So I called early this week to ask if they had the Moderna vaccine because I needed my second dose I was told that this pharmacy does indeed. I go in today and I get told by two ladies saying that they will not open their Vile because it’s too late in the day for me to get my second vaccine. So they call to another Rite Aid and the lady who’s trying to give me the address is telling me from the other side of the pharmacy counter. Poor service and poor communication you should communicate with people who are calling that you don’t recommend that they come later in the day for a vaccine because you don’t want to waste it.

These people are the rudest pharmacist and pharmacist assistant I have ever delt with. They have no customer service experience what so ever they roll their eyes when you come in and dont have the information they ask you for that they should know in the first place. They hang up on you when your still talking I have always been curtiouse and nice I work in customer service I know how to show people in customer service and retail respect I will never go to this right aid again.....

Customer service at the Auburn RiteAid store at 1231 Auburn Way N has gotten very bad! The last 3 times I’ve been at the front counter, I was ignored. One time the cashier was even texting on her personal phone! And the pharmacy NEVER has my prescriptions ready anymore when they say they’ll be ready!! What has happened to customer service?!

Received both my covid shots here and the whole experience was fantastic, well organized and the staff was great. Thank you Rite Aid.

I stopped in for a few prescriptions and needed tp..had not bought more than I needed from Costco a few weeks ago...I picked up two 9 packs of Charmin. Not thi king much about the cost...was charged $22.00 per 9 pack! Rite Aid is taking advantage of its customers and I plan to change my prescriptions to another socially responsible establishment!!!

I stopped by the pharmacy, the people there were very nice and friendly,especially Mr.Ahamed.He is very cordial and a thorough professional.

This review is for the pharmacy, one of the techs Rubi I believe is her name went above and beyond to fill a specific prescription for me. I have never seen a pharmacy do this before and it helped a lot. I am forever grateful 🙏🙏🙏. Thank you!!!

Only one person said hi to me when I walked in (I think it was the manager) the cashier just threw my bag on the counter when she was done. Didn’t seem very friendly

The technicians were very helpful and the pharmacist was very knowledgeable

They helped me out a whole lot more wrong she was really helpful and they help me save money on my prescriptions. Great place I recommend it Ill be getting on my prescriptions from here!!!

Great service. Pharmacy is amazing and the staff is professional.

They are absolutely terrible in every sense of the word, stay away and definitely get your prescription elsewhere. They have screwed up my prescriptions more times than they haven’t, either not having them ready when I call ahead of time or having to come back multiple times due to incompetence.

It is with great sadness I write this review and we will never come back to Rite Aide again.We have been loyal customers of this location for at least 20 years. We even went to this location back when it was Pay & Save.My doctor called in a prescription to this location and late that afternoon I called to see if it was ready. I was told they didnt have it in stock and it wouldnt be in until noon the next day. No worries I get it.I call at 12:15 the next day and oh my goodness the rudeness from this women is absolutist inexcusable. She replied I TOLD YOU IT WOULDNT BE IN UNTIL NOON!! OK first of all Noon is 12:00 pm. I told her it is noon, them she said NO NOON AS IN 3:00 or 4:00 pm.OK, 3:00 is afternoon 4:00 is getting into early evening.this is not the first time we have got an rude attitude from this women and she has messed up several of our prescriptions. We have been in customer service for over 30 years. I realize she has a very difficult job and I really try to be forgiving and understanding. However no. Not any more. We have taken our business down the street to Fed Meyers and will never spend another dime at this location as long as she is there.You may think this doesnt make difference, but the power of social media is a VERY powerful thing. This women makes your company look awful. I pray you fix it ASAP! May you all be blessed.
