I agree they dont speak in this store they only stare at you as if you were interrupting their conversation..Worst customer service, Worst Tmobile I have been to I think because they are a coorporate store they think we need them and not the other way around..You wouldnt be working if it was not for your loyal customers. They are all trash.

So I walked in the store they just looked at me and didn’t greet me. Never said they will be with me in a minute nothing. I waited 15 minutes no one still said anything. So I set down to write this review right in the store. They need better customer service do not go to this store. It’s been 25 mins now no response.

Im reviewing the 3917 Baldwin store, some reviews are for other stores or management prior to the merger. The manager Kiana Edwards and Aaron helped resolve a difficult problem of transferring my Vonage number to my cell phone. Aaron resolved my Internet connection problem.Three other staff members helped me resolve mechanical problems. I cant say this for other locations or other competitors that had terrible service. I recommend this location. The manager is FIRST CLASS.

Very bad customer service. Called up to see if they had the phone i was looking for, they said yes. Drove 30 min to go get it and they said they have to order it. They could have done the one thing they get paid to do and walk to the back and see if they had a phone. Specially if someone called to see if it was in stock... Thats just being straight up lazy...

Loved the ambiance and look and feel of the place, great location,provides good service for customers, DANIELLE did a great job switching my phone. Also found a solution to my dead Samsung Galaxy battery by providing me a extended battery cover.Now I have 100% battery power until end of the day where I had 5% by 1.00 pm previously, Great job guys!

At the Sprint location in Auburn Hills, the customer service is absolutely awful. Me and my mother were asking for help for 30 minutes to make a payment. Every time we asked for help they would say someone will help you when really no one was going to help us. They had 5 employees 2 were helping others and 3 were goofing off and playing music. Also when the music was playing it was cursing and was inappropriate. We were standing by the speakers and waited but still no help. we thought one employee was going to help us but all she did was change the music. Really bad. I only gave one star because zero wasnt an option.

Let’s get this long awaited review started. It’s essentially common sense to know your customers needs and guidance towards saving money. While it may be hard to understand for some because some people actually work for there money not stand and look at their phone all day. I had been a good customer since I was in high school, but I realized that this company never finds ways to save you money or give you the best plan towards a good service plan because there plan is nearly 70 - 80 dollars on and off because they charge you for some other states taxes. Provided that anyone cares to read this do not spend your money here because they tend to treat you differently because management wants to belittle you for no entire reason. Above all, I hope that people try out AT&T, Xfinity, Cricket, Verizon, or minute phonessince Sprint is going to be bought out as well as someone else would gladly treat you better as acustomer and person in general anywhere else. 8 years and no form of discount; however, I have made some adjustments to my primary service provider because they treat like a person not a number; in addition, the best thing about switching is that yes I can hear you now on Xfinity mobile and for half the price; therefore, treat your customer better and keep them happy with saving them money because we all know Best Buy can activate your lines as well as I can even do it at COSTCO.

The customer service could be better. They seem very unwilling to fix issues that may require a call to customer service because the (wait time) to reach a representative is too inconvenient for them. This is even when there may have been an error on sprints behalf. The employees carry noticeable attitudes that are very condescending and rude, I have to be honest. They are the only corporate store in this area which makes it very difficult not to have to go there otherwise I Never would.

Beware of doing business at this store. They are not owned by sprint but rather a franchise that does not seem to have the same standards. We made the mistake of buying a new i phone from them with an offer that made it 10 bucks a month if you traded in your old phone. 3 months later, numerous hours on phone with customer service and even stopping by the store have been in vain. we are still being charged 30 a month. i sincerely believe we were ripped off.

Just lost a sprint customer of 15 years because of my experience at this location last night. I came in because my galaxy s7 had stopped charging and I was due for an upgrade anyway. The sales associate (I dont remember her name but she was the only one there the evening of 8/22), was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was the only person there! She refused to look into my account or try to help me in any way. Its like she just wanted to leave because they closed in an hour an a half.I went next door and switched to T-Mobile. I got the new S9, and was in and out in a half hour.

This location sucks! Been a Sprint customer for 10+ years. Went to the store to see about a possible upgrade and the staffs were so rude. Did not even greet me or let me know they’ll be with me as soon as they can. Basically just walked around for 45 mins and left because I was being ignored. I know their job is to sell phones but if they’re busy, they could at least greet their customers and let them know how long the wait is going to be. Will not be returning to this location. Sprint needs to train their staffs about good customer service!

Ive been having issues with the site for days now trying to pay my bill. I called up to this store where I purchased my phone and the guy who accepted my call was a HUGE Jerk.! Disrespectful and basically rushed me off the phone because he had a customer in front of him.! If they was the importance of the call you shouldnt have answer.! 3rd, I have 2 jobs and multi-task pretty well.! I see why they run through employees.! Clearly the unprofessionalism is the highlight of the store.! 🖕🏾Them and 🖕🏾 sprint too.!

Sprint is the worst network. Particularly in this store, they cheated us by hiding many hidden charges and made us call customer service and come to their store many times over the year and ended up telling us we signed for it.Please do not ever join Sprint.

This store if full of people who will lie to you to get you to signup. They will tell you whatever you need to hear to get you to sign with them. When I confronted them, when trying to switch carriers, I said your basically screwing people. And she replied yes. On top of that the sprint network is one of the worse carriers you can have. It did not even work in my home.

Although they are unable to help us due to some mechanical issues with our phone the staff here is really friendly and helpful especially because we were the rude people that walked in 15 minutes before closing and they still helped us and showed courtesy and a positive attitude.

Today I went to the elizabeth lake because I called sprint and asked if there was someone who spoke Spanish they made the appointment for me for 6pm and I went to 445 elizabeth lake pontiac michigan and the pessimistic young pedantic said that no one there spoke first Spanish and I swear to that store I will never go one is a customer and I was not going to ask them for anything they should give a course in customer service and human relations to the employees then very upset I went to spring in front of the mall crossing lake there I found a girl who She spoke Spanish, she was a very nice person for her 100%
