We had the majority if our house done and even though there was an issue with the initial installation, they were more than professional and went above and beyond to correct the issue and make sure it was done right. They are polite, efficient, and courteous to make sure their customers get what they asked for. I highly recommend their services to anyone that wishes to have floors installed. We called TriCounty for ideas on a front room install and Mike came out right away to measure and see what might be suitable for us. We are very happy with the the final product and how quick and efficient they were to do the work. Our mother will definitely be enjoying her new room.

We had two flooring projects completed through TriCounty Flooring. From the sales department all the way to installation, the customer service was outstanding. They gave us many flooring options, answered all of our questions, some we didnt realize we should ask, and gave us reasonable pricing. The installers were professional, friendly, and FAST!!! Everyone went way above and beyond to help us with our flooring projects. We have some smaller projects to complete and they are our first choice.

I went in because of the location and convenience to browse.... but I am a true fan and amazed at the ease of the process, professionalism and results! Kevin walked me through every step with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Kevin encouraged and understood the time and progress to proceed at my own pacing with his expertise and guidance to get the end results I was hoping. They surpassed my expectations!!! This company installed my floors super fast, and Jarrett was able to answer all of my questions about the flooring. Cayle also helped go over the contracts with me in great detail. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely go to them again.

They were great we bought some carpet last November an had some problems. Kevin came out an said dont worry we will take care of you. We got new carpet last Friday an we are very happy. if need to we will deal with them again.

Tri County has a wide variety to choose from and the staff - Kevin and Robert - are friendly and knowledgeable in all regards. Dave and Bob installed the carpet. They were due to arrive at 8, and they were here right at 8. They were very courteous, and their knowledge and skill were second to none. I couldnt be happier! This was the second room theyve done for us, and when we tackle the next room there wont be any shopping around. I know Ill get the best deal and workmanship from the Tri-County Flooring here in Atwater. Thanks again!

I was pleased with the staffs promptness at Tri-County Flooring: my e-mail for information was returned the following day and a visit to my condo to draw up an estimate took place within a week. When I went to the store to choose my flooring, I was not satisfied with my initial choice. I looked at other options without any pressure to choose something more expensive.When the flooring was installed, it took longer than expected due to the type of tile I had. Another half day was needed, and Kevin called me to get my permission. When the installer used my garbage can to haul away the debris, I was given a new one without any questions.I also had a question about the final work. Kevin came to the condo to checkout my question.By the way, the secretary, from the first call, was very friendly. This first contact with the store (a secretary/receptionist) can make either a good or bad impression. This was a good impression.Great service; great product.

We bought our carpet through TriCounty Flooring in Atwater and the staff was very helpful in finding the perfect carpet at a reasonable price. My wife said she never knew there was so much carpet but by keeping to our budget we found a great color, great pricing and excellent installation. We are looking forward to getting our kitchen flooring replaced soon.
