According to their website and posted on their front door, they are open noon to 3pm on Saturdays. So, were looking for new fixtures and dropped by a little after noon on 7/20. We stayed for about 5 minutes or a little longer, but no one came to open the store. The sign on the door also said they would return at 10am, although 9am is posted at the start time for weekdays.... Not sure what that was about. We called, but no one was around, quite disappointing.

The one thing that’s most important to me when shopping at a business, is the integrity of the people working there. When they’re honest and prove that helping me is the most important part of their business, you can bet they’re going to be my first stop next time. The young lady [everyone is young to me] who helped me yesterday when I needed a small nut for the switch on my ceiling fan, was sweet enough to sell me a used one Very Cheap. Because I was trying to be smooth, I left a small electronic medical device behind, and before shelling out a few hundred bucks for a replacement, I stopped by American Lighting this afternoon.That darling woman found it, and put it away just in case some idiot with two thumbs came looking for it.I can’t say enough good things about American Lighting on Auburn Way, and I’m sure you’ll feel the same way after visiting the store.

American Lighting was phenomenal! Not only did I find lighting for my house project, it was a great price! And on top of that, the ladies there provided the best customer service and helped keep my daughters entertained. I will absolutely be coming back! Thank you American Lighting fixtures!

Have shown up a couple times to go inside for new lighting and their store posted hours and hours off their website are not correct. Everytime i have shown up they are suppose to be open and no one was there. Terrible

American Lighting has a fresh and in inviting showroom that boasts traditional as well as the latest in European trends. They carry quality lamps, shades and accessories that rival and in many cases beat thier big box and internet basedcompetitors. As if that was not enough, American Lighting has to my knowledge the south sounds last remaining Lamp Repair department.
