Weve been customers for over a decade, back to prior company owners and even before that. In all the years weve never had any issues. Drivers are attentive and dependable, the water itself is delicious, and it remains more than worth it, for our business. Its unfortunate others have had struggles. We just wanted to relate our happiness. Weve never had anything arrive that we did not order, our order is never messed up, billing is accurate, and the water cooler/heater unit from them works great. No complaints at all here, just ongoing happy satisfaction. Give them a try for your water needs. They are always expanding their offerings as well, so you never know what you might find to add to your business or home. Thanks for reading!

UGH! Super big red flags upon sign up! Low and behold the reviews here say it all, so glad I listened to my instinct! Yesenia Reed was ridiculous. She refused to explain how I would get my bottle deposit back. I did not want two five gallons a month just one. So, of course I asked the most simple straightforward question- will my extra bottle deposit (because remember I am getting two bottles the first months and only one thereafter) apply to my bill for the subsequent month? She proceeded to get insulting from there saying “this is the way i explain it to everyone else and no one else has an issue.” WOW. not a very good sales tactic! Also said they have to set it on two per month to begin with and autopay and i can only change these things once i am “active” meaning i have received my first delivery. SKETCHY! called customer service and thee was an over 15 minute hold time. NOPE.

Horrible service. Its been 2 weeks and 2 days and we still didnt get our delivery. Every day I call they promise it will be delivered today and somehow we are still missed by the driver. Tried to talk to manager but was refused the request.

Deliveries are on time, drivers are helpful and polite, delivery details (day of the week and how much product) can be easily managed online. I can’t find anything not to like about their service

Never seen anything worse than this company. I got the service from local Costco and thought it would be good. It turned out to be horrible. The come every 2 weeks to deliver water regardless you set skip or not online. When you call them they just tell you they are sorry but they cant do anything about it. I got enough of this bs when there are 6 5-gallon bottles of water in my house and called to cancel the service in 2 months. Then on the day when they were supposed to pick up the equipment the driver did not show up. I called the customer service and I was told the cancelation wasnt done properly and needed to wait for 2 more weeks to cancel. And the date is 2 days after that bill cycle so I was charged for one more month of fees for cooler lease and tax. I will buy my own cooler and pick up the bottles myself at grocery stores. This company and service suck.

We have been good customers of DS Waters for almost 2 years now, and had no problems until now - and things have gone very bad, very quickly. It all started with our semi-monthly delivery that was scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 25th, which wasnt delivered. No warning, no explanation - not even an apology when I called. So when our water ran out last week, I had to start making trips to the store for 2.5 gallon bottles to hold us over until our next scheduled delivery: yesterday, Dec. 9th. When our delivery still had not showed up by noon (it had previously always been delivered between 10-11am), I called customer service. After waiting on hold for about 20 minutes, I was told that our previous delivery guy had quit (their reason for missing our Nov. 25th delivery), and our Dec. 9th delivery was just running late, but would be here. Nope. So this morning, I called again and waited on hold for more than 30 minutes. The rep told me that they had tried to deliver last night, but it was after we had closed for the day. She said the manager would be personally delivering our water today, and to ask him about comping part or all of our order (as I was asking for). The manager finally showed up over 2 hours later, and claimed he was just a delivery guy and couldnt do anything about comped water. He complained that our normal guy had quit (as if it was our fault), took no responsibility for the poor service we received, and didnt even apologize for the missed and late deliveries. When I asked about what could be done to rectify the issue, he said Im delivering your water. I complained that it was late, and they had really messed things up for us, so whom should talk to, to fix it? He said hed get back to me. I asked when? and he said As soon as possible. Yeah, right.He also forgot our order of cups.Horrible service, horrible customer service, and rude, unhelpful employees. If they bill me for this delivery, I wont be paying it. And were switching to another provider.

For 23 years weve been a customer of theirs. Two months ago our deliveries suddenly stopped, then we got our bill, full of things weve never ordered (or received). Have spent two weeks trying to get water delivered. Gave them until EOD today to get us water or we are moving on. Buyer beware....

Problems meeting delivery schedule missed day of delivery. When called about the missed day water was delivered on two consecutive days. Company seems to have problems with lines of communication between call centers and local delivery.
