Mostly we thought wed take a look at our options and see what was available. I want to start by saying this was the most relaxing, low pressure purchase I have ever made. Alot of stores run solely on commission but thats not the case here. Tywan the Manager helped me pick out the perfect mattress and took all the time that I needed to help me make the right choice. He showed me all the different kinds that matched up with what I was looking for, and was extremely knowledgeable about everything that he had there. He made the experience incredible. There was another guy there and honestly I hate to say I forgot his name but he was excellent as well and so was the other woman. All 3 of them were incredible and I would highly recommend if you want to get a great mattress at a great price and get a killer deal on all the accessories? Well head no further than to Mattress Firm in Attleboro and your dreams will become a reality! I will say if you are in the area I checked Cardis and Bobs and even Jordans. None of those sorts could beat the price that I was given, and also give me what I got for extras even remotely close to the price I got it for. Had a wonderful experience today shopping for a replacement mattress. Our old mattress had a spring sticking out of the side and when we called mattress firm we found out it was still under warranty. We had purchased a mattress for my sons birthday at Bobs in October and were told that it would arrive within 5-6 weeks. When I called to find out where it was, found out it would be at least another 6 weeks. So we went down to Mattress Firm and picked out a queen mattress and an adjustable frame for less than we would have paid at Bobs. AND we could get delivery within the next 1.5 weeks. The guy who helped us was super helpful and low pressure. So we bought it, and cancelled our first order at Bobs. The mattress was delivered on my sons birthday- as promised. The bed we got was actually more comfortable and nicer then the other one we had ordered. So glad that we decided to go to Mattress Firm. We are very satisfied customers.

I dont buy mattresses often, but when I do, I buy from Mattress Firm. They have a great selection, great staff, and prices that just cant be beat for name brand quality mattresses. He was dealing with other customers at the same time as myself and was responsive and patient with all of us. He happily pulled down multiple mattresses for my daughter to try, got me a great deal, and even helped me carry the mattress and load it into my SUV. When I was sold gold delivery by sales rep and I was told that they would take my existing bed, wooden frame and all. Take my old bed, leave the one I bought. Seems pretty simple. Delivery service subsequently refused to take bed frame. Wouldnt be a problem if I wasnt specifically told different. I will never buy from matress firm again because they are charging money for services they dont follow through on.

The gentleman was very patient as I was making my selection. I purchased a boxed memory foam mattress. Happy with it. The reason Im not as happy is after I paid he made me wait while he called another customer. He did not bring it to my car until 10 minutes later. My time is valuable. I had a great experience choosing a new mattress at Mattress Firm in Attleboro. Sandra was an excellent sales associate, guiding me through everything from boxed mattresses, to pillow tops, and everything in between. I never felt any pressure to purchase a mattress, but I ended up purchasing a Serta that Sandra showed me, along with an adjustable base. When I had a questions the next day about delivery, Sandra answered them all. Additionally, I felt they had proper precautions in place at the showroom. I’m looking forward to the delivery of my mattress!

Mohammed was excellent. Very knowledgeable. I came in thinking I knew what I wanted/needed and he made me go through the process anyway. I was thankful in the end, even if a little perturbed in the beginning, because turns out, what I thought I wanted/needed was not actually that. He got me an amazing deal in my price range, although it was prob just luck of the draw on that day, seeing my mattress was overstocked. Either way I left very happy.

Bought a new mattress today from mattress firm in Attleboro. Initially had no interest in buying just wanted to browse. Our salesman Tywan educated my wife and I on the different types of beds and why our bed was providing uncomfortable sleep. He never pushed or pressured us to buy anything and was a great help.
