Ive been going to Goodyear in Auburn for a number of years for my auto service needs, and whether theyve helped me with routine or emergency repairs theyve been nothing but professional in providing quality of care. They have also gone above and beyond a number of times, for example: showing me where I can save money in certain circumstances via rebates and the like.

The first time they were super helpful and did their best so I wouldn’t spend an arm and a leg and the second time when I wanted to replace a tire they made sure to let me know that the tire was 100% fixable instead of spending $170 and especially Kim is the sweetest person to work with when you choose Good Year

Goodyear in Auburn is the only place I will ever go for all of my vehicle service needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always do a fantastic job on my truck. I am especially impressed with the manager there Kim. She is always very friendly and courteous and takes the time to thoroughly answer any questions I may have. Purchased four new tires online and had the service done at this location mainly because of the great online reviews. I was not disappointed. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. They even offered a no contact option which I accepted. That was a welcome option for me given our current conditions. Even though the appointment I selected was less than four hours after my purchase, and they were clearly undermanned on this day, they met all my needs and even accomodated my request for a NY state vehicle inspection.The online reviews I had read mentioned how great Kim was and I can confirm that the online reviews didnt do her dedication to her job justice. You will find that she is friendly, absolutely professional and very courteous. Most important to me was that I didnt get that they are going to find a way to extract more money from me feeling that one often gets when having work done on a vehicle. Her efforts to provide exceptional customer service really reflected great credit upon herself and Goodyear.For a corporate location, they surprisingly exceeded all my expectations and I genuinely and honestly dont think you will be disappointed if you choose this location for your service.

Ive only had New York state inspections done here but they got my vehicle in right at the appointment time and out after Id give five stars but when they either pulled in or out my vehicle the rubber cushion on my brake pedal got pulled off and they did not put it back on until I told the manager and she came out and did it herself so the texts are not professional but the management makes it right not perfect but not a perfect world

This place has always taken very good care of me every I come in. I feel totally confident in taking me vehicle here. The staff is very knowledgeable and honest. They dont try and push any unnecessary repairs, and Kim is a very kind, bubbly, and patient person. Goodyear is fortunate to have her on their team. Seriously cant say enough good things about this place. But Ill through in one more... The coffee is good and the chairs are comfy.

Nick and Kim were amazing and took the time to explain what was being done on my vehicle. Since I know very little about automotive; they came very highly recommended for this scenario. New tires, alignment, etc. I would suggest them to anyone that asked. Where timeframe is concerned they told me when to drop it off and when it would be available and even though a difficulty arose they had it ready as stated . Fair priced. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have had my fair share of horrible mechanics. I went here recently for an inspection, to get my brake rotors and pads replaced, as well as wipers replaced. I have had nothing but good experiences from them. The service is outstanding. The staff is very knowledgeable of what is happening (they told me ahead of time that my brakes were going to be needing replaced before I find out when the winter hit). Their waiting lounge is good as well, even includes a desk to do some work if you’re a busy Person like I am. I highly recommend them for anything mechanic-related.Oh, and Kim is awesome as a store manager. Always in the trenches with her crew, hardly ever in the office. Very friendly as well. A true MVP!!!

Went in to have them look at the exhaust. Turned out it was going to be a lot more expensive than I thought. They were very upfront and honest about the costs and didnt try to pressure me. After I told them Id have to think about it, the tech fixed a loose part without charging me.

Great place if you take advantage of the deals. They do try to up-sale but they dont pressure you.

Was a five star lowered because two inspections in a row they have found faulty windshield wipers and charged us $14 to replace one wiper to complete inspection. We replace our wipers regularly. Seems like they are desperate to fail something.

Always good service and they now my wife and myself by name. Listen and answer any questions we have about our vehicles.
