No one knows about products, everyone is busy, in the break room or talking to another person in another department. They probably just dont get paid enough to stand on their feet all day and work mandatory weekends. Every time I go in they dont have what I want or its over priced! and on sale ;) Shop online or go to you local hardware or Menards, these people are kids running something they know nothing about. If you absolutely have to, go to the HD on Lapeer road in Lake ORION. They will at least do their best. Yucky store in Auburn Hills.
