I was there with a friend! Definitely for young people! Fun atmosphere! I didnt purchase anything but I did see a few things I might come back to get for the grandkids.

The cashier I think her name was Alex was so amazing and sweet while we were there (they both were but I didn’t catch the other cashiers name) they were both so nice and welcoming and really felt like I was talking to friends I just had a really great experience today!

It was actually fun, a lot of people were very nice and I got a lot of stuff. I would say they are a little over-priced because I spent over 100 dollars and the sizing was always too small for me. 4 stars for me.

Went to great lakes crossing with my family. Mum didnt want to go so we asked her if she wanted something. She said yes so me and my dad went around looking for anything BTS because thats her favorite thing and theres such a large selection it was hard to choose one thing.

Was on the hunt for my daughters 13th birthday outfit, and being that shes the BIGGEST BTS fan...I had to go to Hot Top!!!! No other store that know of carries any of their merch. But when I walked in I didnt even know where to begin...but Maria did!!!!! Huge thank you to Maria and the wholes staff and the Great Lakes Crossing Mall location for being so awesome and helpful....and patient!! Lol We will definitely be back soon to spend more money!!!🥰😘

Not much room to move around. I felt like I was going to knock too many things over. Small sections of merchandise, not much selection.

I had an amazing experience with one of the workers. She was such a sweet girl! Since my social anxiety makes it hard for me to go out and to talk to people I actually felt comfortable, she was just so nice! I sadly can’t remember her name but it was a really good experience!

They have literally everything recent you can imagine.. Also great collection of BT21..

We were in Hot Topic today at Great Lakes Crossing. Kaitlin B was holding down the store on her own. She was beyond helpful. She assisted in locating specific clothing, opened a fitting room, cashed us out & shared relevant recommendations. Kaitlins attitude and demeanor was nothing less than favorable. Lastly, she was knowledgeable & had personality.

I love this place

The staff working the night of 10/27/2018 went out of their way to assist my best friend and I to find a particular small pin. They each emptied out all of the pin buckets just to help us find it faster, in which they eventually did! Everyone that I have ever spoken to working there has been super upbeat and helpful, and seem passionate about their job--and all the store sells. They were helpful when I had to exchange a shirt for one in a larger size as well. The fact that they went above and beyond to help us by emptying out entire buckets of pins all over the front desk just to help us does not go unnoticed. I will be returning again soon!

A decent place. The prices are high but they have always been that way because its a specialty store. I do like the jewelry sales. The staff was extremely nice even though we walked in about 10 minutes before closing. They had a lot of patience and were very helpful. I appreciate that.

Recently I went into the Great Lakes Crossing Hot Topic looking to exchange a dress I had gotten online that didn’t work out. James and Kelly were both friendly and helpful. Kelly and James helped me know all the deals, we’re very knowledgeable and friendly. Best part is I found some pieces I will truly love wearing on my next Disney Trip thanks to them.

Come for the clothing, stay for the accessories. Hot Topic has fun, kitchy t-shirts and band shirts, but they also carry jewelry, perfumes, decorative patches, bags, purses, pants, dresses and more. The staff are helpful and they have a comment board up that you can make requests with. Too few companies bother with direct feedback at the local level. It is a nice, little shop with hidden gems.

I used to think bad things about this store until someone made me go into it. Now one of my fave stores. I used to think its was for Goth/Punk rock only. Boy was I wrong! I mean they do have some of that but SO MUCH MORE! They have music ranging from several genres (rap, punk, rock, heavy metal, k pop, hip hop, etc.) And t shirts to match those same genres. Clothes, make-up, jewelry, collectibles from all sorts of areas like movies, anime, tv shows, music(of course), and more. This store is very diverse. I guarantee theres something for everyone in Hot Topic.

Nice shop. Good service. Huge guitar display. Not like guitar center who sell a little bit of everything. Needed some new strings and a replacement nut. All of the Martins and Taylors are locked up behind glass. Cant be too careful.

Great place for the younger crowd. Very good assistance forfinding clothing you are looking for. Easy pick up service whenitems have been ordered on line. Clothing lines very good.

Super fun place! If youre looking for some merchandise from popular or even more obscure shows/movies etc, this is the place! So many cool shirts and other clothing items, wallets, themed watches and whatnot, definitely worth a look

Shopped this location Saturday May 11th, between the approximate hours of 6:00-8:30/9-ish. I didnt catch the names of the employees, but they were AWESOME! They were all very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We felt very welcomed. It was my (almost) 10 year old daughters first time in the store. She received great customer service! She loved MANY items in the store (she could break the bank!) Im so happy with how our visit went. Right before my eyes; my daughter displayed her own style, confidence, and happiness. That is a feeling I couldnt even rate. Id give you infinity stars if I could. Thank you! Happy Mothers day to me. Im one proud and happy momma. Looking forward to our next visit!!

I love this Hot Topic location they always bring in new animated things to their store product great variety just I wish that they had t-shirts that surrounded people of different body types I dont know if this is a store that just signifies and discriminating towards that body figure or they sell more by selling smaller t-shirts. But they do have great CBD vape pens.
