Placed a 5 item order weeks ago, called Customer Service because it showed processing for 3 weeks. Cs said my order was at the store. Drove 45 minutes there and nope, order wasnt there. Store said it was delayed in shipping. Repeat 2×... sales lady called CS herself at store the 3rd go round and tried to fix situation by replacement but only 2 items are still in stock. Okay, they will refund all the order and ship me the 2 items to my house free. BUT. New order shows canceled on Monday. Now all items are out of stock, no refund was issued. Called customer support and im out of luck onmy ordered items , hot cash wont be refunded, finally got a refund on my credit card(maybe)?Not going back. Lane Bryant has better CS

Horrible experience. Waiting outside in line to enter. I got in and chose a couple shirts quickly and got in line. I stood in line for 30 mins waiting for a group of 5 ladies in front of me to checkout for 30 mins. They kept changing their orders, getting different sizes, changing who was paying for what. Making everyone else in line wait forever. Of course the manager did nothing but tell me to pull my mask up. I said how about you hurry up. Then the 5 ladies still checking out went off on me and flipped me off. The manager kept making snarky remarks to me when I said I wanted to quickly check out as I have already waited 30 mins in line. Not only could she not manage the store properly to speed up the long lines she kept making rude comments to her customer which only escalated the situation with everyone in line. I won’t be going back that is for sure. Manager was very unprofessional and couldn’t manage these 5 clients taking up the checkout line for 30 mins and allowed other clients to cause a scene in the store while she escalated it.

I dont really shop anywhere else. Love the staff at Clackamas and they know me by name. Just wish during these covid times they would implement a shopping time limit as the wait can get pretty long.

I would give this place a higher rating if they sold more options for bras. They have cute clothes, but not a lot of options when it comes to sizes.

Love the selection at this store but advise you to look at the size chart before coming - dressing rooms are closed and I got some incorrect advice about my size so Ill have to return some of the items I bought.

Every employee here has been helpful, caring and so nice! I get a bit overwhelmed being greeted and asked if I need anything by 2-3 different people in the span of a few minutes after I walk in, but I know theyre just doing their job and Its just my personal preference to be left alone unless I ask for help. Service is fairly quick even during busy times. Anytime I have ever had a question or needed something an employee has ALWAYS been wonderful in assisting me. When Im not ordering something online from Torrid this is the store I prefer to go to, even over the Salem Center one I grew up shopping at.

If I could get in here and vote everyday I would. Ive been going to this store since the logo was purple 90s style! LoL!Firstly, Heather (the manager) is absolutely Top Notch. You gotta give that woman a raise, seriously. Ive watched her handle tough situations always gracefully and with a smile. Shes gone out of her way to help me find stuff online or sizes from other stores. Shes an all star in customer service.Secondly, all the other staff rocks too! The girls each have their own personal style that really expresses diversity! I love that this store isnt cookie cutter straight laced. Punk to Glam to Casual these girls and boys sparkle in their own cool way and theyre super helpful in helping find you yours. Theyve brought me stuff to try that I would never picked out for myself...and it looked great!!I love this store and the awesome staff. Thank you guys for being great!!

I love torrid because of their shoes being wide by default and they have high heels in wide. But, this store location sucks. Three employees looked at me when I walked in, and I was the only customer there but no one greeted me. I found some shoes I wanted to try on. A customer came in, was greeted, she quickly found what she was looking for and was checked out. Another lady was behind the register looking bored, and I was standing there with shoes in my hands. I turned around too see if there was any other employee and one came out of the back. She walked past me, and I asked if she could help me. Uh yeah? What do you want? Come on. I have never felt so unwelcomed in a store. Whats the deal?

I should have written this sooner. All of the girls here are AMAZING! Torrid is my go to, hands down. They have the best selection at this location, and the best customer service. Heather and Breanna (hopefully I’m spelling it right) are my go too’s as I have been shopping with them personally for years, but you can’t go wrong with any of the girls that work here because they are amazing. They always go out of their way to help me, rather it be a problem with the online things I ordered and their customer service, finding my size and even helping me put outfits together. They are the BOMB! Hands down! I recommend all of my friends to go here as well. Thanks ladies for all that you do! ❤️

This store always has great fashion for those of us who dont conform to size restraints of other stores. I love how much they have in their clearance section since mall prices can be a bit spendy. Plus, their nerdy stuff is great!

So upset! I shop here frequently.. I bought an amazing 2 piece for my trip to Honolulu.. get all the way there, go to put my bathing suit on, and they didn’t remove the security tag.. so now I have no bathing suit in Hawaii and have to go find a torrid or lane Bryant to find another one

The girls are always helpful and acknowledge you when you first wall in. They have a great selection of sizes and styles and always have a sale. Also if they dont have a sale just ask and usually they will find away to give you a deal!
