My younger son broke the screen on his iPhone XR. After looking online we took it into Fast & Fair. This was an excellent choice. They looked over the phone thoroughly. Explained what was needed for the repair & how much it would cost. Their price was very competitive compared to other shops I had spoken with. The repair only took about 15 minutes which was awesome. Would highly recommend this place if youre in need of a quick fix for a good price.

My friend went there to repair laptop. Paid full price and told them that they HAVE TO text an Email/text message, because if they call nobody would respond. However after a month...nothing. 0 emails or text messages.When we called them back they told us that they CANT repair the laptop because of some issue. Therefore, we wanted to get a refund but some asian dude was telling the different price, and he “couldn’t” reach the OWNER of the company (which is clearly not truth), to ask about the refund. Also, that guy was trying to make us guilty, when we asked a simple question “when the owner will be back?”. All he says was I dont know , so who should know then. Therefore, whats the point of being an employee if you cant solve the customers problem without your boss. Perhaps this is irresponsibility.Before hiring such an employee, teach him how to properly communicate with clients.Moreover, could not give any information about how we or owner can contact them/us. And for how long should we wait for the response.Wasted so much time and money for nothing.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYBODYIf of course you want to face hypocritical people, then good luck.

They are great at what they do, when there was an issue, it was addressed and taken care of quickly. Clean and tidy area, my only problem was that there isn’t an exact time allotment, as each phone issue has a general idea, but not a specific amount of time... so waiting without a phone to play on is hard..😆Will be coming back if/when needed for phone, computer, or other needs..

I went to this business on 3-15-21 to have the battery replaced in my iPod Nano. I also bought the battery needed for them to replace it with and provided it to them. What I thought, and was told would take a few business days actually turned into 3 months. Yes, I didn’t have this resolved until 5-12-21. The technician, Justin, who worked on my device, was transparent (which I appreciated) and told me that he tore the “flex cable“ when he opened the device to replace the battery. This was in late March. He said he would work on it and fix it by ordering parts to replace the cable. Between March and May, I called at least once a week for an update and kept record of each conversation and who I spoke with. I usually spoke with Mariah or Felicia who relayed the responses from the tech, Justin. She was always apologetic each time, but apologizing for the same thing each week for 3 months wasn’t getting us anywhere, each week it felt the excuses were piling up with no resolve estimation. When I called I was told things like; “parts had to be ordered from overseas, The parts ordered weren’t correct, they had a family emergency so had to fly to Florida, the technician recently got vaccinated so he would be out for a few days” (however, the day I was told this (May 7th), I went up to the store to speak to the manager face to face because I was tired of the excuses and to my surprise the tech, Justin, was actually there, so I was lied to about him not being there that day). Ultimately, they were able to resolve my issue by replacing the iPod nano altogether with a gently used one (same style). However, I found it extremely unprofessional when I picked up the replacement device for Justin to state in an agitated way “you’re getting something better than what you brought in. We spent hundreds of dollars to fix this.” His remarks made it sound like I caused the issue, or that I asked for or demanded it to be replaced. I was patient while he tried to repair the mistake he made. I simply just wanted the battery swapped, but what precipitated after I dropped it off was all HIS doing in causing their company to lose “hundreds of dollars”. Suggestion: If your company gets a repair request that you’re not sure you’re able to execute, save your company money and the customer time by saying so at the beginning vs taking it on. Also, Justin, I would encourage you to take some form of customer relations course (how to deescalate and communicate effectively). It’s not beneficial to your company to make the customer feel like you’re doing them a favor for a mistake that you created. No one is perfect, including me, but learning how to take ownership of said mistakes is key with customer relations. I know you said “I don’t argue with customers” but, you were being very argumentative when I was paying for the repair and requesting that you honor your company price matching agreement. It’s easier just to apologize. Making excuses, only annoys the customer and deflects the issue. Especially, when it was a mistake you made.

