My experience was good today friendly staff fast and easy appointment. Would definitely schedule again next year

WORST OFFICE EVER.Front staff was rude as soon as we arrived.The techs did a great job with my boys but the doctor was very straight to the point, no communication and seemed bothered.The woman who fits for glasses was AWFUL and very rude. When I picked them up and asked for a copy of their prescriptions she didnt wanna give them to me.She mixed up their prescriptions and when I asked about it she tried to blame me and then realized she did mess up and order new pairs with an attitude.When arriving to pick up the new ordered glasses she was rude.I just called to ask for their pupillary distance since their glasses have ALREADY broke she refused and said I had to pay to receive it. Like what? Didn’t Insurance already pay for the whole appointment? Why do I have to pay to find out something already paid for?I called another optometrist who is gonna see my kids and get me the PD without charge or hassle.

With this being my daughters 1st eye appointment you would think that they would be understanding. Dr. And eye care assistant act as if there job bothers them. Kids shouldn’t be treated like that. Once my daughter receives her glasses she will not be returning. We will not be returning to this place ever again! Front desk was way better than the doctor and back staff! Every child doesn’t know how to sit in a chair for you to put eye drops in their eyes! Never again will I go back. Rude and Unprofessional

For the doctor who sees mostly children, she does not have patience for children. She was very rude to my child. To make matters worse, the front desk staff acts like they do not want to be bothered and do not want to do their jobs (like verifying insurance). The tech who does the glasses is the rudest of them. She talks to people any kind of way. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE.

Always the best place in town for vision care!

It took them so long so freaking long for me to get my glasses.every time I called them they said it would be ready but never is

Unfortunately I have visited both locations of Basden Eye Care. I will be searching for a new eye care professional. Will not be coming back due to the incompetence entrusted to run the front desk. Very rude and off-putting. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Bothered by the fact that they have to do their job. No thanks.I was extremely insulted by their staff condescendingly asking me about my selection of frames and lens treatments.

I was just about it make an appointment, but the front desk receptionist sounded like I was bothering her. Sounded like a real rude lady. Definitely not putting myself through that again. Ill go elsewhere. BE WARNED OF THE RUDE LADY!

Nice place. Love the North Dean location, but this location definitely has some customer service issues. The receptionist seemed like she had a bad attitude, like I was bothering her. Maybe a bad day but do not take it out on customers.

This office was very very friendly!! I needed a DR for my daughter that she liked s d could talk too. My daughter loved the staff and Dr. Pate!!!!

Front desk service is terrible in both locations. I was given a 2:00 appointment on a Friday. They close at twelve on Fridays. They lost my glasses and contacts. My eye exam was in May. Its almost two months later and I still dont have a pair of glasses that I can see out of.
