I had a great experience here! After 2 other big name harware stores these guys finally had the specialty screw i had been looking for! They were so kind and eager to help, i will definitely be coming back.

Nice store to buy landscaping power equipment and tools. Good prices and excellent customer service support. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about various brands of backpacks blowers. They even took their time to assemble the blower and instructions on the features of the blower and starting instructions. I will be back to purchase more commercial tools when needed by my company C & C Lawn Services home based out of federal way.Thanks Auburn Ace Hardware.

Shop local. Good selection of power tool variety and brands. Still equipment by far majority of display. Small home owner to commercial equipment.

Very good selection of Stihl and Husqvarna yard equipment. Stihl equipment is amazing. Never had an issue with any gas tool starting. They use a 50:1 oil gas mix, so you just fill a gas can, add in the oil (ready add oil comes in quantites for 1 gallon, 2.5 gallon, or 5 gallon gas cans)

Staff is great, lots of selection even for a small shop compared to a Home Depot... and if they dont have it, they have always ordered it for me. Ive bought a few Stihl products from them as well, big selection of all kinds of Stihl tools.

My husband drop off his lawnmower because it was hard to start. He was told it will take them 4 weeks. They called my husband to pick up because they couldn’t fix it. My husband went there to get it but they couldn’t find the lawnmower. They gave my husband a different lawnmower with motor that was ready to break. My husband went back and returned the lawnmower and asked for his. They said they’ll try and find it. My husband kept coming back to retrieve his lawnmower and was rudely told by the manager that they don’t have it and there’s nothing they can do. We will never go back there and will not recommend anyone to shop there.

They didnt have what I was looking for. But the clerk recommended where I could get it. I think Ill go back and shop again..I liked what I saw!

I dont know what happened to this store! Something major changed. It used to be a great alternative to the big box stores. Terrible customer service. They used to have low key, fairly knowledgeable, fairly helpful staff. Now they have more staff (not looking busy at all, just standing around I might add) than I have ever seen before in all the years I have been going there but even with all that, the ones I have dealt with dont seem to know anything and are not empowered to do anything and just seem clueless. The woman supervisor type lady walking around swoops in on your business out of nowhere for no reason and is downright rude and intrusive. This is my opinion from all three times I have dealt with them in just the last couple of weeks. It isnt getting any better. Where is the management? Does he/she not observe the employees interactions with customers? Its time to do that!

Pricy plus selection is not great no restroom tough when you are on a job remodeling a bathroom and come here for supplies. Plus the lady who let me in the cage to select a drill bit complained multiple tes that she was too old for this. I wholeheartedly agree. Auburn should keep in mind the traffic one must go through to patronize their establishments. Just saying. I love Ace hardware normally so still got 3 stars

Helpful staff, not to busy, easy to find, fair amount of parking. My only issue was out of stock on an item, but in their defense it was close to Christmas and a canning item so I chalk it up to poor timing on my part. Definitely on my list of places to revisit.

To be fair the prices are higher here then say Home Depot. The selection is smaller too. I recommend if you need help with anything, avoid the younger employees who clearly know very little compared to their more elderly and wise employees. An older gentleman who helped me with my plumbing concerns was FANTASTIC. He made sure I have everything I needed to unjam my toilet and even told me what to do if I was unsuccessful. Based on that experience I Went back to get some new parts for my toilet a few days later, I was shocked that they were closing at 6PM on a weekday! The younger men who helped were really not knowledgeable and didnt seem to have a clue about minor bathroom repairs. The toilet seat selection was basically empty. So no choices. I finally got what I needed but had really wished the older gentlemen was there.

The associates were not aware of the status of stock on hand. Wouldnt shop there again.

I enjoy working on my acreage and sometimes I need to get some parts, tools and equipment to make it look great. I thought Id give AgriShop in Auburn a try. I was disappointed with my experience. The first person I talked to looked like he was stoned. A simple question on a item that should be on the shelf. After staring into space for a minute, he suggested I talk to someone else. Okay. I found a group of people at the registers and patiently waited for them to complete their transaction with a customer. Once she was done, she looked at me as if I was stalking her. I asked the same question and I got the least intelligent answer to my question I have ever gotten and I got a different answer from another associate good luck finding that!. Ive been in retail & customer service so I understand what needs to happen. The owners should end their advertising and maybe train your employees first. Just saying... I will be back and give them a second try. If it goes better, Ill update my review. 07/30/2020

Very friendly only place in south Seattle to have in-stock the top handle chainsaw I was looking for. They also take care of warnty service which is rare these days. Had me out the door in less than 20 minutes and that included a full run-down of the saw operation. Would definitely recommend purchasing equipment from them.

Best lawn and garden shop on the planet never had a bad experience

It is rare in today’s world that you find a repair shop that has respectful employees who really know what they are doing. AgriShop has them. They got my Toro running beautifully after it has been sitting unused for several years. Started up on the first pull. Parts and labor at a very fair price. Excellent!

Terrible customer service. I was doing a pickup. No customers in the store. I stood in line where it starts and the cashier was busy looking at her book. Stood for about 15 minutes and no reaction. She was more concerned about a customer she needs to call to pick up their stuff. How about serving the customer standing right in front of you? Another customer calls from the parking lot for a pick as Im still waiting to be served and guess what, they got served first. I asked if I should go back to the parking lot and call from there and maybe I could get some attention ASAP. Another 5 minutes or so she finally brought the document for me to sign. She didnt use the intercom to ask for help like she did the customer in the parking lot. She went back to her paperwork until an employee passed by then she asked for her to help me look for my stuff. This person that was going yo help me didnt even know how a package that is a table look like. She was pointing at stuff that was not close to looking like a table. Helpful is what you stand for be more of it and not just words on the signs of your store. It shouldnt take 15 mins or more to attend to a customer standing in front of you.

