They did a good job. I was impressed with the customer service. My family and I were looking for some pants and two-three of the staff (right away) assisted us with what we were looking for. Very helpful. It made the shopping experience a lot more enjoyable. The privilege to use the fitting room is wonderful which is something you do not get from a well known store such as Walmart. Website said I would receive my tem 2-5 business days I didnt receive til 8 days later. Was a little deposited couldnt where them to a special occasion.

If I could I would give a no star. Supervisor Dolly was not only rude to the customers she was very rude to her employees. She needs to change her attitude and facial expressions it makes people not want to shop here. The rest of the employees were very helpful, she’s the only reason I will not be shopping here.

But the store gets a bad review because the assistant manager started to be rude to me as as soon as I gave her my Work Voucher. .. we all have bad days but dont be mean or Rude specially when there are kids around. .. . With the store even busy with its limited amount of shoppers, there was great customer service. No more gift boxes, so the associate found the perfect boot box to put my gift in; a line behind me. Now thats great service!

Loved this boot barn, great customer service. The associate went above and beyond, she conditioned my boots for me without even asking. I wish I got her name. We were there at 10am on Wednesday.

All the typical check boxes were hit - greeted as i walked in - approached by a sales clerk while looking for my hat - clean - organized - not too busy - some fellow shoppers reminded me rodeo clowns - the fashion anyway, because it gave me a feeling of them playing HeeHaw CosPlay - the hat i got is nice- been choreing in it almost since the day I got it - More money then I expected - This boot barn is not where you go for work clothes - say again - this is not where you go for work clothes - you want neo-country fashion, abd a 2021 version of HeeHaw, this is where you go - Nice folks, nice experience, i was only in the wrong spot.

Sales Person: MIADont make clients hold the line for a 10% discount that you could of easily applied to the purchase. Made me wait for 10 mins because internet was slow and I couldnt load the email with the -10%... not cool... ended up just paying full price because I felt bad for clients waiting behind me. ( guess my sense of urgency is better than yours)

Beat selection and super helpful staff everytime

Very expensive especially since there are problems with the wranglers ripping in a very short time! 5 pair all ripped by back pocket! Staff giving problems when trying to return items! They are happy and eager to take your money but unwilling to exchange when it comes to their product not meeting simple standards!!!

Atwater boot barn is 10× better than the one in turlock. There costumer services in Atwater is great always so helpful. If you go to turlock they either dont pay attention to you or think your trying to steal something.

Chunky girl that was on the floor not on cash registers working Tuesday afternoon was very rude to a customer when asked a question don’t recall her name but glanced at her name tag and started with an A ... looks like she seriously hates her job compared to all the other employees here. Seriously this store is living in the past. They wont take Samsung Pay, Android Pay etc without seeing the physical card and checking ID. The whole point of making a payment with an electronic device is to not carry cards and ID. It is more secure than a physical card. Get with the 21st century Boot Barn. Ill do my shopping elsewhere. And I spend a but load of money on boots/Western wear.

Just had a great experience at the Atwater California Boot Barn. Had to return some boots I bought for my sons online because they were too big. We received wonderful customer service in store. Not only were we greeted upon walking in, but the store manager immediately recognized we had a return. She let us know of our options for return and helped pick out new boots for my kids that were the correct size. The return was quick and easy. We will shop there again. Highly recommended store.

Horrible customer service. When i asked an employee for help finding some boots she was looking at me with an annoyed face and very rudely told me to hold on and walked away. She sent another girl who thought i was a spanish speaker only because the rude employee told her so. I never spoke spanish to her and actually very clearly asked (in english) Can i get some help with some boots? Then the rude employee walked away at the cashier when she saw me and my boyfriend waiting right in front of her. She didnt even acknowledge us and just pretends to do some other thing. Maybe she shouldnt work there if she is not going to treat everyone and every race equally.
