I have been coming to this place religiously for the last 5 years. I moved to Citrus Heights about a year ago and I will make the drive to come here still. The customer service is unmatched at any hydro store I’ve been to in my 11 years of growing. The prices are very fair. They load your car with bags of dirt for you. The negative review for wanting to return soil that could be contaminated with pests and be passed on to the next customer should be removed. Why would the store risk their reputation of selling clean soil just to cover you and your mistake? Lol

Let the buyer bewareBought the wrong dirt, called the next day asking to return for a different product not looking to get my money back just looking to get the right soil or other items that we need. The answer to Got Is ridiculous they said they can’t return the dirt because they don’t know how stored and can’t guarantee that it hasn’t been attacked by bugs. It’s stored in the sealed plastic packaging it came in. The bottom line is there’s cheaper places like ag natural in grass Valley if you live up there or near there or the big store off the 80 sierra college. If you make an honest mistake and you’re just looking to exchange some thing a company should be reasonable and let you swap it out it’s not like the bags are open..

I usually avoid this place, but I dont know why, the service is slow, but the staff are very helpful and friendly and theyll give you a cash discount that is fairly significant. I think they need better signage, and the lot is hard to access and harder to exit
