I went to Toyota for a tire concern and issue of noise coming from left front side of the car. I did not have a schedule appointment because the issue was an unexpected issue. I arrived at the dealership at 7:32am and did not leave until 5:31pm. The service advisor Francesco doing my intake got a attitude with me immediately when I didn’t have an appointment. He then proceeded to ask me multiple questions and basically tried to get me to come back when I had an appointment which would’ve been several days later. I did not feel that my concern about my tire could wait that long. After he finally got done questioning me and realizing I wasn’t going to leave. He said “Well I guess you’ll be waiting here all day then.” The service advisor Francesco made sure I was the last customer to be checked out for the day. I was there for 9 hours. They changed my oil and checked my tire and if the service advisor would not have been rude and determined to be ugly to me then I would not even be making this complaint. The way that I was treated was ridiculous and I would think twice about buying tires or service packages with this dealership!

This was a very good experience buying a new vehicle. I chose the Highlander Hybrid Platinum. Eric G., my salesman, was very helpful. It was a process, due the shortage of new vehicles. That actually worked in our favor. It gave me time to test drive every vehicle I was interested in. When we narrowed it down to the Highlander, I drove the regular and the Hybrid before making that decision and then chose the trim I wanted. I decided on the Limited but really wanted to add a couple of the Platinum perks. A Platinum came in with the color I wanted and they worked with me until we all agreed that we were pleased with the deal. Car buying is usually a chore I dislike, but they made it a lot more pleasant. They are patient and fair.

I made an 8:30am appointment with the Toyota Service department to have my door locks diagnosed in order to have them repaired once parts could be ordered. At 10:15, I told the front desk that I was in a little bit of a hurry due to a Dental appointment at 10:30. Its now 12:00pm and here I sit. Nobody else in the waiting area. Nice!!! A door lock diagnosis that is still in limbo 3 1/2 hours later. My dental appointment was missed and my day is shot.

Jarvon was a great salesman. This is the second car in 4 years we have bought through him. He listens to and answers our myriad of questions. He kept us informed when the car we thought we wanted came in and then helped us set up everything and taught us how to work the variety of controls.

I went recently to inquire about the 2021 highlander.The receptionist at the front was on her phone the entire time not even making eye contact when I told her that I needed a sales rep. She then proceeds to call the salesman with obvious annoyance.The worst part is when the sales man came out. He approached me as if he didnt even want to be there. When I told him I wanted to see the new highlander he said we dont even have it here and gave me no other information. Had his hands in his pockets the entire time. Didnt offer to take my information or offer to call should inventory arrive. The overall experience was terrible. All the people that Ive spoke to seems very lethargic at best. Would not consider going back here to purchase a new vehicle.

After the test drive the service inside with buying the car was faster than the buy here pay here lots kinda surprised me. I went to lynch Toyota and really wanted a car off their other lot..lynch Toyota claimed that they could not do it.. Completely agree with another reviewer, Ethan Hill. Overall, it isnt a bad place to get your car serviced. But right now, the folks there are showing absolutely no respect for the health of their customers. I brought my car in and not a single person in the service section was wearing a mask. Every single customer, when I was there, wore a mask but not a single person in the service area. I saw elderly folks who dropped their car off standing outside the glass doors, looking in and seeing two or three employees in each checkin area, which are pretty small rooms without much air circulation. Those old folks were absolutely distraught about the fact they had to go inside. They were just standing there, staring at the door. I live only 10 minutes away but from now on Im going to take my car to Columbus or Montgomery, even after this pandemic goes away.

Hunter got us in and out in a new Tundra TRD Pro in less than an hour and a half, including test drive and financing. Everyone was friendly without being pushy. Easiest vehicle I have ever purchased. Highly recommend!

