I love this store. They dont have a HUGE selection in store but what they have is plenty and the prices and quality are fantastic! We bought our flooring from them 12+ years ago. It was the only place we went when we decided to replace them this year. Service has always been great whenever Ive come in the store and were very much looking forward to seeing how the new floors look!

We are looking to replace a section of flooring that was previously installed and is now out of stock. My husband provided all dimensions, SKU, and everything that was needed over the phone to sales person. They stated that we could come in and there was something similiar and that could be matched. We live over an hour away. After driving there and provided sample from our current home, they are matching color and not width or thickness. We do not want a whole new floor or appreciate the deception to get someone to a store, a waste of time and will never buy a floor from here.

The sale and scheduling were fine. Products high quality as expected. Install ( dynamic home?) Was a nightmare made me not want to buy from this place even though its a contractor. Didnt show first day and didnt inform us that crew was on another job until we called them. Showed up late second day. Then when installing quarter round it wasnt correct to fit against existing trim. The person who did quote and ordered material, business owner, was never available to talk or help with solutions.

Just a little review of Lumber Liquidators Id like to share. I had an appointment for September 28th to have my floors installed in my living room, my large entry and adjoining bathroom.I took both Monday and Tuesday off because they said it could take 2 days. The installer apparently wasnt feeling well and showed up late Monday morning and said all he was going to do was rip up the carpeting and that he would come back to finish the next day.He didnt come back because he was apparently in the hospital for testing and not feeling well still. But said he would come back on Saturday to finish because I told him I couldnt take any more days off. Leaving my living room and the rest of my floors unfinished and horrible looking and all my furniture shoved into my dining room for another 5 days.He did come in Saturday said he was feeling better and laid most of the flooring down but did not finish any of the trim work and part of the bathroom floor and leaving all of the boxes and trim work and glue and garbage still in my entry.I have not heard from anybody since. Not from the installer who ignored my original text the next week, the company that contracts him out didnt answer my calls or respond to my messages, and lumber liquidators even though I have called repeatedly and spoke to people, they didnt call back either.I feel bad about the installer and Im not putting any fault on him but the company should have replaced him if he was ill and couldnt finish this job and not leave me in this predicament. I dont feel like I should have to hound them to finish the job that I have paid for.I feel like I was duped by a contractor, paid them and now they are ignoring me. I just didnt expect this kind of treatment from LL.

Definitely not satisfied and if it wasn’t all ready paid for I wouldn’t use them! I will never recommend them! So many things went wrong through this process it stresses me out to even talk about it all over again!!! Best advice is to go somewhere else!!!

I have shopped in this store for few times now. I bought all hardwood materials from this store location. I changed my family room, kitchen, stairs and few other areas in my house as individual projects and over the years. What I bought is Brazilian Koa for my house. The flooring transformed the look and appealing of my house inside.People in this store are very friendly and provide you the fair advice & opinion on what you have to do....I have called them many many times to make changes to my order and they never shown any kind of frustration. So far best selection of hardwood and best prices.We will be getting the hardwood installed next week. Ill post the result than.After install update: The installers did a decent job.Upstairs (installer Rob) looks great (floating eng. hardwood).Butbefore they installed I went through and made sure there werent any creeks or sounds (by screwing in 300 screws to the floor).The upstairs floor is uneven and they didnt put down the leveling compound (had it on hand and part of the quote) so now if you walk in some areas, the floor makes a squish noise. From the air compressing between the hardwood and plywood floor.The downstairs living room (Our main focal point) (solid nailed down hardwood) Larry did ok at best.I liked Larry he was very knowledgeable but with that I feel he cut some corners. At the time his ideas seemed good but now not so much.Once again They didnt use leveling compound to match my existing hardwood floor (in the adjoining room). Instead he used roof shingles and cardboard (yes roof shingles) to try and level only a section of the floor. Needless to say our floor isnt level in a couple areas.Also we went with the polar opposite flooring color as our adjoining rooms hardwood. So the new light natural flooring boards are turned very slightly against the perpendicular dark oak wood floor makes the new floor look pretty crooked.I wish he would have suggested running one new floor board parallel to help hide and blend the crooked floor.I really liked Dave the Owner / estimator. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He is the very reason why I chose Lumber for the install. I wish his installers would take their time and not just whip jobs out.

Very dissatisfied with the process of purchasing a gift card over internet. Ultimately, it was straightened out, but it took two weeks to get the situation corrected.

