Consistently, clean store with a great selection and best employee every time

I love Publix. Always clean. Always friendly faces. Always helpful. And the workers are all working making the store even better. I got mainly for their fruit. It’s always fresh!!

Very nice folks that work here!! I live close by and shop here often... they carry a lot of things that the others do not have.. they are always well stocked and have great quality meat and vegetables and fruits... This Publix is very clean all the way around also and with all the good things about this grocery store i give it 5 stars all day long!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Its Publix. So no matter what shopping is a pleasure. This location in particular is very nice and all the associates i encountered wefe nice as well. This location also has self check out which is a plus to me because sometimes im popping in for a quick something and i get to pop out just as fast. Love it here.

The atmosphere is very clean but many products have too high of a price compared to shopping elsewhere.

The staff are always courteous and the managers really go the extra mile to help you as well.

The customer service is the best Ive ever had. They do let you know its a bit more expensive to shop there than Kroger and Winn Dixie but they still have deals. I would definitely go back just because of the amazing service we got.

This was my first visit and the store looks great. Its very neat and clean. There was congestion in certain places with customers trying to maneuver their carts and some of the prices were a bit high but over all a nice place.

Publix has the best customer service of any grocery store ever. After 20 years of shopping at Publix, I couldn’t be happier—until I learned that one of the founders funded the January 6th Save America event!

Always have what I need, and the customer service here keeps me coming back!

I buy my babys birthday cake from this store every year. This is the first cake that we have gotten and didnt like the end results. My munchkin tried to like it to be appreciative, but I could see the disappointment on her face. I needed the cake today, so there was no time to wait, but if I had more time. I would have asked for a do-over. I feel bad for my munchkin... This is the cake going to school tomorrow. 🤦🏾‍♀️UPDATE: I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND SHE WAS REALLY NICE ABOUT ASSISTING ME WITH A REFUND.

Deli manager said they dont carry the chicken bacon ranch sandwich every publix I have ever been to carries. Then she got argumentative and said that all of their sandwiches are Cubans which is not true theres a difference. And frankly none of that is Cuban flatbread to be honest

This is the first time I have ever been unhappy when I left the store, I always take out my own grocery. I had to rebag a lot of stuff my bread was already smashed so bad I wont be able to use it for sandwiches. I had chips and milk just put in the buggy with no bad. When I was ready to leave I was getting my keys from my bag and the guy dropped a 10 lb bag of potatoes on top of my hand and bag. I got home and was shocked at some of the stuff that he put in bags together. My cleaning wipes was with my salad mix and my eggs were with my A1 and ketchup. Lost 3 eggs on that bag. It was just a mess. Love the store but I will watch to make sure I never get that bagger again.

Please let me bag my own groceries or train your team. This is the 2nd time in a row I had to rebag my items.

I love Publix. I grew up in Florida, and as long as I can remember, this is where we shopped. Publix was even my first job as a teenager.Both of the stores in Auburn are wonderful! The staff is always courteous and helpful, and the stores are always clean and well maintained. It may not be the cheapest store in town for every product, but you always know what youre getting. Also, Publix is the only store in town that helps you load your purchases into your car. When you are disabled, or just shopping for groceries wears on your body, this is a huge deal.

This store has the best of the good old days. Very friendly, very helpful, clean. What a difference compared to the other stores. // Also, they treat customers who are migrant workers well—a big change compared to some of the other stores.

I can go to Publix and avoid crowds early in the day.

Publix at Moores Mill is our preferred place to shop! Cayla and Nick in the pharmacy always takes great care of our family and the produce department is very helpful! Sebastian the store manager is also outstanding. I love Publix in general, but this store in particular is the best Ive ever visited. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. Even going so far as to get the shopping cart with the attached car for my kids! Its really little things like that, that can make a simple trip to the grocery store a pleasant experience and not just another errand to check off the list.

A lovely place to shop!

HIGHLY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED in the bakery department. We put an order in 2 1/2 weeks ago. Today (9.8.2019) was the pick up date for the cake. I went by to pick up the cake and the cake hadn’t even been made! They “lost” the order ticket. I could of had an unhappy birthday kid but the manager did however come through and delivered the cake to my destination. I was happy about that but I don’t think I’d ever order a cake again from this particular Publix.

Every employee was very kind and upbeat. All of the food was fresh and there wasnt a single thing to complain about.

I LOVE SHOPPING AT PUBLIX! It is the best place ever to go grocery shopping! The ENTIRE STAFF was helpful, friendly & patient. The staff is awesome. They will STOP what theyre doing to assist you. They dont just tell you where something is, they will escort/lead you to what ever it is youre looking for! How COOL is that⁉️ You dont have to ask for help. If they see you in NEED, BOOM!, they are there. All hands on deck! Just tell them what you need. I was SAD 😢 because they didnt have, OH SNAP pickles! Well, the nice worker (Jennifer) helping me offered to make a few calls for me to locate them & even offered to order them especially for me. 😁 The service, smile & courtesy is unlike any other grocery store Ive ever shopped in. Both Auburn locations are equally COOL 😎!It would be nice if there were a store in the Opelika area!

Decent produce

An All-Star performance by the manager and this crew. Traveling from out of town and preparing for thanksgiving dinner, we shopped here for supplies and treats. We love Publix at home but being a new store for us we were at a loss at times. Even with a large crowd and the hustle of keeping stock on shelves, all staff members were attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. The manager himself, Kevin, stayed on the floor the entire hour+ we were there. If I was moving to the Auburn area, proximity to the store would probably be a factor, it was that great of an experience.

We really enjoy shopping at Publix. The Hamilton location has a great meat department. The store is always clean and well stocked. We highly recommend.

Love Publix! I do think they need to check produce for mold and dates on food more often since sometimes I purchase fruit that is moldy and food that may have dates that have expired. However they take care of any concerns very quickly.

Nice, clean store. Good selection of Organic and nonGMO foods. Deli is usually efficient during lunch hour not so much after 6p.Waited 15-20 minutes to place an order for a sub. The server girl was slowful working on a flat bread order before me.
