Went into the Auburn store this morning to return some equipment. Was met at the door by Tracy. He immediately started the return process. Never tried to sell me something that I didn’t want or need. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Great customer service!

The collection mall was a great experience with Mike. Very helpful. I wish I could call Loyalty service and get the same kind of help but they say one thing and do another. So back to see Mike and get the problem solved. At least I know one person who is willing to help the customer wish I could say it about the rest

OMG!👍😁👏 How I love this team! Came in with an older Samsung 8+ that the email, maps, internet and Google werent working at all. Caesar took me back immediately. No need to wait. He spent some time just trying to get things working. Then my cell phone angel savior Rachel walked past and asked what was going on. Caesar described it and she immediately said, I got it! And she did. 3 minutes later everything was working again!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏😁. Rachel thank you so very much for your assistance!😘 This is the store Im coming back to from now on!!!!!!!!!

I love most of the customer service this store provides. I have had to come in twice in a week through now fault of theirs and my first experience was with Desiree. While she was relatively friendly it was like pulling teeth to get any information from her. I asked her what the difference between phones were, she said size, I said thats it?, she said yes pretty much (which was not accurate). I would rather someone be upfront about not knowing rather than misleading. The person who helped me today (I wish I could remember his name, the one with who talked about dogs with me) was so incredibly helpful. He was friendly and walked me through the process of the new phone and provided great customer service!

Pretty good service; I never call in anymore, too many bad call experiences to ever try that again. Usually in and out within an hour. Staff are helpful enough at least the ones that know what they are doing but some need more training. Other than that an I am satisfied with the in store experience.

This is a nice store open floor makes it welcoming. Way nicer than most Comcast stores that have the ticket system and wait forever. No wait here lots of employees and managers on hand. I lot this store compared to those small cramped ones that have plexyglass between them and you.

I came here for an uograde on my modem. I love the new office. Much more family oriented. Kids can play games or watch a movie while you wait. Staff is friendly. I also love the display board that tells you where you are in the line and how many people are in front of you. The lady made my visit very quick and painless. Thx

Not impressed with service of Xfinity! Wanted to upgrade our WiFi was told take the old router to the store location and just exchange it for a new one... little did we know we were going to Xfinity DMV.... really 3 employees working with a lobby full of customers! Gosh all we wanted was an exchange... pay the $15 and have them mail your the equipment... not worth the wait and no sense of urgency from employees....

I dont know if there is WORSE service out there. Just know that a flip of the coin is the luck you might have with these people. The in store help can be rude. It can be quick. Or it can be friendly and you can be there for ever waiting until you patience runs out. A simple receipt request can take 30 seconds with rude attitude towards you(which works for me in time) or as I experienced today.. over 30 minutes and still no receipt so I left. I think the staff should be cross trained, because there was 1 fella that greeted me (and 20 other people or so coming in) that was friendly, but could have helped 1/2 of us on our way out as he took our equipment and waited for the next person to arrive to greet. As for the phone service people.. dont get me started. Like Toni Zupan, when my contract is up, I am out of here.

When I went to the store to upgrade my cable box I was given a box, I was told, would not needed upgraded for sometime. When I had technical issues with the box, I was told by a technician that the box was in fact out of date, and to use an X1 box. The service was good, though the staff needs better training on its products, to say what is in fact the latest.I a recent move I had a cable DVR box. I was told by the staff it was not a DVR box, despite it being on at my previous address. All they did was swap it out for another DVR box. So despite getting taken care of promptly, the knowledge of staff is lacking from a technical standpoint.

I even had my attendant murmuring under her breath at the frustration I had with not being able to turn on my phones, pay for my phones , and even being told I could not get the help I had received from another employee just a few days prior. Great customer service however was given a refurbished cable box that was not fixed. Tired to exchange it today after work but for some reason the two locations I went to both closed at 4 instead of 7. Not happy but I know they will take care of me tomorrow.

The staff are very polite and helpful they have couches where you can wait and a big TV for kids to watch while they wait for you in line. They have 2 machines that take payments as well, one takes cash, and the other credit cards. They have even given me directions to places nearby when I asked.

I have been with Xfinity for 4 years and never missed a payment. They upped my bill to 61.00 for basic internet. They charge new customers 45 dollars. The customer service rep was rudeI cancelled and with another provider for 45 dollars for life.Also faster internet speed.Do not use ComcastI wish I could give negative stars.

A young man named Caesar assisted me with returning an auxiliary box that we dont need anymore. He also tried to help with how we could copy to a dvd or memory stick a show we recorded on the dvr. No way to do that so he showed me a way on his cellphone. Unfortunately, we have different brands of phones and ours wont do what his did. He found something on the net that might work (havent tried it yet). He went above and beyond, something you dont see very often in customer service.

I went here after work so I was a little dirty from working all day and I was riding a bike. I think the employees here judged because of that. After looking around for min I stood at the counter waiting for help for about 10 min obviously being ignored as no one wanted to make eye contact with me. I finally got the attention of one who I think was the manager to ask if maybe I was at the wrong counter for phones. He called me buddy and sounding irritated said someone would be right with me. Now Im irritated and running out of time so I left. Ive been with comcast for 20+ years for phone, internet, TV and now cell. I was there to pay off 2 phones on my account costing about $600 and to purchase 2 new note 9s, with tax about $2200. It was gonna be a cash transaction. Because of this and many other epic failures by Xfinity lately all my media money now goes to verizon.

I have NEVER had luck with Xfinity on the phone. I dread calling them! My mom says on purge night, she is headed for their corporate office (LOL). One of my passwords is even comcastsucks! BUT, I have always gotten great service at the Auburn Xfinity store. I may have to wait a long time though, but at least I walk out happy and heard! There is a real human interfacing with me. Someone who is not trying to rush me or patronize me (like they do from their call center). So, at least I can go down there and get SOME kind of satisfaction. This store is truly their ONLY saving grace.

Went into Comcast today to return a faulty piece of equipment that Comcast sent me. Ive been paying for it for almost a year because I was told by someone on the phone That when i got around to it I could bring it back and they would credit my account. The customer service gal working was beyond rude. Ive never been treated like this as a paying customer! She told me she absolutely would not credit anything and I had to call customer service. Then basically excused me and walked away. I called customer service and after arguing over the phone with them for over an hour they credited my account. As soon as my agreement is up I am absolutely switching companies. I hate Comcast. Auburn location has by far the worst customer service.

Knowing I havent missed a payment according to their own records, they could not explain why my service was shut off every month before the bill was even due; and after informing them of the federal laws that protect me from them, the manager kicked me out of the store because of my having an official dispute open regarding that. They sent me to collections and I am now dealing with the attorney general to handle their robbing me. Horrible lady manager at this store. The only thing she could do for me was take a payment for services I havent even had! And she wouldnt admit there was something faulty about that even though we were both clearly looking at the computer screen that showed the payments I made. The guys at this store are very helpful. Just the one manager.

On my way home from kent to auburn today noticed a stranded vehicle dead in the intersection. While other drivers were getting irritated but doing nothing, an xfinity tech puts on his hazards, making the vehicle visible, and got out to push the disabled vehicle. That is way above and beyond. I believe that their customers are in good hands.

Its like the DMV... anyway the only reason I go there is for the auto machine bill pay thing. However last time I went there both of those machines were broken/off line. So I walk over to the customer service desk and realize I have to take a number. Meanwhile one of the reps is going on forever like he is trying to sell a used car. Anyway I realize that I am going to be there forever just to pay the bill. Yes I know use the online but I cant because I have moved and its showing the old account. Comcast gotta love it.
