They found me a good used car in my price range

I had to buy a new cell phone and pair it with my Ford vehicle. After opening Android Auto, it still would not see my phone and I could not use Google maps. I called John and he said to drop on by and he will take a look at it. Come to find out, even though my phone was plugged in via the Power port, it needed to be plugged in via the USB port in order for it to work. He fixed it in record time and at no charge. He was super nice and I thank him for saving the day so I can now go on trips!

Getting a recall done was fast and easy through the service department. I still wish they would offer the same service as other dealerships, like cleaning the car upon returning it to the customer.

Leo and crew take great care of our trucks every time we have an issue , they honestly treat you like a family member. Every time weve had a vehicle repaired there it was done on budget and on time and they were very accommodating during a couple emergency breakdowns we had. Leo made room for us and got us right back out the door would highly recommend Leo and his crew at Rowe they will take great care of you.

Helpful, courteous customer service personnel. Service Dept was clean and organized. Building and lot was well maintained. Although no work was done on todays visit - I would not hesitate to return again.

Extremely friendly, polite, and informative staff at the service center. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, but their soda machine was finicky, however the staff was very accommodating in helping me get correct change to use for a drink. There was free coffee, but I just wanted a water. Great experience overall!

They seem like a good place to do business, however they dont communicate well on the phone. After explaining that I did not want to come out there if it would be a waste of my time, I set many questions to the person on the phone, however once I got there at 8:30 in the morning that person would seemingly not be available to help for the entire morning. After being told on the phone that my credit was good, when I sat with someone to set up credit i was now being told my credit was not high enough and interest would be too high with a bank so I should go through there credit office. Their cars look decent but I did not buy one from them so I can say how well they work for the price.

Had to wait for service guy to get back from lunch. Know witting to c whos paying for my car. Been here an hour and still waiting. No communication here what so ever!

Friendly customer service, however. I made an appointment at 10am for a tire changeover and was informed they couldnt get me in until 1 because they accepted to many walk-ins. This is unacceptable when Ive had an appointment for 2 weeks

They have always treated me well. They cost less than some local shops and you get the added bonus of easier warranty work.

Absolutely horrible. The key order was wrong now have to wait 2 additional days or more for it. Completely inconvenient. I had changed several appointments but WORSE we were there 45 mintues they didnt know by then it was wrong key, ...my husband went by service desk and they told him. They hadnt even started to come down and get us to tell us!!!So totally inconvenienced. I would like a 20% discount for that.
