Kevin Briggs and his team were amazing today. Extra points for him, getting that truck into my tricky driveway!On time, efficient, and patient through the usual moving obstacles. They were friendly, and careful and worked swiftly. I initially requested a 4 person team, but 3 came, and got it done in the same time frame, and it cost less than my initial quote.I have to add that the female on the team was impressive. Stronger than most, but also clever with the logistics. Hopefully I wont be moving again anytime soon, but if I do I would certainly call this team again!

They showed up on time and even called when they were about 10 minutes away. Michael was very good about explaining the process of packing and loading the truck. He went over all the documents with me and made sure I was fully informed. When we showed up to my new residence there was a tree removal servicing working in the parking lot. They were telling us we couldn’t park there I had to contact the management company and wait for them to speak with the tree removal company. The movers were extremely helpful in dealing the the management company so they could get the job done while remaining completely professional. Lastly thank you Moses for making recommendations on where to place furniture. These men work extremely hard and they didn’t stop!! Thank you

Choose a different company. These guys were expensive and charged me for items I did not agree to or want. now they are refusing to refund my money. The men who came to my house would drop food/wrappers on the floor whenever they decided they were done eating. The didnt want to move my treadmill and forced me to take it apart to get it out the door. They were hired to fill a pod and because they didnt do as asked and fill with furniture and not boxes, they could not get my furniture into the pod. Also because they force you to prepay, when they got close to the time they said, they put a chair and ladder in the last 1/3 of my pod, claimed it was filled and left. Lastly, they refused to leave until I gave them a positive review. Terrible.

My experience was fantastic from start to finish. Taylor was responsive and very detail oriented in providing my quote. My movers, Isaiah and Garin were also great. I had some difficulties getting access to my destination and they were patient and understanding. When it came time to move, they were so professional and careful. I’m not sure who I spoke to, but they were great in setting up my move and at the end spoke to me again to ensure all went well.The crew of 4 young men who packed and unpacked the our belongings were amazing. From the first phone call I made to moving day, they were courteous and helpful. Prices were given upfront, the movers informed us if something would cost extra and let us make the decision. They doubled checked with us about each item we were moving and very efficiently packed up the truck. Unloading at the new place was very quick. They took great care with all our belongings, padding and wrapping any fragile pieces. Nothing was damaged during the move. They were courteous and very respectful. Unfortunately, they were unable to fit the full-sized box spring or loveseat up the stairwell but they tried their best and were completely realistic with me. My driver and leader and one of his crew were excellent. The 3rd man severely damaged an expensive coffee table. While they hustled, they forget a glass top to a table and forgot to also load two club chair pillows. I would say overall the move was ok but not entirely what I expected.

The actual moving crew did a great job. They were careful and efficient the whole away through. However, I was unbelievably dissatisfied with this customer service of this company. They delayed my move by over 24 hours - which is a huge inconvenience when you are trying to move. It happened because they switched their itineraries for the day and ended up doing their second job first - leaving me to wait all day. By the time they finished their other job, it was too late in the day for them to start mine - so I had to wait for the next day. Which altered all of my plans and arrangements. But was really aggravating was the lack of sorrow, sympathy, or understanding for my situation by the guy who I was dealing with all day on the phone. I must have called 4 or 5 times throughout the day to get an update - and each time the guy was annoyed by my call and rude to me. He never once said Im sorry or offered any kind of apology or offered to give me a discount on the services because of the mistakes they made. In fact they hit me with almost $200 in hidden fees for the tape and blanket they used on one of my items. I was never informed that there was a cost for those things, nor was I asked if I wanted them used. I would not recommend doing business with this company. As good as the actual movers were - the customer service is appalling.

Brandon, Alberto and Michael helped us with moving the contents of our 3 bedroom house to another house located in Rhode Island. They were on time and extremely efficient and very professional. All three members of the moving crew had great attitudes and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend hiring these three men to help with any move you may be doing. If you hire another crew, you’ve hired the wrong guys. Can’t say enough how happy we were to have their help.

I called on Saturday they were able to move me on Tuesday. They came Tuesday loaded my storage unit into their truck then drove from Taunton, MA to Portsmouth, RI it took a little longer then expected so the price was more then I planned. However the 3 Men that came worked non stop they were very polite and handle everything with extreme care.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to an enemy!!! I booked my move, paid the deposit , and the morning of called to find out what time they would be arriving. Without giving my name I was put on hold and a “gentleman” picked up and said…”is this Jessica?” I said yes and he proceeded to say that while he sees my deposit , whoever spoke to me to take the deposit “never hit the magic button to book the move” as he gave a small chuckle when saying that. I asked if there was anything he could do as I was now left with 2 small children, a dog, and HAD to be out of where I was living. All utilities had also been transferred and I needed to move ASAP. He told me the best he could do was Monday. I said that doesn’t work. He was silent. There was never any apology, never any attempt to rectify the situation. I was a business owner and if I had an unhappy customer, I would apologize and at minimum offer some sort of consolation for the inconvenience this caused and try to rectify the situation any way I could. None of this was done. Not even an apology. I can even understand things happen sometimes but the customer service was horrible on top of a scheduling issue.After posting on social media looking for a moving company to me me same day, everyone commented that the same thing happened to them with All My Sons.Shame on me for not researching more.Everyone that commented said it was a blessing in disguise that they fell through the day of my move. After all this negative feedback, I’m not sure how they are even in business. I’ve attached the comments from my social media below.I will also be filing a formal complaint against this company.After all this, 1 star is being being generous.

The movers were perfect. They were personable as well as professional. However, the original quoted price was approx. $1100. At the end of the 5 hours (we were expecting 6), we were charged almost $2200... We honestly didn’t have enough for that and had to ask for them to revisit the cost and they brought it down to $1800. But for the other alternative options we had, we would have saved almost a grand! That was a whole paycheck, yet alone the first and last we’re going to have to pay. I am satisfied with the services, but the pricing is really not what they say it will be from the jump.

Dirty lying company. Do not, DO NOT, use this company. They take your deposit, book your move, and then do not show up. So many others have posted about this. They only respond to the fake 5-star reviews. I will be contacting the Attorney General and my lawyer. See you in court!
