The wife and I were looking for a Diesel truck for heavy pulling. We came to Cypress to look at all the awesome trucks they have in the lot there and instantly fell in Love with the F-350. Annie came out and introduced her self, She listen to our need of a quality truck and and showed us the F-350 we had nosed around. She made us feel so comfortable we thought we felt as she was an old friend we’d know for years. We need some extras added to the truck and Cypress has been so helpful. This was the first used vehicle that Ive ever bought, I usually buy new. I saw the truck on Carfax. Im the second owner of this truck and it was used by the Forest Service, plus I saw before purchasing that there had been no accidents and seemed to have a clean record. Because of these things, I trusted that the truck had been well taken care of. The purchase itself went smoothly and easily. It didnt feel like a hard sell at all, no pressure. No loan was involved. I traded in my car, which also went easily. All the staff that I worked with were friendly and helpful. Its been only about a week but so far the truck runs really well. Overall I had a good experience!

We recently visited Cypress after looking to upgrade out half-ton pickup for a three-quarter ton. We found a great engine on an older truck with low miles. We were there right when they opened on a Saturday and we were immediately greeted. Even though the staff was working to get the lot open, they made us a priority and let us take the truck out for a test drive. From the ad we saw, it seemed the truck was in great condition and we were not disappointed on the test drive.We traded in our half-ton pickup and got to take home our new used truck. The entire experience from arriving at the lot in one truck and driving away in another took less than two hours. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and I would absolutely recommend if you find something youre looking for here!

My son was financing his first vehicle. I’d give them less then one star if I could. Bought a 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500hd from them (I’m a young 22 year old with minimal knowledge of cars and trucks) and they ripped me off sold it to me for 15k and immediately on the way home check engine light came on for an issue they knew was there getting them to fix that took over a month and I had to go back three times cause all they did the first two was clear the codes by unplugging the battery, then the front dif went out, all four shocks where blown out, throttle body went out and they refused to fix it. I never by a vehicle from this company.

Stay away.Responded to a listing for a like new dodge 3500 pickup. Spent several hours at the dealership arranging additional insurance coverage to drive the truck to my mechanic for a prepurchase inspection. Spent $150. Failed miserably. Add insult to injury the owner then told me the truck had been traded in by an old couple in the Roseville area and thats why it smelled like pee after sitting in the sun. Also radio broken, jake-brake inop, many flaws...Stay away from the pee pee truck dealer!

For Cypress, not the ECR. We needed a truck for our business start up. As soon as we pulled up we were warmly greeting and served like royalty. We were helped by Rob. He was never pushy or salsy, but helpful with insights and suggestions. After we decided, Sam went over the top providing us with some extra features and giving us the deal of the century. Sunday 6-14-20 We drove from Daly City, CA to Auburn, CA to test drive a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 slt diesel long bed, when we drove up with our 2013 white Hyundai Genesis Lee came out to greet us & the Ron took over. We gave Ron our information for a loan but Ron was having a hard time choosing a place to get a loan from the 3 printed pages that he has. Lee said if we put 10K down we wouldnt have a problem getting a loan. Monday 6-15-20 I spoke to Lee & Lee told me that the finance guy would be in on Tuesday because his days off our Sunday & Monday. Tuesday 6-16-20 my husband who is a business owner & I both called & spoke to Lee & Ron called me back but still no updates & nothing had changed. Tuesday 6-16-20 we drove up from Daly City, CA to Cypress Auto Center arrived at 4:00 pm Lee & Ron were shocked to see us. My husband offered them 20k in cash for the truck & they had just sold the truck to someone else. Very unprofessional of Lee & Ron not even a phone call. Never had this problem when I bought my 2013 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 fully loaded & only put 2k down at Hyundai dealer. Hispanic people also have money, dont judge us by the way we look.

These guys were great. Brought my 2003 GMC truck in that had 325,000 miles on it and they gave me a fair trade in price when nobody else would offer anything. They also kept their promise on taking are of some items I wanted done, most of which were at no cost on the Sprinter van I purchased from them. Also very helpful on the finance end of things dealing with my credit union. Definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.I highly recommend Cypress Auto.

Place is a joke. Went and looked at a truck for 25,000$. Put in an application and he told me a few people were interested in it. Never heard back, just got on their site and now the have it listed at 30,000$ way above its vaule. Yeah I heard they were shady but still gave them a shot, dont go here.

I bought a truck from Eli at ECR motor. It is a pile of garbage and he will not work with you come close to be fair about things. My rear end went out after 1,000 miles he offered 300 dollars. The front driver side axle fell apart. He blamed me for driving the truck to hard. Not a good business man at all. I do know there are two men selling cars here. Not sure how the otheran handles things. But do not buy from Eli

Rude! Dont shop here! From the time we got there Ken was rude. We test drove three trucks we decided we liked the first truck the best! When we asked too test drive the first truck again he gave us attitude, almost as if we were inconvencing him by coming to his dealer ship to test drive his vehicles. When it came time to negotiate a price he was very rude about our offer. We didnt drive four hours to be treated like garbage so we got up and walked out. Highly recommended you stay away from this place and their overpriced vehicles!

These people are nuts!!! They are asking the same price for a (15 year old truck) 2001 ram 2500 with over 100k miles on it as the truck was new in 2001. People like this make me sick. I cant believe they are still in business. Must be because they are charging 2-3 times what the truck is worth. Read up on blue book values people.

Let me first start off by saying i love my truck, a 2001 dodge ram 2500 cummins 5 speed, its this dealers lack of knowledge and cooperation when i had a problem that will make me never return and never recommend cypress auto to anyone. my truck had to be towed 2 times the first week i had it, once for a tie rod end that came off because the bolt wasnt tightened, and the second time for a failed injection pump, they fixed the tie rod end but didnt even offer to pay the towing, which they should have since it was theyre fault it was being towed. Then when the injection pump went out all they said was that they could put it on for me for almost free labor. are you kidding me!! my truck has to be towed twice the first week and thats all you can offer. if i was cypress i would be embarrassed. whenever i talked with the owner Sam he acted like i was a bother. so i just put the injection pump on myself. my truck was sitting for almost a month while i was saving for the pump which is around 1200 dollars, the only one i dealt with at the dealer who was honest and nice was Rick the salesman, the rest of the staff is a joke and Sam the owner is not willing to help his customers for their faults, i would not recommend cypress auto to anyone!

So, I been shopping for a cummings diesel. Cypress Auto came highly recommend by a buddy that is a local deputy sheriff. He bought his truck from Cypress: Indicated to me hed never thought he would drive a Dodge. He loves his truck. He also spoke highly about the crew at Cypress. Upon his recommendation I took the time to drive up to the dealership.While at the dealership I spent a considerable amount of time talking to Lance. This guy knows his trucks. Seriously. Lance broke down the pro and cons of the trucks I was looking at. We went on a test drive so I can feel what a cummings motor has to offer. (Loved it by the way.) He was candid about what years/models to stay away from. What to look for in the years/models that I want. We went over the differences in the years. We went over the differences in the options in the different years. We went over financing. The guy was very matter of fact and direct, which I soo appreciate. He took a considerable amount of time just to talk to me, knowing I wasnt there to purchase - I was there to gain information.Yeah, I did not purchase that day. And, since that day Ive read a few checkered reviews. Perhaps those individuals should have had a Pre-Purchase Inspection done. Perhaps those individuals should learn what caveat emptor means. Lance was straight-up, candid, and there was zero sales tactics/pressure. I have no reservation or hesitation about purchasing from Cypress. I looking forward to them calling me with the specifics of the truck I want/requested. Ill update cha after I get my new cummins truck.
