sanded our driveways ,made roads for them to get to the pad,and every time they say they are coming- they dont show. My husband works out of town so a coordinated effort must be made so if theres a problem, were able to help. We are very disappointed with everything that has happened and would not recommend this company to anyone. The one star is for the beauty of the home which we still have not been able to go into yet.

Dont buy a home from them worst people to work with, homes are built cheap and they dont stand behind there work!!!!!!!

The owners of this company are lazy, cheap, and completely unprofessional. Worked with one of the owners of this company on a seperate home purchase through a seperate business they run, and was the WORST home buying experience we’ve ever dealt with. Extremely unnaccomodating, refused to make repairs/fix damages that were done by their own construction team, and the repairs they did do were “half assed”. It was constant stonewalling through the entire process, for things that could have been extremely simple. They will do whatever it takes to save themselves money, even if it means screwing over the home buyer. Would not reccommend doing business here, or at any of their businesses. Find a seller who values you and actually understands the concept and value of customer service. If your customers aren’t happy/satisfied, your business won’t last very long, and by the looks of it, this business isn’t necessarily “thriving”. No wonder why...

Norm Baker is a lying slimy sales man. He lied to us about the age of home we had bought from them (purchased a lot model 2 story home WAS TOLD IT WAS 2 YEARS OLD.TURNS OUT IT WAS 4 YEARS OLD. AND WAS TOLD BY NORM HE DIDNT KNOW HOW OLD IT WAS.) . SOME SALES MAN. Its been almost 1.5 years since we bought and our home still is not right and not what we paid for. The service department is run by incompetent un skilled labor who will hack any job to move on to the next one. You definitely get what u pay for with these home. They are the cheapest for a reason. In closing it was the absolute most horrible buying experience we have ever had. And wish we never did business with this company. I also find it extremely funny the only two good reviews are from a installer for this company and from Rick Yost who runs this very unprofessional business so sad !!!!! Take it from me. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BUY A HOME!!! Oh yes and lets not forget our home WAS delivered from Auburn Maine location with empty beer bottles from the crew still inside and we had to fire the set crew after months of not working and drinking on the job!!!!

Despite a few hiccups during the building process they were great to work with and I’m very happy with the turn-out!