They repackaged some of the flooring and when I opened it found ALL the planks were severely damaged which required a trip back to the store & this is after they sold my customer on a laminate flooring made by Lumber Liquidators and was with out a doubt the worst flooring I have had to work withCombined with the fact that there were so many damaged planks mostly because of the inferior quality of the productI will never use Home Dream floor again and will not be using LL in the future very unprofessional

From Jeannine Lambrecht: My husband and I had some issues with the installer being overworked and a job that was supposed to take 1 1/2 days took much longer. Corporate office contacted me directly and apologized for the inconvenience and their customer service was very helpful making things right. The first time we used Lumber Liquidators a few years ago we had a good experience. I would use them again as they made things right with us after not having the best experience. The prices were good and the Auburn Hills Store was helpful when we ordered the material.

Decent experience. Great selection of wood. Staff really helpful and pleasant. Wood was all not in great shape when we got it home. Returned 2 full cases by the time we went through it all, they did replace it no questions. They also went through the replacement boxes to make sure we didn’t have same experience. I installed the floor so don’t know about their installation. We are happy with the wood and the floor installed easily.

Hardwood, vinyl, bamboo, laminate, and all the tools youll need to install them. Thats what youll find here. This was my first trip to LL, and I was expecting more of a lumber store than a showroom. Its a showroom. The two guys working while we were there looked very young, but they were also very knowledgeable. Good prices too.

Their guidance was invaluable in helping us sort out the type of flooring we wanted to purchase for our kitchen. They were able to provide us with samples to take home and were helpful in loading our car when it came time to make our purchase.

Yes, they have a good selection and prices on flooring. 2 stars for that. The problem is after you place an order. Multiple times I have been sent a mixed batch of flooring when I only ordered one type. Nobody checks the order for accuracy before shipping. They do not seem to care when telling them about their mistake. I almost lost a couple of jobs due to their errors. You are better off to pick it up yourself and check every bundle before leaving, otherwise good luck with that.

Ordered floors and was told they would be in in a week. A week goes by no call. So I call to find out where my order is. They tell me it wont be in until Monday, after I had lined up a sitter and a truck to go pick up my floors on Friday like they said in the first place . Sales men got my info wrong also. Sadly I paid for half up front or I would have cancelled my order and found a place with a bit more integrity.

I think that they could have given more suggestions to complete my project regardless of what I wanted to choose. Show me alternatives. I am not really sure that I can make the best price point decision based upon the information that I was given.. And the sale price didnot depict what they were advertising 400 floors on sale. Mainly laminate floors were on sale. I wanted real hardwood at a sale price. When I asked about laminates I was told that they chip if something is dropped on them vs real hardwood. Real hardwood not available at 25% discount.

Purchased the Bellawood Floor cleaning system for my hardwood floors. I am extremely happy with the ease of cleaning my floors and the longer handle makes it very easy on the back. We also purchased an engineered hardwood this month and so far, am very happy with how it looks.

When you order something it is expected that it will arrive at some point. I have been waiting patiently for my order, calling each weekend and being promised it will arrive that next weekend. We will call you when they come in. Well guess what, still no calls, and now I am being told there is nothing for me and 2 of my object will possibly never come, even though I ordered and paid for them.This is awful customer service. I do not recommend buying anything from them, especially online.

The showroom experience was great, but beware of the formaldehyde in their cheap laminate flooring. I suffered terrible sinus problems for a week after installing. Three weeks later I’m still trying to air out the basement. Just do some research and know what you’re getting into first.

Theres not enough text to summarize my horrible experience with Lumber Liquidators. From start to finish it was absolutely miserable with one mistake followed by another. Months later I still have glue all over my $5,000 hardwood floors. The customer service at all levels has been the worst of any company Ive ever dealt with in my life. Save yourself from experiencing a similarly regrettable experience and shop elsewhere. Ive never been more disappointed.

I purchased both my wood floor and the installation through Lumber Liquidators for my great-room and hallway. The installation of the floor is terrible! There are large (1/8 +) gaps in some of the entryways/ transitions. The edge of the floor is more than 3/4 away from the wall in several areas. Some of the boards in the middle of the room have very large gaps between them. When I expressed my concerns to the installers, I was assured they would come back to correct the issues. No follow up. Trying to get this issue resolved has been a very unpleasant experience.
