Friendly honest people with lots of different stuff!

Nick and Sandy did an amazing job helping me with a new diamond engagement ring and wedding band. They did a custom design that was spectacular. They did so many additional things to make the entire process easy. I got outstanding customer service. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and super nice. My rings are simple stunning!! Now I want diamond earrings and of course I will go to the very best jeweler: Goldsmith Jewelers.

I had a broken necklace chain and was looking to get it fixed. They did an amazing job! They fixed it so well that I couldnt even tell where I had originally broke it! They were super friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Would recommend them to anyone. Happy customer for life.

Goldsmith Jewelers is a gem hidden within a strip mall. I have a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band that my husband purchased from Nick. I regularly receive compliments on my bling and it always leaves me beaming. Nick was a huge help when searching for the perfect set, as he was patient, funny, and helpful. He answered a lot of questions and took his time with us. Each time I return, Nick offers to have my ring cleaned and of course I have to take him up on his offer! Great customer service and quality pieces. Im a customer for life.

Nick helped my husband pick the most beautiful ring for our engagement. The service was outstanding and when we returned to pick the wedding bands I was impressed with the quality and selection. He has also cleaned my rings for me yearly when Ive stopped by. I will be returning this month to buy a birthstone ring for my eldest daughters 8th grade graduation. Great experience!

I was charged extra to size up a wide band ring (because they were going to have to add a lot of gold) and when I received it back the band was considerably thinner than when I turned it in. Nick, one of the owners denied it over the phone and stated that they do not stretch rings, never asked me to bring the ring back to show him what I was talking about - they dont care if their customers are unhappy. If you do any business with this jeweler expect to be lied to and ripped off.

Ive encountered both good and bad at Goldsmiths. I dont know names. There is an older white haired gentelman who is always polite. He will inspect my peices that I come across at estate sales that are scraps and offer good prices. He even will help me with a few Q&As.However, there is one lady, I think the owner, that does nothing but complain and give misleading information. She is rude to the point of condensintion. I dont go in if I see her there unless unavoidable. I dont recommend using their appraiser either, he was a straight up @^#!They do have a great selection and decent prices. So, if youre out to sell your gold and silver they are a great place. Just be prepared for different levels of help and friendliness.

I had a custom engagement ring made by goldsmith jewelers. I supplied the diamond and a picture of what I wanted, they supplied a CAD video and a 3d printed mockup for approval. The process was easy and the ring turned out fantastic. Im positive Ill need a custom wedding band and Ill definitely come here first.

Brought my ring in to be repaired and they did a fantastic job. Great prices, great people.
