Excellent stock, friendly knowledgeable staff. I need wide shoes, and nobody carries them in stock...except New Balance. They had the wide models for every shoe I wanted to try on. This keeps me coming back to New Balance stores. Thanks!

I was sleeping on New Balance ok! Prices were great, and they had a nice bogo 50% off sale going on at the time. Shoes are comfy! We bought like 4 pairs! 🤦🏾‍♀️😂

It took me some time to persuade my husband , who simply hates shopping, to go to this store, as someone said that there you can find comfortable sneakers for his wide feet. We explained what we need to the sale person, she interrupted my husband and said that she does not know how to help us ?? and asked another assistant to take care of us. He suggested we try on everything in a row, maybe something fits. I expected at least some advice, my husband was not ready to try on everything in the store... So we just went to another store, got the help and advice we needed and bought shoes there. There were at least 4 shop assistants inside the store. What for are they there?

The staff is amazing. These shoes helped me fix my plantar fasciitis. Fair prices and usually always a discount sale.

Lazy and incompetent personnel. They did not want to help me to find a pair of comfortable snickers for walking. One employee pretended that she does not understand what I am asking her about. Another one suggested to go and try all few dozens models that they have.After that I visited Nike and Skechers stores and got a nice help.
