I was met before I got to the door by Deb and her beautiful smile. She seated me and took my aids away. A few minutes later she returned, put them back in and saw me to the door.It was a very good experience. I always enjoy seeing her and Missy. They are lovely women and very efficient.

They didn’t clean the wax out of my ears as advertised said I didn’t need it.hearing test in the sound booth went well and the frequencies I couldn’t hear we’re graphed on a piece of paper for me.I was shuffled over to another person who did the sales part of the hearing aid she said I needed based on the information the other woman gave her over the computer.The experience reminds me of going to A car dealership it was classic the same way I was taught to sell a car. They put the programmed hearing aids in my ears for the test drive and then let me know how much it was gonna cost. $5500!you should’ve put me back in the sound booth with the hearing aids and then show me what the difference would be on a graph.I never received any of the written information about the product they just quietly said thank you and I was out the door. 🙄

They have taken excellent care of me for years. Give them a call if you have any hearing concerns.

I just want to say that I thinking the car side appt is not necessary. I was given a small brush tool thing which is also in my charing box and I have no idea how it what to use it on. I was never shown from the get go and still dont understand what to do with it. Maybe next time I can come in to the office with mask on. Not happy

The specialist was very nice and it was so easy because she came out to the car and handled everything outside. I didnt even have to get out of the car. And since I have trouble walking that worked out very well for me.Janet Guzalak

Debbie was awesome. In spite of wearing a hearing aid for many years, I was still having difficulty hearing in group settings and experienced a lot of feedback making me not want to wear my hearing aid at all. Debbie is very understanding and LISTENED to me. (She doesnt just give lip service.) She solved my hearing problems with my new hearing aid. As a teacher, it is important to hear everything going on in my classroom. Debbie has improved not only my job but my personal life as well. The best part is that my hearing aid is so small that no one sees it and I can control the volume and feedback simply using my phone.