Came in to have my vehicle serviced. This all was fine and they got everything done quickly which under normal times would be a 5 star review and I doubt I would bother even leaving a review. What was disturbing was the lack of respect for customers shown by the majority of employees not wearing face coverings. I saw 13 employees this morning while waiting for my service to be completed. Only 3 were wearing face coverings, all of which were in the reception area of the service center. The others including another in the reception area, 2 salespeople, 4 technicians, and 3 others likely from sales or other management in the back offices were all mask-less while out in the reception and waiting areas. On a day where daily confirmed COVID cases in Lee county have reached 150+ per day average, it is appalling that employees cant be bothered to wear face coverings while in customer waiting areas or when moving customer vehicles. Meanwhile every customer in the waiting room was wearing a mask. I only hope the next time I need to come in Ill have been vaccinated.

Ive owned Toyotas since 1996 and I always will. Even so, Lynch Toyota in Auburn is by far the best dealership Ive ever done business with. Today I went in to buy out my lease (Tacoma TRD Sport) and when I walked up, Wayne Smith (Finance Director) remembered me and my son coming in 3 years ago when we got the truck. Id already found financing before I went in to buy but Wayne was able to beat it by 0.5% APR and have my truck certified for a 7 year bumper to bumper warranty, all for a better monthly payment than Id found before I got there. Im extremely happy with my experience at Lynch and I highly recommend them!

Took 2 and a half hours to do an oil change. Even though I had an appointment. I have been to this dealership only 4 times. And two of those times they’ve told me I have a nail in my tire. $27 to fix it. Walmart does it for $10. And there’s no way to know whether the nail was in there or not.Service people never make any eye contact even when you ask them a question. Even my 13 year old noticed that.They also have a “complimentary” car wash, where they run the car through the “car wash”. And I told the guy that the car is always the same dirty as it was before, after the “complimentary car wash”. And his answer was yeah the car wash is not that great.

He made the car buying experience painless and quick. Upon arriving at the dealer, Eric had my truck ready to test drive and ensured the staff was working on the paperwork behind the scenes. I went in for only a oil change. I told the younger guy that sits in the left side of the desk that and he asked me if I wanted my tires rotated. I said no I only want a oil change. I have him my keys and waited for my car. Then went to go pay and it was 50$ for just a oil change??! I looked at the paper and saw all of these other things they charged me!! Never have I ever paid 50$ for a oil change. Oh well. I won’t be coming back here. I said from the start I just want a oil change. Don’t waste time here

I tried to buy a used vehicle that was listed for sale online through Carfax. The salesman and I made a deal late Friday over the phone for a price to include everything except sales tax, which I would pay in my home state when I registered the vehicle. The next morning, I received a price breakdown, which included sales tax to be collected. I asked for the name of the office manager, so I could make sure I wouldnt get hit with the same sales tax twice. I then got a call from Kevin Wheat, who identified himself as the sales manager and told me they sold the car to someone else. It looks to me like they listed this car for sale, but treated it like an auction and sold to the highest bidder.

Vehicle buying is a stressful process and can be overwhelming. I have to say, after our purchase was completed, Lynch Toyota of Auburn was the only dealership (of all types) that followed through on their promises. We purchased a 2016 Tundra from Lynch Toyota, they delivered it to our home ... the vehicle was Certified and had several issues ... we contacted Lynch Toyota and they put the Tundra back In their shop and corrected ALL the issues. They even fixed an issue with the tailgate paint that was not covered under the 160-point Certified Check. Their pricing was fair and they were easy to negotiate with. They were kind, courteous, treated us with respect, and (at completion) we have a fabulous truck. While Lynch Toyota is a long distance from where we live, I WOULD DEFINITELY purchase from and RECOMMEND their dealership, with confidence in the future.

The purchase process exceeded my expectations, from the salesperson to the closing of the deal. Nothing but good things to say.Service after the sale is where the train ran off the track, but just to be clear, problems were centered around the service manager.He would not return calls, would not keep his word on any commitments, caught him making up stories to cover for statements that were unsubstantiated.Its disappointing that one person has risen to a position of management and has the ability to have such a negative impact on customer service.Have used the service department several times, all of the trips the work done to my vehicle has been executed with a high level of precision and skill.The last trip my vehicle was picked up from the dealership during the ongoing covid-19. Every dealership out there is bragging about the extra efforts to sanitize. So I was shocked to find the interior of my vehicle covered with body shop dust.Not just a little, but absolutely filthy. Service manager ducked out, to avoid any conversation.Very disappointing...