Not fast, not fair. My friend went to get a charging port repaired and they replaced her screen instead and said they’d call the cops if she refused to pay for something she didn’t even request. Just look at how the owner answers negative reviews and you’ll see exactly their level of professionalism. They don’t have a quote for you to sign upfront and then they do other things you didn’t ask for and demand payment because you have no proof that’s not what you came in for. If you do go here, demand a signed quote upfront and keep a copy so they can’t just “lose” it and demand you pay extra. Not fair at all. Scam!!And yes, I fully expect an extremely unprofessional response from the bad owner to this review, probably lying about what actually happened, like I’ve seen them respond to others.

2 different times I ordered a screen protector through Amazon and they both came delivered cracked. Then I had a hard time finding Galaxy S10+ screen protectors. No other business offered to order the protector until I called Fast & Fair Repair. The 2 protectors we ordered for our family were put on the phones by the technician there. It took about 5 minutes as he put a special solution under the protector to help wrap it around the edges very tightly. Now the phone looks better than new! Nice job and thank you!!!

Im not the type of person to leave a bad review but I think its definitely necessary with the way I was treated. I took an Iphone 7 Plus in to get the battery replaced. I was told that the phone needed a battery and some type of circuit to fix the phone. Seeing that it was a reputable company, I said to go ahead with the repairs. I picked up the phone Sept 15, 2020. We didnt use the phone until this week. Noticed that the phone gets extremely hot within 5 minutes of watching a video, image gets blotched and colors gets distorted, image on the phone is very blurry and when re-assembling the phone it was not properly sealed. Literally pops when pushing against the phone. Took it back today Sept 23, 2020. The person helping me looked frustrated and angry. Didnt bother listening to my concerns. Stormed off the the back and said he replaced it with a new screen?!? HUH!!! Didnt know I needed a brand new screen. I went back it and was yelled at. Very unprofessional!!! Was told he did not care and not to come back. Never once tried listening. Was quick to take my $155.00 and now doesnt want to deal with me! Can I get a refund since its still broken??? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHADY COMPANIES LIKE THIS! Quick to make a buck but dont care about the customers! And that is a fact!!! Funny how they only like to communicate on the web verses direct customer contact. A courtesy swap for a screen that still pops out because they did a horrible job putting the phone back together. And everybody has busy establishments and still treat people with care and dignity. Your business is built on dishonesty!!!!

Great service... Was advised they were closed today, but would assist me if I were to come down before 12:00 PM. This was a great exception. Once I arrived there Justin immediately greeted me and troubleshoot my issue. Price was very fair and service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this business.

My phone screen cracked, we went to the store to get it fixed and they didn’t fix it well then we came back a few days after the warranty ended because we were busy with other stuff and we couldnt get it fixed we went in and told them what is wrong with the phone and they didnt want to fix my phone and gave me an excuse first excuse was when we told them what was wrong with the phone they said that the technician that fixed my phone went to a different store, like why only that person like there is a person right next to you that can fix it second excuse was they said that there was a crack when the crack was there when i got it then blamed it on me third excuse was that the warranty was over,130 dollars gone.

Great place and kind employees. They started pick up locations on the wish app and there one of the locations. I was running late due to i5 traffic and called to let them know Im trying to be there before they close and they offered to stay after closing hours for me. Highly recommend to check them out if off the wish app or to get your electronics repaired there.

Repair was done very quickly and showed me clearly that it was repairs done properly. Phone was repair by near by competitor and wasn’t working properly. They wouldn’t try to fix the problem they caused and kept dragging on and on..... but Fast and fair fixed it right away.

The owner of this place is not a good owner. Initially went to Best Buy, but they refused to work on my phone since the back glass was cracked as well, and were only willing to have me purchase a new one. I came down to this place. Ive had 4 phones repaired over the years. Always received quality product, good customer service, and efficiency. The shop is very professional and clean for a mom and pop operation. Ive tried another store before who put in a cheapy, less video quality screen for double the price. Wont make that mistake again.

