The staff is knowledgeable and really make your feel comfortable when your first walk in the door. I got my nose pierced, and Amanda was amazing.

Very professional. The lady took her time to make sure the dots on my nipples were lined up. Very informative about after care. Made me feel very comfortable.

This place is awesome!!! I was honestly so scared of getting a nose piercing but eventually decided to get it done. They sanitize everything and the process was quick, easy and professionally done. I would recommend this place especially if its your first time! The lady that helped peirced my nose was awesome and friendly and just went up and above to make sure I loved my piercing!!! She also gave me great aftercare tips on how to take care of my piercing and the healing process!!!

I’ve been here twice for different piercings & a earring change. Absolutely would recommend! Overall super clean shop. Ashley was such a sweet person, I watched her grab all my sterile packaged equipment and she talked to me through the whole thing. She pierced my nose & ear. I have many piercings so I was sure how manage aftercare & told her that. It didn’t stop her from still giving me aftercare information and I definitely loved that! She makes you so comfortable as well. Now this is the only place I will go for my piercing needs ! She even said she would order certain pieces of I wanted something different 😌 thanks so much Ashley!! Make sure you guys ask for her !

I have been pierced here many times all by Ashley. She always is professional and everything is packaged and clean. My dermals near my eye was done very well. Privacy was great only I was allowed in the back when I got pierced. I always recommend her and this shop. Definitely will go back! I wouldnt trust anyone else to do a piercing.

Great place. Loved how Julian took his time to get the placement right for my tattoo. Also got my ears pierced there and she was very friendly did a great job also.

Ashley is the best to get pierced By ! She’s so sweet and calming and makes sure you know what your getting and what can happen. She’s the only one I trust piercing I’ve gotten my tongue and cheek done precovid it came out so nice ! And had a good fast healing process..Even precovid back in 2019 she’s always been clean making sure everything was scrubbed down. Highly Recommend!

I have been tattooed several times here over the years. This place is very clean and professional. So naturally I brought my daughter here for her piercings also (lip piercing, ear and gauged piercing) I would definitely recommend this place for tattoos and piercings.

This is the only place I will go to get my tattoos and piercings done. Ashley is the best piercer in town and talks you through everything. Not to mention how clean and sterile everything in the shop is.

Ashley pierced my tongue April 2018. I have hella bad anxiety, she was really patient andcalming, Everything was pre-packaged and sanitize I watched her open everything right there.I would totally recommend her to anybody else.Completely professional.Theyre great.

I was a bit anxious about changing my piercing in my nose to a different style. Ashley not only calmed my fears, she put on gloves and took the post out of the package and put it in. Thank you Ashley.

My girlfriend got a piercing at this place and they did not disinfect any of the equipment, and in turn her ear got infected, to the point of almost needing surgery. Lucky we didn’t sue. Take caution going here for piercings!

Owner of the shop is very kind ... I had my cheek piercings from here in May. Now I have got permanent dimple on one side. But my piercer Ashley does not even bother for after care healing process because it started bleeding after few days of piercing ... she never replied ... but owner helped me with questions .. so never mind ... price deal was great 👍recommend this place for other piercings also because cheeks are very complex and always take long time to heal.

Wasnt happy had knew what I wanted yet the guy insisted on his way NOT what I wanted, will travel the 2hrs and 45mins. To go to Santa Cruz to see Matt again at the gildy lily on mission st.