Bought a Honda lawn mower there less than a year ago Carburetor was leaking gas.talked to the service 60 dollars for a Diagnostic fee and parts. Carburetor was not covered under warranty.I would not recommend my friends or family to buy equipment from this place

This is a traditional hardware store where there is lots of help, and you can buy one or two of screws and bolts as opposed to being forced to buy a full package of 25 or 50.

I spent $1300 on a Cal Trim mower with a Honda motor less than a year ago. Ive used it three times since. I cant get it started so I called AgriShop in Auburn where I bought it from. I told them it wouldnt start and I ask if there was someone that I can talk to that would walk me through a couple things and maybe help me get it started. Just a few minutes would be great. I live a ways away and I dont own a truck so getting it there is not easy. The mower is brand new so you wouldnt think it would be that hard to walk me through a couple things. Anyway I was told no, that nobody can talk to me or walk me through things. He said I would need to bring it in. I ask the guy if I can bring it down before they close today could someone take a look at it real quick while I waited. He said I would need to drop it off and they would try to get to it in about four weeks. Yes four weeks to take a look at a brand new mower that has been used three times that was just bought there. What a joke. If anyone wants to buy a Cal Trim mower and save a few bucks get ahold of me. Its for sale! Ill provide better service than this place thats for sure. I highly recommed finding a better place to buy your mower or anything that you might need help with after you purchase it. Customer service and standing behind what they sell is not a strong point with this place and these Cal Trim Mowers are not even close to being worth what you have to pay for them.

It’s Sunday. The acehardware.com site says you’re open. Google maps says you’re closed. YOUR personal phone greeting says you’re open. Myself and at least 3 other customers (separate cars that pulled into your parking lot behind me, just in the 20 seconds I was there) are very unimpressed with your business practices. So much for supporting local small business. Lowe’s here I come.FYI, I get that times are weird right now and hours needed to change, but just doing your job and making people aware of the change could have avoided this review.

There is an older lady who works in the front with greyish hair and glasses that is very rude, I came in asking for a specific item and she rudely laughed at me and said you can’t find that anywhere, I then proceeded to find in in there store, terrible customer service, she just assumed they didn’t have it. so rude I’m never coming back I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere

Took my chain saw in to get fix. They where professional and identified the issue quickly. It took 2 weeks for them to look at it and another week for parts but that is understandable due to the high volume of repairs they accomplish.

A better place to shop for your tools , parts and many , simple car key $5 , air duct filter $5 , omg .... i am coming back for more. A great people !! Mr. Mike !! Sir thank you, Gem place.

Cant pick up simple items like saw blades without help from an associate being that theyre locked up, which would be fine if any of them besides the cashiers were interested in helping customers. Door bell to the power tool aisle youre supposed to ring for service either doesnt work or falls on deaf ears. Had to get back in my truck (thankful I didnt walk there for nothing, it is close to home) and drive to a big box store instead to find anyone interested in my business.

It is good to know that there are still people who know what they are talking about in a hardware store. Not at all like the big box stores, everyone here is helpful and knowledgeable.

Small place with a huge selection of lawn mowers, edgers, line trimmers, several chain saws, some generators AND a PARTS department. Good stuff. Lots of garden plants, ACE Hardware and more. Has been there for many years. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable people.

I called and asked for the service department and the cashier upfront answered. She said they are not answering can I take a message. She got tired of listening to my message and basically told me she has my name and number and they will call me back. I asked why did you ask if you could take a message?When I walked in there with a broken top handle on my 201TC, I asked that it be fixed with a quick turnaround. This was on a Saturday. I requested they just fix the top handle and not check anything else. It is now the next Saturday. I got a message saying the saw can be fixed for $350. In the message, It was suggested I just buy a new saw. So basically they did not fix my sought because they were trying to sell me on a new one. Now I don’t have my saw for another week. Way to f it up.Update: another issue. A year later which is 7-13-20. I have bought saws through this business. Spent well over $10,000 here. Four weeks ago I demanded a free estimate. I didn’t want to pay the $50 fee. I cited all the products I bought through the company. They ended up taking my saw and told me I would have a free estimate. Usually money is required up front. After four weeks. I did not sign any paperwork. Now they are denying the free estimate, or demanding 50+ dollars and refused to give me back my $2000 chainsaw. Take your saws and lawnmowers somewhere else. I don’t make the mistake I did

Best place to get parts for a good price. They have an awesome selection for such a small store. All the employees there seem to be really good people and helpful. I really like their small engine parts counter for random hard to find parts. The employees there all seem pretty knowledgeable.

First off I would like to say I would like to give it half a star if that was possible I went in there for a paintbrush keychain and varnish and it ended up being about 20 bucks which is not bad what the problem was is I could not get any help they would even offer me a bag to put my stuff in its sad because I know that my girlfriend Ashley works for Ace and I felt like theyve totally missed the mark I would rather go to McLendons Home Depot or Lowes at this point

Always liked the place and the original owners. Ive been a customer here for a long time but my recent experience has changed that. I purchased a husqvarna chainsaw and after about a days use it wouldnt start. The saw was still under warranty so I brought it back in to be repaired. Sadly the only response I got was that it was my fault for getting the RPMs too high . I have been running chainsaws for a long time without encountering any issue like this. The mechanic refused to help in any way and was very disrespectful. I learned about an acquaintance who bought 2 chainsaws here 4-5 weeks ago and had the same issue with both of his. He also got no help.
