I usually is this Office Depot for all my notary needs and have never had an issue with a minimum because I have a business card. There are two guys that are super sweet that I usually deal with, unfortunately today when I came in I was going to use the self service but this lady snapped at me because another person was going to use it so I went to the counter and the young kid that was working said there was a minimal to use the part he was at and I told him I was a notary and asked if that was an issue because I’ve never had this issue before and he said no it’s just a minimum and o explained that I have a business card and he seemed to get defensive so I told them I would just go to another location or come back when the other guys where working

I got a good deal on business supplies. I was happy to purchase a monthly planner on clearance for half price.The young lady at the counter was so professional and helpful.She explained the significance of joining the club to get discounts and rewards.She took the time to sigh me up

I came here a lot for my non-profit & the printing section is the only reason this review get 3 stars. As far as finding office supplies I need outside of printing 1 star, even the most basic of things they never have in stock. Service is hit or miss you either get 6 people asking you if you need help or 20 minutes looking down ever aisle with no acknowledgement. This location annoys me cause it is forcing me to order from Amazon for basic office supplies.

After receiving not so good service at another copy place, my husband and I visited the Office Depot in Auburn, not only was everyone very friendly but We were helped immediately and we were on our way. Donna was extremely knowledgeable and even gave me a break on the price for my few copies. I have now made this my main office supply and copy store.

All the staff there are rude they just dont know how to treat not just a customer but a person in general.

Needed to print 19 pages. I have a Office Depot business card. My normal printing price is $.02 per page. There was a new sign saying $2.50 minimum on all printing orders. I expressed my concern that my $.38 order wasnt going to hit the minimum and was curious if there was a way I could use the self service printers. He checked with another employee and said that rule didnt apply to me. I could use their computer and print the way I did last time. So, I used the computer exactly the same way. I pulled up the report, highlighted it, right click and 3 option came up...print and 2 others unrelated to printing (I would have chosen print preview if that was an option). I clicked print. Last time the report was sent to a home size printer under the counter and printed black & white, no setting changes needed. This time it sent the report to the large printer and printed in color. They didnt hand me my 1st report so that I could look at it, which would have clued me in that it was printing in color...so I sent the 2nd report. Time to check out- I was surprised by the cost, $.42 per page!! The employee said I should have changed the settings on their computer. Then he added it would have cost over $16 to print 19 pages if I wasnt an Office Depot member.... Good to know!

I just purchased an adapter for my daughters computer. Our wireless is not working very well and both my wife and her use it for their jobsI walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Ian who helped me look for one. We were having some trouble finding one so he looked up some other stores where I might put one on hold and go pick it up. We were joined by Jake who I believe is the assistant manager. He managed to locate what I needed and solved my problem. Excellent customer service and all in all a very pleasant shopping experience. I will obviously be returning when I need additional help.

I shop at this office depot quit alot for my crafting supplies. today I went in to get a new westcot carbo titanium trimmer i chose the larger of the two cause it was only 9 dollars more. After ringing it up noticed that it was 43.99 not 39.99 like the price tag said. Brought this to sarhas attention her response was ok would you like to return it no i dont want to. return it but i should get it for the price it said. she just stared at me. advise her that they need to change the price of the tag then. I think ill be shopping else where for my supplies. terrible customer service at that store

I have used Office Depot many time for several printing projects and purchases. Always a very positive experience. Think maybe it depends on how you treat the employees with questions. I always have a smile on my face and in turn it generates a smile in return. Many questions were answered to my complete satisfaction some not so much. All in all I have found many items priced very well and it is close to my home so I am in a win win situation. Glad for the store location. Just my 2 cents!

On 3/27/2020 i purchased a laptop. It was high pressure to have them set up the laptop. All the added things were more than the laptop. The salesman told me the keyboard was backlit and its not. He also did not do the complete set up I paid for. 52 apps werent updated. I feel like I could have done my own setup. He made me feel like I would screw my computer up if I did

Tech services kip seeker was patient while we had technical difficulties and assisted us at the last minute. Definitely recommend coming to this location due to their amazing customer service.

