I used ARS for SubZero service. They are excellent and their technicians are certified long term employees so you are guaranteed a knowledgeable resource. I don’t find them any more expensive than others but they highly qualified. They even referred me to another outstanding repair specialist for my Thermidor ovens, Tom Wehner, because they do not service that brand. Tom is another off the charts good specialist! These guys are the real deal!!!

What a great company! They got me in right away to fix my subzero fridge and they sent out John the technician who was extremely professional wearing gloves boots masks etc. after the job is complete John cleaned up after himself awesome service no more than an hour to get the fridge done!! I highly recommend this company extremely professional

John and Martin are excellent employees. Every time I have had them out, they have fixed the problem with utmost courtesy to the point of being friendly. I consistently call AFS for my appliance repairs because of the service and the courtesy of their employees.

I called them to repair the ice maker on my refrigerator several months ago. The technician explained the fees and hourly rates, and fixed it. Everything worked well after he finished, but he said that he didnt want to invoice me because he wanted to follow-up with Sub-Zero to see if anything could be covered by a warranty. This seemed strange, but didnt really think much of it. A couple of months later I received the bill in the mail with a late fee. I called AFS to ask why. They said that I should have paid upon completion of service. I told them that I tried to pay upon completion, but the tech wouldnt invoice me. She explained to me that I knew the rates, so I should have been able to calculate the bill and pay it even without an invoice. This was unbelievable to me. Looking back now it seems very much like a scam.

Had multiple service calls with AFS to maintain our appliances in our kitchen. Last year had to get service for our ice makerThe tech came out and did a few things and I paid. He then said, if the repairs did not fix the problem call and they’d recommend appliance replacement. So I ended up calling AFS back- ice maker dead. I was referred to Sargent appliance for new ice maker. PLUS AFS REFUNDED VERY GENEROUS PORTION OF MY CHARGES. Sargent delivered the ice maker. AFS installed it FREE OF CHARGE!!!!Two EXCELLENT FAMILY OWNED MICHIGAN COMPANIES : AFS & SARGENT APPLIANCES

Only company to use for Subzero. Had a little trouble getting the appointment scheduled, but once the tech came out they were friendly, knowledgeable, and understood how to fix the issues. Plus, they were reasonable on pricing for the service. Wish I called them first before allowing another company to come out who actually made the issue worse.

Awesome service company! We broke the ice maker in our sub-zero by over stuffing the freezer drawer the night before a party Darrin from service came out and had us up and running in no time. Thanks AFS

Worst service company. Problem re-occurred one month after repair by AFS. And there is no warranty. Never use again.
