I went to this store earlier today to try to cancel mys service. the individual working in there made me stand there and wait while he was scanning in product for the store. After waiting 5 minutes, decides to help me and tells me that he cannot help me and I have to go to another store in Fort Wayne. What is the point of having a store if you cannot help me? This associate was plain rude and quite unhelpful.

I went into this store recently looking for a new phone, Jeremiah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the devices. He was able to help me narrow down between my choices and get me set up with my phone in reasonable time! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

Dirk did a wonderful job of explaining the many options we had and helped us pick out a new phone and plan. He even stayed open longer to get everything set up and working! Great service with wonderful people.

On Friday I went into the TCC store in auburn to open a new Verizon account. We had to switch carriers for service purposes. I arrived about an hour before closing (I really had no idea how long it took to transfer service!) and told Nathan that I needed to transfer over 4 lines. I told him that my husband was leaving out of town for the weekend so I could just do his phone and come back the next day. Nate wasn’t having that. He told me that he didn’t mind staying to make sure we got the best deals since they had to be processed together. He stayed WAY beyond closing to make sure all of our phones were set up and all discounts and deals were in place. He was funny and kept us laughing the whole time! It was by far the easiest process I’ve been through with a phone company. He walked me through everything and explained everything in detail so I wouldn’t be surprised by anything! Told me what to expect for my first couple of bills. I kept apologizing for coming in last minute and he kept saying it was ok not to worry! The customer service was amazing! 5 stars just isn’t enough!

I hate going to retail stores for Verizon, but this store was actually pleasant. The customer service was great and while they ran through all the specials and promotions I never once felt pressured into buying anything and even though I upgraded my phone (and didnt purchase the setup, warranty or other extras) I still felt like they valued my business.Nathan was great, keep up the good work!

The people working in this store isn’t very nice and have very bad communication respect customer service. They need to be retrained. The manager is something else no a very polite person. You don’t get mouthy with a customer and tell them to leave or they’ll call range sheriff to have you removed. Lord help them.

Trevor was amazing. He was polite, patient, and well informed of what I needed.I would highly recommend his service. I look forward to working with him if I need any service.

Dirk and Trevor went above and beyond what we would expect today to help 2 senior citizens. These young men are truly excellent assets to the Verizon organization and we appreciate all their efforts on our behalf.

I pay almost 400 a month thru Verizon and I go to the store to upgrade and I sit there for almost 45 minutes like I dont exist in the store. Rediculous. They seriously need more help in this store. They have 5 desks and only 1 employee

Came in to ask a question about my cell service. Discovered this is a franchise, this always concerns me. We were helped by Ally, she was fantastic. However, she asked an associate if they had an item in stock. He said he would check and see. We were there for 10 min and he had not moved. We were told he was training a new employee, he missed the teaching moment. Instead of showing this man how to assist a customer he learned how to ignore anyone in need. Eventually I walked the entire store to see if they carried the item. I did not see it, this of course does not mean it was not there. I would not recommend coming here, use the extra time to find a corporate store and get what it is you need.