The store manager was on her way out and still stopped to help myself and 2 other customers. Then the relieving manager, Aaron helped the cashier and myself do a price check on an item. The man at the register was so kind and friendly! Love this place!

Yesterday April 21,2020 I bought Brothe HL-L2320D printer and I was told its a wireless printer. After setup the printer, and trying to connect it with the computer, printer driver asking to connect the printers cord. There isnt any cord comes with the printer. Which means it is not wireless printer. Immediately i took it back to office depot, the lady said, we cant accept the printer back because of covid19. Also she is sure its a wireless printer. I backed home and looked at brother website this model isnt wireless printer. What should I do now?

Taking all my business to Staples or Costco. Worse customer service. Cant use my rewards. If their employees worked for my company I would fire them.

Horrible service. Totally unprofessional. The phone is answered with Uh, hello. The employees are either clueless or flat out liars. Despite asking employee Rachael a direct question, she lied straight to my face about their weekend FedEx delivery and pick up services. It took a personal visit to retrieve my package and get it moving. The package sat in their store for 3 days without being shipped. This failure caused my shipment to be 3 days late. Thanks for nothing, Office Depot. I recommend people find another store who can hire competent people which want to help. Clearly, the management at this store is unable or unwilling to train their people. Disappointing, at best.

The print-shop prioritizes online orders over in-person customers. In the 2 minutes the person was explaining that they were too busy to print & cut a page they could have finished printing and cutting the page. - Update: The store manager shipped it to me for free so that I dont have to come back there. Thank you!

Manager gave an anti-globalist screed to explain why they couldnt stock more than one printer, doesnt explain why half the store display isnt lit- much like the lack of stock, Im more willing to say its a result of poor effort of the leads, rather than an industrial conspiracy.

Before shopping at Office Depot, I use to shop a lot at staples, I love staples people are always so friendly and they never ever talk down to me. The only reason I end up shopping at Office Depot is because there is no staples near to where I transfer for work. Came in tonight and a gal name Sara, supposed to be the manager of the store is the most rudest, racist person I have ever met. I think she was talking down to me because Im Asian and maybe she thinks that Im not capable of understanding what she was saying. All I was asking is why does your desk calendar on clearance are more expensive compare to the one that more up to date, instead of answering my question she aske what did you want me to do about it? Really!? Is this a professional customer service manager that you put on your floor? In addition to that I asked why they didnt take out the one label that you have the signs out for buy two get one free on my receipt, she said oh because its not shipping label which I understood, so then I asked, so if I get one more shipping labels then it will be free, she answer me with well yes but you have to bring it here and you cant just walk out of the door because the alarm will ring its going to look like your stealing it. ARE YOU SERIOUS! With that comment? What the hell does she think of me!? An idiot!? All I can say is I will never ever shop at Office Depot again! If you dont want my business I can travel to staples just fine even if its far so that I dont have to deal with this type of unprofessional people again!

Went in for a print job, and got exactly what I asked for in just a day! While they were very busy and unable to get to me right away, they were fast and courteous juggling my problem with other peoples. Was very pleased and will come back again.

We were from out of town and needed to send and sign some papers. They did it all. Im sorry that I didnt get the name of the young lady who helped us in the office center. She was a life saver.

Printing Services are terrible at this location - twice Ive had timecards printed at this location and both times they were done poorly. Management needs to give these associates projects to test their skills because as far as Im concerned, there isnt one qualified person working in this deparment.

Had 4 copies of a document made and each laminated. Document size was approx. 8 inch wide by 5 inch.

They are racist here. They racial profile me thinking that my wife and I was going to steal something. Funny thing was the whole time the white lady in the store was doing the stealing! As soon as we walk out she came out behind us and you hear beep beep beep! If they would of had just 1 of the 3 people helping us help her, maybe that could have been prevented.
