I hired ALL About Gutters to replace to replace gutters that did not drain correctly due to the slope of the gutter. They put the new ones in exactly the same, so the gutter does not drain. Kent agreed it was a problem, but will not even return my calls. A complete waste of my money.

I can’t say enough about this company. Is it okay to get this excited about gutters! Everything from setting up estimates to scheduling the work to actual installation went beautifully. They were on time for everything. Called back when they said they would. Their office staff were so dependable and courteous. They did quality work with quality materials and their installation crew was great. House and workshop done in one day. We could not be happier! Highly recommend!!!

At first they were great. Worked with our schedule, workers that did the installation were professional and efficient. We are still however missing one downspout piece at the bottom of the downspout that curves to direct the water away from the house. We are selling the home and the home inspection drew attention to this oversight. I have called the office and spoke with the girls in the office on 4 separate times and was promised someone would come out to fix this minor issue. I also emailed and sent pictures explaining the problem. More than 2 months later and no one has come by with the missing piece. Their pricing is good and their original work was good. Just dont pay them until they fully complete their work because they do not take care of you after installation. Hate to see what would happen if there was a big problem.

“Never clean your gutters again” is what is advertised. I paid a lot of money to install all new gutters and gutter covers about a year ago. A couple of weeks ago when it was raining I noticed my gutters were leaking. I called All About Gutters and left a message. No response. I called again about a week later and was told the back of my contract states I must have my gutters cleaned at least twice a year (I have an old Victorian and the roof is really high which is why I wanted gutter covers because I cannot clean it) and if they come out they will charge me $150/hour to clean. I felt I had no choice and asked them to come out. She said she had to talk to the owner and would call in 2 days. Did not hear back and had to call again. I feel bait and switched.

It was refreshing to have great customer service. The whole experience was above my expectations. Setting up the appointment was easy. Greg put me at easy when he came out to give me a quote. He was very knowledgable about the products and took the time to explain what would best suit my needs. I have recommended All About Gutters to anyone looking to replace their old ones.It was nice to feel that you truly cared and that I wasnt just another transaction. They have the best gutter guard systems available. We havent had much rain since installation but the guards are in place and I will know more this Spring when I go on the roof to service other rooftop items. They came out when scheduled, installed the guards and left everything tidy before leaving for the day. Highly recommend this company and their products. They will also perform regular rooftop services which may be in my future.

All About Gutters had very professional service. They came out quickly to provide me with a quote. They provided multiple options and were flexible with their pricing. They even fit my install date in earlier than originally promised due to a spot opening up. Im very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to a friend.

All About Gutters & Awnings replaced our gutters and installed leaf guards in October 2017. We have 466 feet of gutter on our 3200 sq. ft. home. Luis and his crew did a great job. They were efficient, hard working, friendly, and did an amazing job of cleaning up when they were finished after a very long day. It took one day to remove the old gutters and two days to install the new ones and the Gutter Glove gutter guards. In addition, Julie and Cory in the office were on top of everything when I called with questions. I cant say enough about the company. I will recommend them to anyone who asks about gutter replacement.

All About Gutters explained different options, showed samples, colors, etc. that perfectly matched our house color. They were professional when they arrived, cleaned up perfectly. So I gave them a call. Ben Came out gave a great bid, he was more than professional. They came out to my house, replaced all my gutters. Did it all in one day. Highly recommend this company! We had four estimates and chose All About Gutters for three reasons: friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff, quality product, and excellent price. Our sales rep really listened as we described the problems we were having and had suggestions and solutions. He showed us samples and explained what type of gutter would be best for our situation. The installation crew was efficient and also let us know about some broken roof tiles and gave suggestions for THAT! We were also very pleased with the cost and would have chosen this company even if their estimate hadnt been the lowest of four. Now can we get some rain???

Just had new (replacement) seamless gutters installed by these folks. Class act from Estimation, through completion.The Estimator knew his product (and competitors) well, understood the dynamics of our install, and discussed options to help keep our cost down. All with an eye of properly diverting water away from our house and eliminating a washout that was growing from an expanded roof line.The office staff was friendly, professional and accommodating (I needed to go get full size samples of our chosen color samples).The installers were prompt (showed up right when expected), courteous, treated our install as if it were their own, asked questions of what we wanted within the parameters of our contract and cleaned up nicely after they had completed.All of this for a fair price. What more could you (reasonably) ask for?

A job well done! We got Gutter Glove gutter guards for our house. We were pleased with the price compared to other products on the market. Due to the rainy season, they were booked a couple of months out & the office tried to squeeze us in to get the job done quicker. And finally, the guys (brothers!) who did the actual work were outstanding & courteous. From start (Pete, the salesman) to finish (the brothers), and in between (office staff), it was a pleasure doing business with All About Gutters.

This company was very professional and detailed with their estimate.And their crew worked very hard. They were very timely, efficient and neat. There was only 1 small dry rot problem they discovered and it was taken care of before the new gutters were put on.In addition, we had them replace the gutters on a rental house. Once they removed the old gutters, they uncovered a serious dry rot problem with the roof. Bob was very helpful in providing us with roofers that might be able to help. Due to the increased workload of all the roofers we contacted, we were unable to get someone to help in a timely manner so we contacted Bob again to have the new gutters put on and well take care of the roof issue in the Spring. Bobs team was very quick to fit us back into their schedule to get the new gutters on and finish the job before the major rains hit again. We are so appreciative of everything they did for us and we would highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable installers and helpful. They answered all of the questions that we had. The downspouts werent there the day of the install but they came back in the rain on a Saturday to install them. They also helped with the drain pipe on the end of the downspouts. We liked them and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

They were prompt to answer the phone and get us a quote very quickly. Once we told them we wanted to have our gutters replaced by them they were able to get the work done in just two weeks. The workers were friendly and showed up on time and got the work done quickly and the gutters look great! My only complaint is that they messed something up on my patio and didnt tell me and/or apologize. I brought it to the offices attention just so it wouldnt happen to the wrong person. Other than that small mishap I am very pleased with the work that was done and I would still refer friends and family their way!

All About Gutters is a wonderful company to work with! From the estimator to the office staff, they are all very professional and helpful. We have used them twice in the past and will use them again.

The installers arrived on time and did a great installation job--it looks really nice! It hasnt rained yet, so we dont know if the gutters actually work, but we dont anticipate any issues. The only negative was that the installers did not have any idea of some of the installation details that the salesperson had written down, (i.e. a cut in the deck for a downspout to go through to the ground and edging). Its a good thing we were home when they were here, otherwise they wouldnt have been installed correctly. It appeared that even though the salesman said the installers would read his notes and know what he meant, they actually had no clue and did not read the salesmans notes. Otherwise, all is well.

After receiving a $6,364 bid for new gutters, we went to All About Gutters. They came when they said they would and we got new gutters for $1,500. We are thrilled and highly recommend this company.

The crew that was sent here were total professionals.They went out of there way to ask if I had any extra paint to paint behind the downspouts when they were removed.I gave them some left over paint I had and they painted for me. The workman ship was suburb and the clean up was like they werent even here . The price for a complete set of gutters with downspouts was more than fair.