Dont look anywhere else, this was by far the fastest and most affordable. Most places were quoting me more than a hundred dollars higher. They have the best tools and the fastest turn time, go here, youll be happy. S8+ screen cracked, Ill never buy another curved screen, but Ill always bring my cracked screens here.

Thieves!!!! Charged me $220 upfront so they could order parts. Were supposed to call me when parts came in 2 days later. Never called. I called over and over for days and they didn’t answer. The hours advertised for this business are not accurate. Twice I went to the store during posted hours and both times it was closed. The first time I showed up at 9 am which is listed on the webpage. The sign on the door said only by appointment. Walk-In hours start at 11am. The next day I arrived at 11:30. The neon sign said open but the doors were locked with a closed sign again. I like to support local businesses whenever possible but I will not waist my time again. If they wanted business, they would advertise hours correctly & be open when they claim to be open.

Took one hour for them to replace two phone batteries, and they did a great job. They saved the old batteries in case we wanted them. Not a scratch on our Galaxy s6s, and they work great.

Had a cracked screen replaced on an iPhone 7 that was in great condition besides the cracked screen. Gifted the phone to my brother who is on hard times. He left to move to Dallas a week ago for more affordable living. Just called me and said the screen won’t turn on at all no matter what he does. Now he has to take it to another place in Dallas to get it fixed.

When I showed up, the quote was the same, and I was told it would take a few hours to fix it. This place has great customer service, quick service, and they do good quality work at a low price! I brought my iphone in to get the cracked screen replaced, and he fixed it in less than a half hour. I was really impressed. I had shopped around for a few days trying to get a decent price offer, and finally found their website. He fixed my screen for only $110! Thats $50 less than any of the other places I got price quotes from. Im definitely recommending them to everyone.

They replaced my camera lens fast and with a fair price, much cheaper than apple store. The lens fell off the next day but they replaced it again for free which was great. However, I tested out the camera after taking off the tape and its not focusing. Besides the fact my camera stopped focusing and taking blurry pics, they had great customer service and repair.

This place is amazing. I got my ipad fixed there a couple of years ago and I remember it was a few days job and a bit pricey. However today I went in today to get my 6+ screen repaired and it was super fast. 10 mins fast no appointment necessary and cheaper than. other quotes I had got. My favorite part was he put a temper glass screen protector on it for no extra charge. I will be using them again and referring them to many others.

Went to the shop after they told us on the phone that they could do the repair and it might take an hour or so. Dropped phone off to have new screen and camera lens installed and clean the speakers. Went to pick up the phone and they said they had to order the parts and they would be in after a couple of days. Pre paid for the parts ( not an issue) and went the day after the parts were supposed to show up and they said there was an issue and the parts would be another few days. Mind you no calls and or communication from them at all. Finally after now three trips the parts were there and we still had to leave the phone to be repaired ( even though they insist they will fix while you wait, NOT) . Then after we picked up the phone they did in fact replace the screen and they did in fact replace the camera lens but low and behold the camera is now worse than when we brought the phone to them and again there was no communication as maybe like sorry we replaced the lens but there is still something not right, would you mind leaving so we can look into it NOPE not a thing. Not even a thank you when the phone was picked up. Wouldnt use them again. Your better off just getting a new phone. Save your money.

Called to confirm the quote regarding a Samsung galaxy s7 screen replacement as their website stated a different (higher) price. When I asked the guy to repeat the price before I came in to avoid any issue, he stated no then blocked my number when I called back. Completely unnecessary, and unprofessional. A simple update of their website would avoid the confusion as well.

