After contacting another company, being promised a return call to set an appointment, which never occurred, I contacted ADS. I called them AT CLOSING TIME. The OWNER answered the phone and scheduled a technician. I received a confirmation call from the tech later that day, and he arrived AS SCHEDULED. 45 minutes later, my repair was complete and the garage door works flawlessly. As an aside, ADS installed the overhead doors on the RESIDENTIAL garage and the OUTBUILDING in the past. NOTE TO SELF!!! Call Auburn Door Systems for your Garage/Commercial overhead door needs!

They have always been great when they come to my house. If I have an issue within a few days they are right back out getting me fixed. My MIL just had an issue at her house she called yesterday 6/26 at some point and they said they are backed up but would be out within a few days. They called her just a few minutes ago and said they would be there in 30 mins. Thank you guys so much.
