Bought hay that I asked to be organic and turned to be that they never sold organic hay. Full of 4D and other herbicides. Killed my garden. Called them to let him know and I never got a call back. Presented myself in person many times and last time wich was just now, the lady behind the counter called me buddy, laughed at me and rolled her eyes. Management has been poor and also really bad type of costumer service. It’s horrible to be liable for other people’s mistakes and see your garden die because someone else made the mistake behind the counter to sell you a product you’re not going for. I’m taking legal action against Eco valley. Worst costumer service, rude and insulting comments toward my person from part of the staff, and uneducated staff that doesn’t even know what they sell. how my tomatoes got deformed and leaf distortion can only come from the chemicals sprayed in the hay because everything I buy is organic.My soil is all messed up with hormonal herbicides that are UNFLUSHABLE and DESTRUCTIVE

California tax code says feeds for animal is exempted. But they tax animal feeds. Be sure you ask for a tax exemptions slip if you need to file that tax. Other than that, this place is filled with full line of feeds, and they even accept special orders! I am from oroville, and all 30 min radius feed stores lack on special orders for me. I am willing to work and do business with eco Valley and will recommend them to anyone. They have the greatest prices! Just wish they were closer to me ^_^

I love my local feed store. It’s like visiting friends and family when I go to pick up our horse, cat, chicken and dog food. The staff take the time to talk to me, look me in the eyes and smile at me and pet my dogs. The helpers who load the heavy stuff are cheerful, willing, and extremely well mannered, usually addressing everyone by miss, madam or sir. And they are supper grateful of even the smallest gesture of appreciation, no mater if it’s only a dollar. They are always gracious even when there’s no money in my wallet for a tip.My hay is almost always perfect and the food fresh.I say well done to the business owners. And thank you very much to all the staff. Especially the ones who love and dote on my overgrown puppies.

They have everything I need for my little ranch, and if they dont have it, they will try to get it for you. I even special order senior grain from them, and theyll price match other local feed stores if theyre cheaper.Theyve also got really good quality hay, thats probably undervalued for the weight of the bale.

One of the only places I would ever go to get supplies for any needs i had for my animlas. The staff are amazing and treat you like family. If they dont carry something someone is always willing to see if they can order it for you. They are extremely knowledgeable about all products as well as animals.

A great shop for your animals, they have baby chicks to start your flock, feed for goats, sheep, cattle, pigs, horses, dogs, cats, etc. Large selection of other items for your livestock/pets as well.

Looking for odd size mini donkey halter. They were kind enough to help me measure and ended up ordering one from catelog. Previous visit had help finding fly mask for mini horse. Ended up perfect.

I visit these guys about once a month. Either getting feed for the chickens, kibble for the dog, hay for the horses, and who knows what else. Everyone is always quick to help, and they bring your big bags out and load them up for you. Service with a smile!

I have patronized this feed/tack/local ranch products for 20 years plus. Great staff very knowledgeable about all your ranch and farm animals. Supporters of all FFA, 4-H, Rodeo, Fair and Endurance Competition. Will special order items and try to match competitive pricing.

This place really is great for the ranching scenario. They have the food and accessories for a variety of creatures, but they also have infrastructure stuff like fencing, watering systems, and exotic chicken varieties by order. If youre doing real hard work, its a great place to get what you need.

Everyone seems nice till an employee decided to drop our tailgate with a trailer attached and dent/damage our tailgate. I would have sued them but it isn’t worth my time. We just switched feed stores and I’m glad we did!! Better service and options else where!

Not a pet supply store!! Ranch supplies. Hay, straw, oats, that sort of stuff. Grass seed, fence posts. Ranch stuff. Chicks in the spring, to raise to eat! Not pets! Pets not practical!! Not good eating. :-( t This is the farm side of farm to fork!

Echo Valley Ranch has been a community business since I was a kid. Its one of the best feed stores in the area. They carry a wide variety of supplies for your pets and livestock. Knowledgeable, friendly, great service!

This was my first and last visit to this feed store.I stopped by looking for straw for my chicken pen, while there I wanted to check out the different types of lay pellets they had to offer. I have been buying from Tractor Supply and their variety seems very limited. I wanted to read nutrition labels and compare prices, variety available, etc.A woman approached me and asked if she could help me find something, I asked her where I could find the chicken feed. She asked what kind of food, I said Lay Pellets. She asked what kind I wanted, I said I would like to look at them and she then pretended to act confused by my request and told me, Well you cant see them, theyre in a bag. (No, really she said something that stupid) She then took me over to an area with several bins of chicken feed, ran her hand through some pellets and said, See, this is what it looks like.She asked me what type of chicken feed I used now and I told her that I used Purina. She said we have Purina. I explained to her that I wanted to compare the different feeds available and read some labels, she told me. well, some feeds are over there, (Points thumb over should indicating direction) and some are over there. (Points finger in the opposite direction)I was annoyed with her condescending insult and walked back to the counter to buy a bale of straw. I asked her for a bale of straw and she said, What kind? I asked what kind was available and how much were they? She said they had wheat straw and rice straw available. I said I dont know anything about rice straw so I will take a bale of wheat straw. She then asked me what the straw was for and I told her for my chicken pen. She said that yes, wheat straw was better for chicken pens. I paid, got my yellow loading ticket and left. The guys in the loading area were great, this one star is for them. They were fast, friendly and polite.When I got home to unload the straw.....It was rice straw. I checked my receipt and YUP, she sold me rice straw.I dont know this sales persons name but the initials on the receipt were L.H.I used to go to this feed store 25+ years ago when it was Kochs. This woman was an arrogant, condescending ass-hat that tried to make out like I didnt know what I anything about chickens or ever been in a feed store before. More than that she was intentionally insulting. In the future I will be checking out the feed store up the street to see if they have a more friendly, helpful staff. I can always go back to Tractor Supply, they are always friendly and helpful.

Im not able to speak on the Ranch side, but they have an excellent selection of dog foods and treats and are always quite helpful. Ive never gone in there and not had them insist on having someone carry the large dog food bags right out to the car for me. When there was a manufacturer shortage of our normal canned dog food they had a recommendation for something with an equivalent nutritional profile that was slightly less expensive, and they discount any case (12 can) purchase as well. Very pleased to have them in my neighborhood.