If I could leave a zero I would... I decided to choose fast and fair because they had a screen in Stock and would be able to repair my iPad while I waited. However, after driving to Auburn from Spanaway for my weekend appointment, my repairman didnt show up. Thank you for wasting my time by not honoring the appointment. Its too bad because I have several colleagues that need screen repairs done and because of the fast service I was going to suggest fast and fair, but now I will be telling them not to even bother if they cant honor their appointments.

The name is very true. I shattered the glass on my iphone 6. I walked in and my phone was fixed in about 10 min. It only cost me $60 which is about $40 cheeper than everywhere else. The staff was super friendly too.

Do not go to this place! I took my dads computer in to have it looked at. It had sat in storage for months and was admittedly dusty, but when I asked the owner if he could take a look at it he said that it just wasnt something that they did there. I asked him if this was a normal business practice for them to turn away potential customers as I was walking out. He replied, its disgusting theres no way Im touching that thing. I couldnt believe how rude he was and how that made me feel. I took the same desktop a mile down the road to laptop repair on Auburn way and Jamie helped me immidiately with a smile on her face! Because of that owners attitude at Fast and Fair, who is not fair at all but also extremely discriminative, Ill never go there again, and Ill be buying my custom built job from Jamie!

I had my Galaxy S7s battery replaced on April 14th. after a month or so, the phone started to turn off randomly, misreport the battery charge status, and I started to feel something loose as the phone is turned over in my hand. So, I decided to take it back on Monday 6/11 and asked if they could fix the issue.I explained the symptoms and they were clear that they wanted to correct the issue, for free, but they didnt currently have any of this particular battery in stock. I explained I was fairly sure the issue was just a loose battery connection, as it seemed to be associated with the movement felt in the phone. They advised me to come back on Friday 6/15 when they expected to get their delivery of batteries, because they didnt want to open the phone up only to realize they needed a new battery anyway.I called back on Friday 6/15 before I made the trip there, and its good that I did because on the phone they advised me to call back on Monday 6/18 because they still didnt get their S7 battery delivery. Again, I reiterated that the symptoms were not pointing to a defective battery, but rather just a battery that needed to be glued back in place because the connection was being broken as the battery shifted in the phone. At this point I could even reproduce and fix the issue by bumping the phone in one direction or the other, meaning the positioning of whatever was shifting inside (presumably the battery) was directly affecting the behavior of the phone. They again explained that they didnt want to open up the phone only to have to put it back together and open it up again because of a defective battery (at this point I am starting to speculate that the battery is a cheap part, and the labor is the real cost here, hence their reasoning - again, just speculation on my part).So, today is Monday 6/18 and I called again, only to be told this time that they actually have no clue when the batteries will be in stock, only that they are ordered but not delivered yet. And instead of me coming in or calling on a certain day (or perhaps even them calling me when theyre in- theres an idea!) I should just keep calling back indefinitely until theyre delivered.I really, really wanted to give a place like this a glowing review. The fact that they offer battery replacement service with a quick turnaround at a great price seems like a perfect alternative to having to buy a new phone or risk messing it up doing it yourself. However, at the end of the day, they didnt fix the issue; and they arent offering me an actual plan for correcting it, only stringing me along it seems. I usually will give the benefit of the doubt to someone as long as there is a plan to fix the problem, but in this case there is none.Update 6/26: I ordered an OEM battery and did the repair myself within a week. I confirmed that the movement of the battery in the phone seemed to be causing the connection to loosen, which was exacerbated by the poor fitment of the non-OEM battery Fast & Fair had used originally, combined with the fact that they didnt glue it down like the OEM. I didnt want to try to re-use that battery since I wasnt sure how reliable it would be. I superglued the new OEM battery in place and I am hoping it will last awhile.

It was okay service, had to wait an extra hour for my phone to be fixed but before I had no case and no screen protector and the cracks for how many times I dropped it weren’t terrible, but I’ve dropped it once with a case and screen protector on it and the bottom corners of my screen are pretty shatteredEdit: there is two parts of my screen that also is like not pushed down all the way and won’t go away or get smaller
